本发明涉及一种阻燃电缆料,它包括以下重量份的组分,聚氯乙烯树脂105-110份、二丁酯5-10份、二辛酯5-10份、碳酸钙20-30份、复合阻燃剂25-35份、钙锌稳定剂5-8份、三氧化二锑5-6份、氢氧化镁3-5份、氢氧化铝3-5份、沉淀法白炭黑2-3份和抗氧剂10100.3-0.8份。本发明阻燃效果好。

背景技术
聚氯乙烯电缆料是以PVC树脂为基础,加入各种配合剂的多组分混合材料。由于它机械性能优越,耐气候性好,有优良的电气绝缘性能,容易加工,成本低廉等优点,因此,被广泛应用于电线电缆的绝缘和护层材料。电线电缆在使用过程中引起的火灾不可忽视,电缆燃烧时会产生有毒有害气体和烟雾,阻燃性能好的电缆就越来越受到青睐。
