本发明公开了一种电气设备用绝缘材料,其由质量份以下原料组成:氯化聚乙烯30~45份,聚碳酸酯20~30份,二氧化硅8~18份,煅烧云母6~15份,阻燃剂6~16份,玄武岩纤维2~12份,硅油1~4份,乙氧基月桂酷胺0.1~0.5份,甘油异硬脂酸酯0.1~0.5份。本发明加入氯化聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯,使材料具有良好的耐候性,同时具有良好的耐高温、耐腐蚀和抗静电能力,加入阻燃剂,能够使绝缘材料保持良好的阻燃能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘材料,具体涉及一种电气设备用绝缘材料。
背景技术
电气设备因使用范围影响,可能出现漏电现象,要求提供介电绝缘进行机械保护,随着电力系统的不断发展完善,对绝缘材料的要求也在不断提高。电气设备如果收到静电影响也会造成放漏电情况,因此绝缘材料不仅仅要求绝缘,还存在更多耐性方面的要求。市场上多是针对性强的绝缘材料,但在多耐性方面不能满足实际生产生活的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电气设备用的具有阻燃和抗静电性能的绝缘材料,针对现有技术,提供一种电气设备用绝缘材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种电气设备用绝缘材料,其由质量份以下原料组成:氯化聚乙烯30~45份,聚碳酸酯20~30份,二氧化硅8~18份,煅烧云母6~15份,阻燃剂6~16份,玄武岩纤维2~12份,硅油1~4份,乙氧基月桂酷胺0.1~0.5份,甘油异硬脂酸酯0.1~0.5份。
所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、磷酸三苯酯、甲基磷酸二甲酯中的一种或几种。
本发明中,氯化聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯本身具有良好的绝缘性能,同时具有高强度、耐老化和高耐候性;氯化聚乙烯还具有一定的阻燃性。
本发明中,玄武岩纤维具有高强度和良好的电绝缘性,能够耐高温耐腐蚀,具有良好阻燃性和耐性。
本发明中,乙氧基月桂酷胺和甘油异硬脂酸酯具有良好的抗静电能力,能够长期有效的抗静电。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明加入氯化聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯,具有良好的耐候性和绝缘性能。
2、本发明加入乙氧基月桂酷胺和甘油异硬脂酸酯,具有良好的抗静电能力。
3、本发明加入阻燃剂,能够使绝缘材料保持良好的阻燃能力。
4、本发明加入玄武岩纤维,能够使绝缘材料具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐高温性和阻燃性。

一种电气设备用绝缘材料,其由质量份以下原料组成:氯化聚乙烯40份,聚碳酸酯22份,二氧化硅13份,煅烧云母12份,氢氧化铝6份,三氧化二锑6份,玄武岩纤维7份,硅油2份,乙氧基月桂酷胺0.2份,甘油异硬脂酸酯0.2份。
实施例2
一种电气设备用绝缘材料,其由质量份以下原料组成:氯化聚乙烯41份,聚碳酸酯26份,二氧化硅11份,煅烧云母14份,磷酸三苯酯10份,玄武岩纤维10份,硅油1份,乙氧基月桂酷胺0.3份,甘油异硬脂酸酯0.3份。
实施例3
一种电气设备用绝缘材料,其由质量份以下原料组成:氯化聚乙烯36份,聚碳酸酯28份,二氧化硅15份,煅烧云母13份,甲基磷酸二甲酯5份,三氧化二锑5份,磷酸三苯酯5份,玄武岩纤维9份,硅油4份,乙氧基月桂酷胺0.2份,甘油异硬脂酸酯0.5份。

1.一种电气设备用绝缘材料,其特征在于,其由质量份以下原料组成:氯化聚乙烯30~45份,聚碳酸酯20~30份,二氧化硅8~18份,煅烧云母6~15份,阻燃剂6~16份,玄武岩纤维2~12份,硅油1~4份,乙氧基月桂酷胺0.1~0.5份,甘油异硬脂酸酯0.1~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电气设备用绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、磷酸三苯酯、甲基磷酸二甲酯中的一种或几种。
