Abstract

本发明公开了一种辊筒涂布机,包括机台、输送机和涂布装置,涂布装置包括涂布辊筒、调节辊筒、调节蜗箱和所升降气缸,涂布辊筒和调节辊筒安装在同一个滑块上,滑块通过一组导轨与机台安装,升降气缸与滑块和调节蜗箱相连接,调节蜗箱安装在机台上。采用以上技术方案的辊筒涂布机,可以保证在停机和板状工件接缝通过时,涂布辊筒可以升降气缸的驱动下自动与板状工件脱离接触,不仅可以保护涂布辊筒不受损坏,而且还可以避免板状工件的头部和尾部涂布不平整的问题。经本机涂装后的平面漆膜光滑、细腻,饱满度好,无色差,且工件前后无堆漆现象。而且升降气缸能够起到弹性缓冲的作用,当板状工件厚度有误差较大时,可以避免损坏涂布辊筒。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷设备,特别涉及一种辊筒涂布机。
背景技术
辊涂机全称辊式涂布机,是用一组以上的回转辊筒把一定量的涂料涂布到平面状材料上的装置。
辊涂机的每组辊筒都附设有升降调节装置。升降调节装置辊涂机可以调节辊筒之间的间隙与压力,不仅可以调节涂布的厚度,以便获得所要求的涂布量。
现有的大部分辊涂机的涂布滚筒都是调整好位置后就固定不动的。在涂布工件时,板状工件的头部和尾部会出现堆油漆的问题,导致头尾涂布不平整。对工件的外观和下道会工序产生较大影响。而且当工件厚度有误差较大时,因为涂布辊筒升降调节是刚性连接,因此会经常损坏涂布辊筒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种辊筒涂布机。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种辊筒涂布机,包括机台、输送机和设置在输送机上方的涂布装置,涂布装置包括涂布辊筒、调节辊筒、调节蜗箱和所升降气缸,涂布辊筒和调节辊筒安装在同一个滑块上,滑块通过一组导轨与机台安装,升降气缸的本体与气缸轴其中之一与滑块相连接,升降气缸的本体与气缸轴种的另一个与调节蜗箱相连接,调节蜗箱安装在机台上,调节蜗箱通过滑块和导轨驱使涂布辊筒沿导轨上下移动,进而调节涂布辊筒与放置在输送机上的板状工件之间的压力和间隙,升降气缸用于驱使滑块和安装在滑块上的涂布辊筒、调节辊筒快速向上滑动。
采用以上技术方案的辊筒涂布机,可以保证在停机和板状工件接缝通过时,涂布辊筒可以升降气缸的驱动下自动与板状工件脱离接触,不仅可以保护涂布辊筒不受损坏,而且还可以避免板状工件的头部和尾部涂布不平整的问题。经本机涂装后的平面漆膜光滑、细腻,饱满度好,无色差,且工件前后无堆漆现象。在辊筒涂布机的涂布装置中,涂布辊筒通过升降气缸与调节蜗箱相连接。升降气缸能够起到弹性缓冲的作用,当板状工件厚度有误差较大时,可以避免损坏涂布辊筒。
在一些实施方式中,调节辊筒也通过一个调节蜗箱与滑块相连接。由此,可以通过调节蜗箱调节调节辊筒与涂布辊筒之间的相对位置。
在一些实施方式中,导轨为直线导轨。
在一些实施方式中,还包括光电开关和电磁阀,光电开关设于输送机一侧,用于检测输送机上输送的板状工件,电磁阀受光电开关控制,用于控制升降气缸。
在一些实施方式中,还包括可编程控制器,可编程控制器的输入端与光电开关信号连接,用于对输送机上输送的板状工件进行计数以及记录板状工件的输送速度等参数。
在一些实施方式中,机台上设有多个涂布装置。
在一些实施方式中,机台上设有两个涂布装置,两个涂布装置沿输送机的输送方向平行设置,涂布装置的安装方向与输送机垂直。
在一些实施方式中,一个涂布装置的涂布辊筒的运行方向与输送机相同,另一个涂布装置的涂布辊筒的运行方向与输送机相反。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1至图4示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种实施方式的辊筒涂布机。如图所示,该装置包括机台1、输送机2和设置在输送机2上方的涂布装置A。
在本实施例中,机台1上设有两个涂布装置A,两个涂布装置A沿输送机的输送方向平行设置。涂布装置A的安装方向与输送机2垂直。其中,一个涂布装置A1的涂布辊筒4的运行方向与输送机2相同,另一个涂布装置A2的涂布辊筒4的运行方向与输送机2相反。
其中,涂布装置A包括涂布辊筒4、调节辊筒5、调节蜗箱8和所升降气缸9。
输送机2为皮带输送机或辊筒输送机。
涂布辊筒4和调节辊筒5安装在同一个滑块6上。
滑块6通过一组导轨7与机台1安装。
调节辊筒5也通过一个调节蜗箱8与滑块6相连接。由此,可以通过调节蜗箱8调节调节辊筒5与涂布辊筒4之间的相对位置。
导轨5为直线导轨。
升降气缸9的气缸轴与滑块6相连接,升降气缸9的本体与调节蜗箱8相连接。
调节蜗箱8安装在机台1。
调节蜗箱8通过滑块6和导轨7驱使涂布辊筒4沿导轨7上下移动,进而调节涂布辊筒4与放置在输送机2上的板状工件3之间的压力和间隙。
升降气缸9用于驱使滑块6和安装在滑块6上的涂布辊筒4、调节辊筒5快速向上滑动。
在本实施例中,还包括光电开关10、电磁阀12和可编程控制器11。
其中,光电开关10设于输送机2一侧,用于检测输送机2上输送的板状工件3。
电磁阀12受光电开关10控制,用于控制升降气缸9。
可编程控制器11的输入端与光电开关10信号连接,用于对输送机2上输送的板状工件3进行计数以及记录板状工件3的输送速度等参数。
在其他的实施例中,机台1上还可以上设有一个、三个、四个或者更多个涂布装置A。
采用以上技术方案的辊筒涂布机,可以保证在停机和板状工件3接缝通过时,涂布辊筒4可以升降气缸9的驱动下自动与板状工件3脱离接触,不仅可以保护涂布辊筒4不受损坏,而且还可以避免板状工件3的头部和尾部涂布不平整的问题。经本机涂装后的平面漆膜光滑、细腻,饱满度好,无色差,且工件前后无堆漆现象。在辊筒涂布机的涂布装置A中,涂布辊筒4通过升降气缸9与调节蜗箱8相连接。升降气缸9能够起到弹性缓冲的作用,当板状工件3厚度有误差较大时,可以避免损坏涂布辊筒4。
该辊筒涂布机的运行过程为:
电磁阀12控制升降气缸9下降,板状工件3由输送机2往前匀速推进,光电开关12检测到板状工件3前部后,可编程控制器11开始计数,将脉冲数传输到PLC编程器101。
板状工件3与正向涂布装置A1的涂布辊筒4接触后,涂布辊筒4上的油漆就均匀的转移到板状工件3表面上。
板状工件3前部到达逆向涂布装置A2的涂布辊筒4正下方后,PLC编程器101通过电磁阀12控制升降气缸9下降,涂布辊筒4下降,涂布辊筒4上的油漆就均匀的转移到板状工件3表面上。
光电开关10检测到板状工件3尾部后,可编程控制器11开始计数,将脉冲数传输到PLC编程器101,板状工件3尾部到达涂布装置A2的涂布辊筒4正下方后,PLC编程器101控制电磁阀12控制升降气缸9上升,逆向涂布辊筒4上升,单件工件涂装工作完成。
联线使用时,如果板状工件3不需要涂装,可用电磁阀12和升降气缸9控制涂布辊筒4上升即可。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.辊筒涂布机,其特征在于,包括机台、输送机和设置在所述输送机上方的涂布装置,所述涂布装置包括涂布辊筒、调节辊筒、调节蜗箱和升降气缸,所述涂布辊筒和所述调节辊筒安装在同一个滑块上,所述滑块通过一组导轨与所述机台安装,所述升降气缸的本体与气缸轴其中之一与所述滑块相连接,所述升降气缸的本体与气缸轴中的另一个与所述调节蜗箱相连接,所述调节蜗箱安装在所述机台上,所述调节蜗箱通过所述滑块和导轨驱使所述涂布辊筒沿所述导轨上下移动,进而调节所述涂布辊筒与放置在所述输送机上的板状工件之间的压力和间隙,所述升降气缸用于驱使所述滑块和安装在所述滑块上的涂布辊筒、调节辊筒快速向上滑动;
还包括光电开关和电磁阀,所述光电开关设于所述输送机一侧,用于检测所述输送机上输送的板状工件,所述电磁阀受所述光电开关控制,用于控制所述升降气缸,还包括可编程控制器,所述可编程控制器的输入端与所述光电开关信号连接,用于对所述输送机上输送的板状工件进行计数以及记录所述板状工件的输送速度参数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辊筒涂布机,其特征在于,所述调节辊筒也通过一个调节蜗箱与所述滑块相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的辊筒涂布机,其特征在于,所述导轨为直线导轨。
4.根据权利要求1所述的辊筒涂布机,其特征在于,所述机台上设有多个所述涂布装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的辊筒涂布机,其特征在于,所述机台上设有两个所述涂布装置,两个所述涂布装置沿所述输送机的输送方向平行设置,所述涂布装置的安装方向与所述输送机垂直。
6.根据权利要求5所述的辊筒涂布机,其特征在于,一个所述涂布装置的涂布辊筒的运行方向与所述输送机相同,另一个所述涂布装置的涂布辊筒的运行方向与所述输送机相反。
