Abstract
本发明公开了一种分散翠蓝染料组合物,包括组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D,其中组分A为式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物,组分B为式(Ⅱ‑1)~(Ⅱ‑2)所示化合物中的一种或两种,组分C为式(Ⅲ)所示的化合物,组分D为式(Ⅳ‑1)~(Ⅳ‑6)所示化合物中的至少一种。本发明更进一步提供了一种分散翠蓝染料制品,其含有所述的分散翠蓝染料组合物和助剂。本发明还提供了所述的分散翠蓝染料制品在疏水性纤维材料染色中的应用,具有耐升华、耐摩擦和耐水洗牢度优异等特点,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散翠蓝染料组合物,尤其是一种适合印染疏水性纤维材料的高牢度分散翠蓝染料组合物。
(二)背景技术
目前,涤纶/氨纶弹力织物染色主要采用分散染料。由于分散染料对氨纶的亲和力高、可染性好,因此分散染料对氨纶的沾染严重。应用于印染纺织服装进行湿牢度测试时,氨纶上沾染的分散染料很容易从纤维中迁移出来,影响涤纶/氨纶纺织品的湿处理色牢度。很多分散染料在涤纶上具有良好的耐洗等湿处理牢度,但在氨纶上的耐洗牢度只能达到中等水平,这使得对耐洗色牢度要求高的产品在染色加工中存在较大的问题,譬如,常用的C.I.分散翠兰60,其在氨纶织物上沾色就较为严重,对此,业内开展了一系列替代品的研究,以更好地适应多种纺织面料染色需求,如专利CN102732061A,另外,本申请人早前也提供了一种应用于涤/氨面料染色后各项坚牢度优良的分散翠蓝染料组合物,专利号为ZL201310743495.2,但上述染料制品仍存在较大的提升空间。
(三)发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种分散翠蓝染料组合物,应用于疏水性纤维材料染色时,具有耐升华、耐摩擦和耐水洗牢度优异等特点,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种分散翠蓝染料组合物,包括组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D,其中组分A为式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物,组分B为式(Ⅱ-1)~(Ⅱ-2)所示化合物中的一种或两种,组分C为式(Ⅲ)所示的化合物,组分D为式(Ⅳ-1)~(Ⅳ-6)所示化合物中的至少一种,基于所述的组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D,组分A的质量百分含量为15~80%,组分B的质量百分含量为15~80%,组分C的质量百分含量为0.5~25%,组分D的质量百分含量为0.1~15%。
优选的,所述组分D为式(Ⅳ-1)和/或式(Ⅳ-6)所示的染料化合物。
优选的,基于所述的组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D,组分A的质量百分含量为20~75%,组分B的质量百分含量为20~75%,组分C的质量百分含量为0.5~15%,组分D的质量百分含量为0.1~10%。
进一步的,所述的分散翠蓝染料组合物,由组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D组成,基于所述的组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D,组分A的质量百分含量为15~80%,组分B的质量百分含量为15~80%,组分C的质量百分含量为0.5~25%,组分D的质量百分含量为0.1~15%。
本发明所述的分散翠蓝染料组合物,作为商品出售或应用于纺织材料着色时,通常还需要加入助剂进行后处理。因此,本发明还提供了一种分散翠蓝染料制品,由所述的分散翠蓝染料组合物和助剂组成,助剂和分散翠蓝染料组合物的重量之比为0.2~5:1。所述的助剂为分散染料复配时常用的分散剂、扩散剂及其它表面活性剂等,优选自下列之一或其中两种以上的混合物:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(如甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(分散剂MF))、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(扩散剂NNO)、苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(扩散剂CNF)、木质素磺酸钠(木质素85A、木质素83A)、硫酸钠等。
需要说明的是,由于染料行业的特殊性,所述的组分A、B、C和D很难也没有必要制成纯品,通常在其合成中会产生少量的副产物,无需单独分离,可一并用于染料的复配,其量优选控制在10%以内(基于染料组分重,不计助剂)。
本发明所述的分散翠蓝染料的制备方法如下:
将前述的染料单体化合物(原染料)按配比混合后,在助剂、水的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化;另外也可将染料单体化合物分别在助剂、水的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化处理后按比例进行混合。本发明所述的分散翠蓝染料,用砂磨机或研磨机研磨后为液状,喷雾干燥后可为粉状、颗粒状,这是本领域技术人员公知的制备方法。
本发明所使用的式(Ⅰ)~(Ⅳ)的染料化合物可方便地按本领域技术人员熟知的方式合成,也可采用市售商品,如式(Ⅰ)的染料为C.I.分散蓝354,式(Ⅱ)的染料为C.I.分散蓝60,式(Ⅲ)的染料为C.I.分散蓝165,式(Ⅳ)的染料可采用C.I.分散黄119或相似的方法进行制备。所述的C.I.是英文Color Index缩写,即染料索引,国内外通用,由英国染色家协会与美国纺织化学家和染色家协会合编。
利用本发明染料组合物制成的染料,可按行业内惯用方式对疏水性纤维材料(如聚酯及其混纺交织物)进行染色,如采用普通浸染法或高温高压染色法进行染色,也可用于直接印花。其中,普通浸染法如将疏水性纤维材料进行预处理,放入染缸中进行浸染,染毕,冷水清洗至中性,绞干,再进行还原清洗,烘干;直接印花如将织物进行染前处理,烘干,定形,在印花机上印分散染料色浆,再进行蒸化,利用汽蒸方式使织物上的染料固色,最后水洗,拉幅定型。
本发明提供的分散翠蓝染料制品,应用于聚酯及其混纺织物的染色,特别是涤氨混纺织物的染色,具有提升性好、对氨纶沾污性小、耐水洗牢度、耐升华牢度性能优异等特点。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此:
实施例1-20:按照表1中所示的组分和含量,将原染料与助剂和水混合,用砂磨机进行研磨分散,然后进行喷雾干燥,制得分散翠蓝染料。

染色实验:
称取实施例1~20、对比例1~3制得的分散染料,采用常规高温高压染色法处理涤纶/氨纶织物,处理过程中,控制染色深度(o.w.f)4.0%,浴比1∶50,调染浴pH值4.5~5,室温入染,以1℃/min升温至125℃,保温35min,按常法还原净洗、水洗、干燥,得到翠蓝色的染织物。采用ISO 105P01-1993、ISO 105X12-2001、ISO 105C10-2006分别测试耐升华、耐摩擦和耐水洗色牢度,结果见下表2:

由上表可知:本发明制备的分散翠蓝染料组合物,用于涤纶/氨纶织物的印染,其耐摩擦、耐水洗沾色牢度明显优于对比例1、2以及3,能够满足高牢度要求面料的印染。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种分散翠蓝染料组合物,其特征在于:基于所述的组分A、组分B、组分C和组分D,组分A的质量百分含量为20~75%,组分B的质量百分含量为20~75%,组分C的质量百分含量为0.5~15%,组分D的质量百分含量为0.1~10%。
3.一种分散翠蓝染料制品,其含有权利要求1~2之一所述的分散翠蓝染料组合物和助剂,助剂和分散染料组合物的重量之比为0.2~5:1。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种分散翠蓝染料制品在疏水性纤维材料染色或印花中的应用。
