本发明公开了一种轮胎破碎机,涉及一种破碎机,包括机体、安装在机体上的切割装置和破碎装置,且切割装置位于破碎装置的上方;所述切割装置包括第一辊筒和第二辊筒,且第一辊筒和第二辊筒上均安装有多组刀盘;所述第一辊筒上的刀盘与第二辊筒上的刀盘形成相互交错的剪切结构;所述破碎装置包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊,且第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊上均设置有破碎刀片;所述破碎装置的下方安装有筛网,靠近筛网末端的机体上开设有粗料排出口;所述筛网的下方还设置有集料斗,且集料斗的下方开设有细料出口。本发明能一次性快速的完成对轮胎进行切割和破碎,降低了设备的成本,且提高了轮胎的破碎效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种破碎机,具体而言,涉及一种轮胎破碎机。
背景技术
橡胶破碎机是利用废旧塑料、橡胶制品进行回收造粒的必备设备。橡胶破碎机通过打磨辊将大型轮胎、废旧塑料进行切割成块状或片状,再通过粉碎辊轴进行挤压打碎,得到小颗粒的橡胶,现有的轮胎破碎都是分步进行,不仅提高了设备的成本,且延长了轮胎的破碎时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轮胎破碎机,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种轮胎破碎机,包括机体、安装在机体上的切割装置和破碎装置,且切割装置位于破碎装置的上方;所述切割装置包括第一辊筒和第二辊筒,且第一辊筒和第二辊筒上均安装有多组刀盘;所述第一辊筒上的刀盘与第二辊筒上的刀盘形成相互交错的剪切结构;所述破碎装置包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊,且第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊上均设置有破碎刀片;所述切割装置的下方设置有导向板,且导向板固定在机体内壁上;所述破碎装置的下方安装有筛网,靠近筛网末端的机体上开设有粗料排出口;所述筛网的下方还设置有集料斗,且集料斗的下方开设有细料出口。
进一步的,所述筛网由两个对称设置的倾斜网板构成,且两个网板之间的夹角为30°~60°,且粗料出口位于网板的低端。
进一步的,所述导向板为倾斜设置,且导向板的高端固定在机体的内壁上,且导向板的低端通过固定板与机体内壁固定。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明能一次性快速的完成对轮胎进行切割和破碎,降低了设备的成本,且提高了轮胎的破碎效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1、图2所示出了本发明提供的一种轮胎破碎机,包括机体1、安装在机体1上的切割装置和破碎装置,机体1的上端开设有开口,且切割装置位于破碎装置的上方,使轮胎能先通过切割装置进行切割后再通过破碎装置进行破碎;所述切割装置包括第一辊筒2和第二辊筒3,且第一辊筒2和第二辊筒3上均安装有多组刀盘4;所述第一辊筒2上的刀盘4与第二辊筒2上的刀盘4形成相互交错的剪切结构,使刀盘4能对轮胎进行快速切割;所述破碎装置包括第一破碎辊5和第二破碎辊6,且第一破碎辊5和第二破碎辊6上均设置有破碎刀片7,通过第一破碎辊5与第二破碎辊6的转动,使破碎刀片7能快速的对切割后的轮胎进行破碎;所述切割装置的下方设置有导向板8,且导向板8固定在机体1内壁上,方便使切割装置切割后的轮胎能直接掉落在第一破碎辊5与第二破碎6辊之间,提高了破碎的效果;所述破碎装置的下方安装有筛网9,靠近筛网9末端的机体1上开设有粗料排出口10;所述筛网9的下方还设置有集料斗11,且集料斗11的下方开设有细料出口12,通过筛网9的筛分,能对破碎后的颗粒进行筛分,方便下一步的处理。
所述筛网9由两个对称设置的倾斜网14构成,且两个网板14之间的夹角为30°~60°,且粗料出口10位于网板14的低端,使掉落在筛网9上的轮胎颗粒能进行充分的筛分,提高了筛分的效果。所述导向板8为倾斜设置,且导向板8的高端固定在机体1的内壁上,且导向板8的低端通过固定板13与机体1内壁固定,不仅提高了导向板8的导向效果,同时使导向板8的安装更加稳固。

1.一种轮胎破碎机,其特征在于:包括机体、安装在机体上的切割装置和破碎装置,且切割装置位于破碎装置的上方;所述切割装置包括第一辊筒和第二辊筒,且第一辊筒和第二辊筒上均安装有多组刀盘;所述第一辊筒上的刀盘与第二辊筒上的刀盘形成相互交错的剪切结构;所述破碎装置包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊,且第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊上均设置有破碎刀片;所述切割装置的下方设置有导向板,且导向板固定在机体内壁上;所述破碎装置的下方安装有筛网,靠近筛网末端的机体上开设有粗料排出口;所述筛网的下方还设置有集料斗,且集料斗的下方开设有细料出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎破碎机,其特征在于,所述筛网由两个对称设置的倾斜网板构成,且两个网板之间的夹角为30°~60°,且粗料出口位于网板的低端。
