Abstract
公开了一种用于单触自动拱形帐篷的下节点防
折装置。如果上节点锁紧或松开,下节点也能自动锁
紧或松开。下节点的连接部14设有一圆滑凸台和
一个长形孔16,中骨架段设有一个插座10和一个支
承台阶13,其形状使圆滑凸台可以压靠在支承台阶
上。另外,在下骨架段颈部安装有一个螺旋弹簧19,
弹簧的上端可推压插座10的端部。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于单触自动拱形帐蓬的下节点防摺装置,该帐蘧的摺叠部分象通常的自动伞那样可以很方便地摺叠和张开。本发明特别涉及用于一种单触自动拱形帐蓬的下节点防摺装置,该种帐莲如果张开,其上节点和下节点同时锁住,而且只要帐蘧不摺叠起来,在任何外力作用下下节点都不会摺叠而保持张开的状态,然而如果为了摺叠帐蓬而将上节点摺叠,下节点也会自动地摺叠。
常规的单触自动拱形帐莲如图1至3所示,图中所示的结构为本发明的装置应用的依据。图1所示为常规单触自动拱形帐蓬张开时结构的透视图。如图中所示,各骨架件2连接于帐蓬中央顶部的毂1,并从毂1向各方向伸出,从而毂1形成一个易于摺叠的中央节点。
每一骨架件2由一个上段A,一个中段B和一个下段C组成,这三段连结成一个整体元件,而每个连接部分都设有一个铰链。在这三段中,上段A和中段B在上节点3处连结成∧形,而中段B和下段C在下节点4处连结成∨形。这样上下节点3,4按互相相反的方向进行摺叠运动,整个的骨架件2就形成之字形,如图3所示。
此外,上节点3设有一个锁帽5,使节点的端部6被锁紧并防止无意的摺叠,如图2所示。如果锁帽5被推下,锁紧状态松开,上节点3就会摺叠成∧形。与此相反,下节点4并无设置这样的锁紧装置,而只设有一个铰链结构。但节点有端部7可支持下段C,使下段C只能向外摺叠。这样如果帐蓬张开,骨架件弯成如图2所示的弓形,而如果帐蓬摺叠起来,骨架件就摺成∨形。
但是,实践证明,具有上面所述结构的常规单触自动拱形帐蓬存在有待解决的问题。这就是,下节点4上没有锁紧装置,因此,当帐蓬张开时,如果受到轻微的推力,下节点4就会如图2的虚线S所示那样向内摺叠,从而使帐蓬倒塌。这种外界的推力T例如骤起的狂风,玩耍儿童的侵拢,被夜间行人所踢,等等。
为了解决上述问题,可以在下节点4上也设置一个锁紧装置。但是,在这种情况下,就出现了上下节点的锁紧装置需要逐个用手操作的问题。这样就损害了单触自动拱形帐莲能够方便和快速地进行摺叠的固有特点。如果对上节点3的操作也能操纵下节点4(锁紧或松开),就可以令人满意,然而迄今还没有发明出这样的装置。
另一个是节点和骨架件之间连接的问题。按照常规,节点部分的孔为圆形断面,骨架件亦有一圆形断面部分。这样,即使骨架件以压配合装入节点部分的孔中,骨架件和该孔之间仍会产生间隙,结果可能使骨架件扭曲,给帐蓬的开闭带来问题。
本发明意图克服常规单触自动拱形帐莲的上述缺点。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于单触自动拱形帐蓬的下节点防摺装置,其中骨架件和节点孔的断面在其某些部分压平成一直线,在下节点还设有一个锁紧装置使上下节点可以在单触操作中同时锁紧或松开。
为了达到上述目的,连接于下节点的骨架件下段做成可伸缩的,而该下段的可活动性由一个弹性装置所支持。
本发明的上述目的和其他优点通过结合附图对本发明的最佳实施例的详细描述将会变得更清楚。附图中:

图7表示骨架件在帐蓬张开时互相向节点部分施加力的情况;而
图8为表示沿图4中D-D线的断面的剖面放大图。
如图中所示,骨架件2沿各个方向伸展,每个骨架2设有一个上节点3和一个下节点4。本发明的装置可应用于具有图1和2所示结构的帐蓬。本发明装置的下节点4在骨架件2中段B的端部设有一插座10,插座10的相对两壁上设有一对销孔11,如图4所示。另外在插座10中形成一个凹槽12,在凹槽12的内端设有一支承台阶13。
骨架件下段C设有一个连接部14,连接部14设有一个圆滑的凸台15,它与骨架件中段B的支承台阶13相接合,而连接部14在其与销孔11相对应处还设有一个长形槽16。
下段C的连接部14与中段B的插座12结合,销孔11和长形孔16对正后插入一个销子18,从而将B,C两段连结起来。在下段C的颈部装有一个螺旋弹簧19,弹簧19的下端被一个环形凸起20所支持。弹簧的上端与弹簧座21配合,紧靠住中段B的插座10的端部。
连接部14可在长形孔16的范围内伸缩,当帐蓬张开时,如果骨架件的各段在骨架件的压力下互相靠近,螺旋弹簧19被压缩。一方面,当帐蓬摺叠,骨架件的之间的压力放松,被压缩的弹簧施加一个恢复力,中段B和下段C会互相分开,从而可以很容易将下段C如图5所示地摺叠。
图7表示上、中和下段A,B,C向着连结点H如箭头所示互相施加压力的情况,也就是,当帐蓬张开,并当骨架件被弯,骨架件的相应段在帐蓬布的拉力作用下向着相关的结点H施力。由于这一现象,当帐蓬张开,中段B和下段C如图6所示互相压靠,圆滑凸台15靠在支承台阶13上。在这种情况下,螺旋弹簧19被压缩,而且由于有两个紧固点,即圆滑凸台和销子,下节点4能保持锁紧,防止了下段C摺叠。当帐蓬继续保持张开,帐蓬布的张力作用继续保持,因而下节点4的锁紧也继续保持。在这种情况下,即使有外力施加于下节点4或骨架件下段C,下节点也不会摺叠。
另一方面,如果将锁紧的上节点3松开来摺叠帐蓬,帐蓬布的张力也就松开,被压缩的弹簧19产生一个恢复力,使B,C两段互相分开,从而得以使下段C摺叠成V形。
此外,上下节点的连接孔22的部分断面压平成直线,骨架件2插入孔22内部分的断面也压平成直线,这样就可防止骨架件的扭曲。
根据上面所描述的本发明,如果骨架件2打开,而且如果上节点3锁紧,下节点4也会锁紧。同样,如果上节点3从锁紧状态松开,下节点4也同时松开。因此,常规的单触自动帐蓬的单触效能在本发明中保持不变,然而加上了下节点4的锁紧或松开可以在同一单触操作中实现的另一效能,从而为常规单触拱形帐蓬存在的问题提供了一个解决方案。
Claims (1)
1、一种用于单触自动拱形帐蓬的下节点防止摺装置,该帐蓬包括形成一个整体骨架件的骨架上段,中段和下段,做在上述骨架段之间的上节点和下节点,以及仅设于上述上节点的锁紧装置,
其特征在于,
上述上节点和下节点的连接孔的部分断面压平成直线;上述骨架件的断面做成和上述连接孔的断面一样,以便上述骨架件可以插配上述连接孔;上述中段的下端做有一插座;上述插座的内端做有一支承台阶;上述插座内做有一凹槽;上述下段的端部做有一连接部用于和上述凹槽结合;在上述连接部的端部做有一圆滑凸台用于压靠在上述支承台阶上;在上述插座的两侧壁有一对销孔穿过;上述下段的上述连接都有一个长形孔穿过;一个紧固销插入并通过互相对正的上述销孔和上述长形孔;还有一个螺旋弹簧安装在上述下段的颈部用于推压上述插座的端部。
