本发明涉及一种改进的电线绝缘漆。
背景技术
电绝缘漆材料是一种电介质,其基本特征是以感应而不是以传导的方式来传递电的作用和影响。在国外,耐高温绝缘漆的发展比较迅速,从上个世界六十年代初开始,随着美国航天航空事业和电子工业的发展,陆续研制出了许多牌号的新型耐高温绝缘漆。市场上用油漆的种类不多,其阻燃、防水性能也不高,并且强度也不高。因此需要一种高性能的绝缘漆。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种改进的电线绝缘漆,具有很好的绝缘能力,同时具有一定的阻燃性,广泛应用于电线、电缆等。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种改进的电线绝缘漆,所述各原料重量组份:
氢氧化铝9-15份,改性酚醛树脂3-8份,环氧树脂10-15份,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛树脂2-8份,甲酚4-9份,二甲苯4-6份,氨基树脂5-8份,聚乙烯醇1-5份,间对甲酚2-7份,云母2-4份,阻燃纤维3-5份,丙二醇4-8份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的改进的电线绝缘漆,具有很好的绝缘能力,同时具有一定的阻燃性,广泛应用于电线、电缆等。
