本发明公开了一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料,及其制备工艺,其特征在于,以PA66、玻璃纤维、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、硼酸锌、次磷酸铝、竹炭、碳纤维、硅橡胶、水性聚氨酯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、牛血清白蛋白溶液、六钛酸钾晶须、氧化石墨烯、热致液晶聚合物、埃洛石纳米管、羧基化多壁碳纳米管、羟基丙烯酸树脂、硅土、脂肪族聚异氰酸酯等为原料。本发明采用硼酸锌对三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐进行包覆,得复合阻燃剂;以牛血清白蛋白改性玻璃纤维表面,利用静电吸附原理制备氧化石墨包覆的玻璃纤维复合材料;制备了含有硅土的丙烯酸聚氨酯复合涂料,喷涂在PA66上形成涂层,具有更好的耐腐蚀性、良好的力学性能;得一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力金具材料领域,具体涉及一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料,及其制备工艺。
背景技术
金具是电力输送过程中的重要部件,以节能减排为目的,开发新型易加工、可回收的塑料电力金具材料具有重要的实际意义。玻纤增强PA66复合材料具有力学性能优良、比重小、电绝缘性能优越和易加工成型等众多优点,但是鉴于金具用于户外高空,使用环境恶劣,而尼龙在长期水、光照和热的作用下易降解。
晁芬在论文《新型塑料电力金具材料的制备及性能研究》中,自制功能母粒,改善玻纤增强 PA66材料的长期抗水解和耐老化性能,从而获得满足使用要求的新型塑料电力金具材料。将PA66及其他助剂分别按不同比例加入高速搅拌机内充分混合得到预混料,将预混料和玻纤分别从双螺杆挤出机的主加料口和侧加料口下料挤出造粒,随后将粒子放入烘箱中于120℃干燥4h,然后用注塑机注射成试样。但得到的材料耐候性不足,而且不具备阻燃性能。
本发明以次磷酸铝为阻燃剂,以竹炭为协效剂,采用硼酸锌对三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐进行包覆,得复合阻燃剂;以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯为增容剂,以核-壳结构的硅橡胶为增韧剂,碳纤维增强PA66具有优异的力学性能、自润滑性和导电性能;以牛血清白蛋白改性玻璃纤维表面,利用静电吸附原理制备氧化石墨包覆的玻璃纤维复合材料;多壁碳纳米管的加入提高了PA66纤维的力学性能和玻璃化温度;制备了含有硅土的丙烯酸聚氨酯复合涂料,喷涂在PA66上形成涂层,具有更好的耐腐蚀性、良好的力学性能;热致液晶聚合物对PA66有增强增韧的作用,加入埃洛石纳米管后复合材料的冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度都得到提高;得到一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料及其制备工艺,依照该工艺制作的电力金具材料具有质轻、耐候、阻燃的优良性能。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
PA66 30-38,玻璃纤维15-24,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2-6,硼酸锌2-4,次磷酸
铝2-4,竹炭1-3,碳纤维4-7,硅橡胶2-5,水性聚氨酯1-3,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2-4,牛血清白蛋白溶液1-3,六钛酸钾晶须2-3,氧化石墨烯1-3,热致液晶聚合物2-5,埃洛石纳米管3-6,羧基化多壁碳纳米管3-4,羟基丙烯酸树脂2-4,硅土1-2,脂肪族聚异氰酸酯1-2,NaOH溶液,NH4HCO3、丙酮、HCl溶液、二甲苯适量。
一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 向三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐中加NaOH溶液,搅拌均匀,加入硼酸锌,升温60-90℃反应1-2h,得白色粘稠产物,抽滤、水洗3-5次,于110-160℃干燥1-2h;将次磷酸铝、竹炭在100-140℃烘干1-2h后,与前者混合,超细粉碎,得复合阻燃剂;
b. 将碳纤维置于退浆炉中,在氮气保护下,于400-600℃进行高温退浆处理,然后置于电解液NH4HCO3中,在50-90℃电解90-150s,水洗3-5次,90-130℃干燥1-2h,再与硅橡胶、水性聚氨酯混合;将马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯在70-90℃真空干燥箱中干燥1-2 h后,与前者混合球磨1-2h待用;
c. 将玻璃纤维在丙酮中浸泡清洗处理0.5-1h,在HCl溶液中羟基化处理1-2h,水洗3-5次,在牛血清白蛋白溶液中浸没0.5-1h,水洗3-5次,加入六钛酸钾晶须和氧化石墨烯的分散液,均匀搅拌,超声分散,调溶液pH 3-6,静置0.5-1h,冲洗3-5次,60-90℃烘干,得石墨烯包覆的玻璃纤维复合材料;
d. 将热致液晶聚合物置于100-130℃热风下干燥2-5h,将埃洛石纳米管研磨粉碎,过200-400目筛,于70-90℃下真空干燥2-4h,待用;
e. 将PA66在70-90℃真空干燥箱中干燥1-2h,与羧基化多壁碳纳米管及a、b、d中所得物料加入高速搅拌机中充分混合得预混料,将预混料和c中所得物料分别从双螺杆挤出机的主加料口和侧加料口下料,于250-280℃挤出造粒,随后将粒子放入烘箱中于110-130℃干燥2-4h,然后用注塑机于260-290℃注射成试样;
f. 将羟基丙烯酸树脂10∶3-5加入二甲苯中,高速分散条件下加入硅土,球磨1-2h,与脂肪族聚异氰酸酯混合均匀,采用空气喷涂方式在e中所得到的物料表面制备涂层,室温晾干,即得一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料。
本发明的反应机理及有益效果如下:
(1)次磷酸铝(AHP)具有磷含量高、阻燃效果好等优点,协效剂竹炭的加入能够促使AHP降解生成磷酸和焦磷酸,在固相中,磷酸和焦磷酸可以促进PA66降解成炭,且降解后产生的致密炭层可以阻止氧和热传递到聚合物基体内部,有利于提高材料的阻燃性能;三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)是一种典型的氮系无卤阻燃剂,无臭无味,分解温度高,低烟低毒,采用硼酸锌对MCA进行控制,使硼酸锌分散沉积在MCA表面,对MCA进行包覆,分隔成较小的独立反应体系,使得反应体系的粘度始终保持在一个较低的水平。
(2)碳纤维增强PA66具有优异的力学性能、自润滑性和导电性能,先将碳纤维进行电化学表面处理,在碳纤维表面引入活性基团比如-C-OH和-COOH,然后用水性聚氨酯对碳纤维进行上浆处理,处理后与PA66拥有更好的界面结合性能,所制备的复合材料也拥有更高的力学性能,以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯为增容剂,以核-壳结构的硅橡胶为增韧剂。
(3)以牛血清白蛋白改性玻璃纤维表面,利用静电吸附原理制备氧化石墨包覆的玻璃纤维复合材料,具有优异的柔性和热稳定性。六钛酸钾晶须硬度低、不易磨损对磨面、与有机聚合物基体的相容性突出,在聚合物基体中分散性好。
(4)热致液晶聚合物(TLCP)对PA66有增强增韧的作用,加入埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)后复合材料的冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度都得到提高,HNTs具有异相成核作用,能提高PA66的结晶度,HNTs的加入改善了PA66与TLCP的相容性。
(5)多壁碳纳米管的加入提高了PA66纤维的力学性能和玻璃化温度;硅土具有微米粒状氧化硅与纳米片状高岭土的组合结构,有利于改进抗渗透性和力学性能,制备了含有硅土的丙烯酸聚氨酯复合涂料,喷涂在PA66上形成涂层,具有更好的耐腐蚀性、良好的力学性能。

实施例
一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料,由下述重量份(g)的原料制得:
PA66 38,玻璃纤维15,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2,硼酸锌4,次酸铝2,竹炭1,碳纤维4,硅橡胶2,水性聚氨酯1,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯4,牛血清白蛋白溶液1,六钛酸钾晶须2,氧化石墨烯3,热致液晶聚合物5,埃洛石纳米管6,羧基化多壁碳纳米管4,羟基丙烯酸树脂2,硅土1,脂肪族聚异氰酸酯1,NaOH溶液,NH4HCO3、丙酮、HCl溶液、二甲苯适量。
一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 向三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐中加NaOH溶液,搅拌均匀,加入硼酸锌,升温80-90℃反应1h,得白色粘稠产物,抽滤、水洗3次,于140-160℃干燥2h;将次磷酸铝、竹炭在120-140℃烘干1h后,与前者混合,超细粉碎,得复合阻燃剂;
b. 将碳纤维置于退浆炉中,在氮气保护下,于550-600℃进行高温退浆处理,然后置于电解液NH4HCO3中,在80-90℃电解150s,水洗3次,120-130℃干燥1h,再与硅橡胶、水性聚氨酯混合;将马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯在80-90℃真空干燥箱中干燥1h后,与前者混合球磨1h待用;
c. 将玻璃纤维在丙酮中浸泡清洗处理1h,在HCl溶液中羟基化处理1h,水洗3次,在牛血清白蛋白溶液中浸没1h,水洗3次,加入六钛酸钾晶须和氧化石墨烯的分散液,均匀搅拌,超声分散,调溶液pH 4-5,静置1h,冲洗3次,80-90℃烘干,得石墨烯包覆的玻璃纤维复合材料;
d. 将热致液晶聚合物置于120-130℃热风下干燥2h,将埃洛石纳米管研磨粉碎,过400目筛,于80-90℃下真空干燥2h,待用;
e. 将PA66在80-90℃真空干燥箱中干燥1h,与羧基化多壁碳纳米管及a、b、d中所得物料加入高速搅拌机中充分混合得预混料,将预混料和c中所得物料分别从双螺杆挤出机的主加料口和侧加料口下料,于270-280℃挤出造粒,随后将粒子放入烘箱中于110-120℃干燥2h,然后用注塑机于270-290℃注射成试样;
f. 将羟基丙烯酸树脂10∶3加入二甲苯中,高速分散条件下加入硅土,球磨1h,与脂肪族聚异氰酸酯混合均匀,采用空气喷涂方式在e中所得到的物料表面制备涂层,室温晾干,即得一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料。
上述实施例制备的一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料的性能检测结果如下所示:
经耐水解性(乙二醇,135℃,48h)测试后,拉伸强度变化率为37%,弯曲强度变化率为43%,冲击强度变化率为135%,重量变化率为12%;弯曲性能损失率<50%,符合使用要求;
经热老化(150℃,2000h)测试,拉伸强度变化率为16%,弯曲强度变化率为12%,冲击强度变化率为11%,满足损失率<25%的要求;
经光老化(2000h)测试,拉伸强度变化率为19%,弯曲强度变化率为16%,冲击强度变化率为12%,满足损失率<30%的要求。

Claims (2)

1.一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制得:
PA66 30-38,玻璃纤维15-24,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2-6,硼酸锌2-4,次磷酸
铝2-4,竹炭1-3,碳纤维4-7,硅橡胶2-5,水性聚氨酯1-3,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯2-4,牛血清白蛋白溶液1-3,六钛酸钾晶须2-3,氧化石墨烯1-3,热致液晶聚合物2-5,埃洛石纳米管3-6,羧基化多壁碳纳米管3-4,羟基丙烯酸树脂2-4,硅土1-2,脂肪族聚异氰酸酯1-2,NaOH溶液,NH4HCO3、丙酮、HCl溶液、二甲苯适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
a. 向三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐中加NaOH溶液,搅拌均匀,加入硼酸锌,升温60-90℃反应1-2h,得白色粘稠产物,抽滤、水洗3-5次,于110-160℃干燥1-2h;将次磷酸铝、竹炭在100-140℃烘干1-2h后,与前者混合,超细粉碎,得复合阻燃剂;
b. 将碳纤维置于退浆炉中,在氮气保护下,于400-600℃进行高温退浆处理,然后置于电解液NH4HCO3中,在50-90℃电解90-150s,水洗3-5次,90-130℃干燥1-2h,再与硅橡胶、水性聚氨酯混合;将马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯在70-90℃真空干燥箱中干燥1-2 h后,与前者混合球磨1-2h待用;
c. 将玻璃纤维在丙酮中浸泡清洗处理0.5-1h,在HCl溶液中羟基化处理1-2h,水洗3-5次,在牛血清白蛋白溶液中浸没0.5-1h,水洗3-5次,加入六钛酸钾晶须和氧化石墨烯的分散液,均匀搅拌,超声分散,调溶液pH 3-6,静置0.5-1h,冲洗3-5次,60-90℃烘干,得石墨烯包覆的玻璃纤维复合材料;
d. 将热致液晶聚合物置于100-130℃热风下干燥2-5h,将埃洛石纳米管研磨粉碎,过200-400目筛,于70-90℃下真空干燥2-4h,待用;
e. 将PA66在70-90℃真空干燥箱中干燥1-2h,与羧基化多壁碳纳米管及a、b、d中所得物料加入高速搅拌机中充分混合得预混料,将预混料和c中所得物料分别从双螺杆挤出机的主加料口和侧加料口下料,于250-280℃挤出造粒,随后将粒子放入烘箱中于110-130℃干燥2-4h,然后用注塑机于260-290℃注射成试样;
f. 将羟基丙烯酸树脂10∶3-5加入二甲苯中,高速分散条件下加入硅土,球磨1-2h,与脂肪族聚异氰酸酯混合均匀,采用空气喷涂方式在e中所得到的物料表面制备涂层,室温晾干,即得一种增强增韧型耐候阻燃的玻纤增强PA66电力金具材料。
