Abstract
本发明公开了一种高牢度分散蓝染料组合物和染料制品,所述分散蓝染料组合物,包括组分A和组分B,其中组分A选自式(Ⅰ)所示化合物中的一种或多种,组分B选自式(Ⅱ)所示化合物中的一种或多种,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为1~99%,组分B的质量百分含量为1~99%。所述分散蓝染料制品含有所述的分散蓝染料组合物和助剂,助剂和分散蓝染料组合物的重量之比为0.2~5:1。本发明提供的分散蓝染料组合物和染料制品,应用于疏水性纤维材料染色时,具有耐升华、耐摩擦和耐水洗牢度优异等特点,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散蓝染料组合物和染料制品,尤其是一种适合印染疏水性纤维材料的高牢度分散蓝染料组合物和染料制品。
(二)背景技术
涤纶/氨纶弹力织物主要采用分散染料进行染色,虽然分散染料对氨纶的亲和力高、可染性好,但分散染料对氨纶的沾染严重,氨纶上沾染的分散染料很容易从纤维中迁移出来,影响涤纶/氨纶纺织品的湿处理色牢度。很多分散染料在涤纶上具有良好的耐洗和耐光色牢度,但在氨纶上的耐洗牢度只能达到中等水平,这使得对耐洗色牢度要求高的产品在染色加工中存在较大的问题。因此,迫切需要寻找对氨纶亲和力较小,或对氨纶染色具有较好沾色牢度的分散染料。
尽管专利CN102816453A、CN105111104A公开了一种牢度优异的分散蓝单体化合物,但仍存在进一步改善的空间。
(三)发明内容
本发明提供了一种高牢度分散蓝染料组合物和染料制品,应用于疏水性纤维材料染色时,具有耐升华、耐摩擦和耐水洗牢度优异等特点,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种分散蓝染料组合物,包括组分A和组分B,其中组分A选自式(Ⅰ)所示化合物中的一种或多种,组分B选自式(Ⅱ)所示化合物中的一种或多种,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为1~99%,组分B的质量百分含量为1~99%;
其中:
X1为H或CN;
R1为H或C1~C4烷氧基;
R2为H或C1~C4的烷酰氨基;
R3为C1~C4的烷基、苄基或C2H4COOCH2COR4,R4为C1~C4的烷基或苯基;
m、n为1或2;
R5为-C3H6OCH3、-C3H6OC2H5、-C3H6OC2H4OCH3。
上述蓝色组分A和B为本发明分散蓝染料组合物的主要组成,在本领域技术人员熟知的范围内,本发明组合物还可添加其它可应用于复配的染料单体或者助剂,例如C.I.分散紫93、C.I.分散蓝366、C.I.分散蓝165等,通过上述改变获得的复配染料组合物,同样在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选的,所述分散蓝染料组合物由组分A和组分B组成。
优选的,基于所述的组分A和组分B,所述组分A的质量百分含量为10~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~90%。
更为优选的,基于所述的组分A和组分B,所述组分A的质量百分含量为50~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~50%。
本发明中,所述的C1~C4烷基可以是甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基。所述的C1~C4烷氧基可以是甲氧基、乙氧基、正丙氧基、异丙氧基、正丁氧基、异丁氧基、仲丁氧基、叔丁氧基。C1~C4的烷酰氨基可以是甲酰胺基、乙酰氨基、丙酰胺基、丙酰胺基、正丁酰氨基、异丁酰氨基。

基于以上组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为10~90%(优选50~90%),组分B的质量百分含量为10~90%(优选10~50%)。
更优选所述的分散蓝染料组合物,由组分A和组分B组成,其中:
组分A选自式(Ⅰ-1)~(Ⅰ-4)中的至少一种;
组分B选自式(Ⅱ-1)~(Ⅱ-2)中的至少一种;
基于以上组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为10~90%(优选50~90%),组分B的质量百分含量为10~90%(优选10~50%)。
本发明所述的分散蓝染料组合物,作为商品出售或应用于纺织材料着色时,通常还需要加入助剂进行后处理。因此,本发明还提供了一种分散蓝染料制品,其含有所述的分散蓝染料组合物和助剂,助剂和分散蓝染料组合物的重量之比为0.2~5:1。优选的,所述分散蓝染料制品由所述分散蓝染料组合物和助剂组成。所述的助剂为分散染料复配时常用的分散剂、扩散剂及其它表面活性剂等,优选自下列之一或其中两种以上的混合物:木质素磺酸盐(木质素磺酸钠,如木质素85A、木质素83A)、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(如甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(分散剂MF))、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(扩散剂NNO)、苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(扩散剂CNF)等。
本发明所述的分散蓝染料制品的制备方法如下:将组分A、组分B以及助剂按上述的配比混合后,在水的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化;另外也可将组分A、组分B分别在助剂、水的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化处理后以上述的比例进行混合。本发明所述的分散蓝染料制品,用砂磨机或研磨机研磨后可为液状,喷雾干燥后可为粉状、颗粒状,这是本领域技术人员公知的制备方法。
本发明中,式(I)、(II)所示的染料化合物可方便地按本领域技术人员熟知的方式合成,也可以参照专利CN105111104、CN103497142中介绍的方法或类似的方法制备,也可以采用市售商品。
本发明提供了分散蓝染料制品在疏水性纤维材料印染中的应用。所述的疏水性纤维材料可以是聚酯、聚酰胺或醋纤等或其混纺织物。利用本发明的染料制品,可按行业内惯用方式进行染色,如采用普通浸染法进行染色,也可用于直接印花。其中,普通浸染法如将聚酯或其混纺织物进行预处理,放入染缸中进行浸染,染毕,冷水清洗至中性,绞干,再进行还原清洗,烘干;直接印花如将织物进行染前处理,烘干,定形,在印花机上印分散染料色浆,再进行蒸化,利用汽蒸方式使织物上的染料固色,最后水洗,拉幅定型。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的分散蓝染料组合物及其染料制品,应用于疏水性纤维材料的印染时,经热定型处理后,仍具备良好的耐升华牢度、耐水洗牢度和耐摩擦牢度,且不含致癌致敏染料和有机氯酚、氯甲苯等有害物质,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此:
实施例1:
将70克式(Ⅰ-1)化合物、30克式(Ⅱ-1)化合物和250克分散剂MF,加水250克拼混后,研磨分散并干燥,即得成品,该染料能提供给织物各项牢度性能优良的蓝色。
实施例2:
将75克式(Ⅰ-2)化合物、25克式(Ⅱ-1)化合物和250克分散剂MF,加水250克拼混后,研磨分散并干燥,即得成品,该染料能提供给织物各项牢度性能优良的蓝色。
实施例3~15:
按照实施例1或2所述的方法,不同的是采用表1中组分A、B的结构和重量,加入250克助剂,加水250克拼混后制成浆液,研磨分散,干燥,制得成品,该染料能提供给织物各项牢度性能优良的蓝色。

染色实施例:
选取上述实施例1~15、对比例1~3制得的分散染料,采用常规高温高压染色法处理涤纶/氨纶织物,处理过程中,控制染色深度(o.w.f)4.0%,浴比1∶40,调染浴pH值4.5~5,室温入染,以1℃/min升温至125℃,保温35min,按常法还原净洗、水洗、干燥,得到蓝色的染织物。按照ISO 105-P01、ISO 105-X12、AATCC 61-2A分别测试耐升华、耐摩擦和耐水洗色牢度,结果见下表2:

Claims (6)
1.一种分散蓝染料组合物,包括组分A和组分B,其中组分B选自式(Ⅱ)所示化合物中的一种或多种,基于所述的组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为1~99%,组分B的质量百分含量为1~99%;
其中:
R5为-C3H6OCH3、-C3H6OC2H5、-C3H6OC2H4OCH3;
所述组分A选自下式之一或其中两种以上的混合物:
2.如权利要求1所述的分散蓝染料组合物,其特征在于:所述分散蓝染料组合物由组分A和组分B组成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的分散蓝染料组合物,其特征在于:所述的分散蓝染料组合物中:
组分A选自式(Ⅰ-1)~(Ⅰ-4)中的至少一种;
组分B选自式(Ⅱ-1)~(Ⅱ-2)中的至少一种;
基于以上组分A和组分B,组分A的质量百分含量为10~90%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~90%;
4.一种分散蓝染料制品,其含有权利要求1所述的分散蓝染料组合物和助剂,助剂和分散蓝染料组合物的重量之比为0.2~5:1。
5.如权利要求4所述的分散蓝染料制品,其特征在于:所述分散蓝染料制品由所述分散蓝染料组合物和助剂组成。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的分散蓝染料制品,其特征在于:所述的助剂选自下列之一或其中两种以上的混合物:木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物。
