Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,包括自润滑轴承外套管和自润滑轴承内轴套;所述自润滑轴承外套管的轴向两端分别设置有翻边安装法兰套和轴套限位凸起部;所述自润滑轴承内轴套包括轴承内轴套本体部和轴承内轴套限位端部,所述轴承内轴套限位端部与所述轴承内轴套本体部为同轴设置,且所述轴承内轴套限位端部的外径小于所述轴承内轴套本体部的外径;所述自润滑轴承外套管上设置有若干个固体润滑剂嵌入孔,若干个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔的轴线均沿所述自润滑轴承外套管的径向设置。本发明公开的一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,具有轴向位移限位作用,且具有组装方便快捷、工作效率高、组装成本低的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金铸造产品技术领域,特别是一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承。
背景技术
自润滑轴承是通过在轴承基体上加工若干排列有序、大小适当的孔穴,再向孔穴中嵌入固体润滑材料,从而代替传统依靠油膜润滑轴承的一种新型轴承;其具有摩擦系数低、使用寿命长、便于维护以及在低速重载下耐磨性能好的优点。现有技术中的自润滑轴承通常不具有轴向限位功能,在工作过程中轴承组件在轴向端面之间的碰撞磨损较大;此外现有技术中的自润滑轴承所采用的固体润滑剂无法在水环境中进行润滑,且常规的固体润滑剂耐寒性能较差。
铜合金是在纯铜中加入合金元素后制成的一种特种材料,其主要由铜元素、锌元素、锡元素、铝元素、锰元素、铁元素、铍元素、钛元素、锆元素以及铬元素等构成,铜合金主要分为黄铜、青铜和白铜三大类。由于合金元素的固溶强化以及第二相强化作用,使得铜合金既提高了强度,又保持了纯铜的特性,可以用于制造轴瓦、轴套、滑块以及涡轮等耐磨器件,在机械工业中可以被广泛地应用;铜合金铸造件通常具有较好的铸造性能因此可以用于铸造大型的机械零部件,还具有较好的气密性可以用于铸造密封件,还具有较好的耐腐蚀性使得铸造件可以应用各种腐蚀性环境中。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,能够在水环境中使用,具有轴向位移限位作用,且具有组装方便快捷、工作效率高、组装成本低的优点,满足实际使用要求。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,包括自润滑轴承外套管和设置于所述自润滑轴承外套管中的自润滑轴承内轴套;所述自润滑轴承外套管的轴向两端分别为安装固定端和轴套限位端,所述自润滑轴承外套管的外侧在所述安装固定端设置有翻边安装法兰套,所述自润滑轴承外套管的内侧在所述轴套限位端设置有轴套限位凸起部;所述自润滑轴承内轴套包括轴承内轴套本体部和轴承内轴套限位端部,所述轴承内轴套限位端部与所述轴承内轴套本体部为同轴设置,且所述轴承内轴套限位端部的外径小于所述轴承内轴套本体部的外径;所述自润滑轴承外套管上设置有若干个固体润滑剂嵌入孔,若干个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔的轴线均沿所述自润滑轴承外套管的径向设置,每个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔中均填充有固体润滑剂,所述固体润滑剂包括以下质量百分数的组分:聚四氟乙烯18~22%、石墨35~38%、和余量的分子量为800~1000的微晶石蜡。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述自润滑轴承内轴套的外侧设置有第一环形滚珠限位槽和第二环形滚珠限位槽,所述第一环形滚珠限位槽和所述第二环形滚珠限位槽均为圆形且均与所述自润滑轴承内轴套同轴,所述第一环形滚珠限位槽位于所述轴承内轴套本体部,所述第二环形滚珠限位槽位于所述轴承内轴套限位端部;所述自润滑轴承外套管的内侧设置有若干个直线形滚珠限位槽,每个所述直线形滚珠限位槽中均设置有两个自润滑轴承滚珠,且每个所述直线形滚珠限位槽中的两个所述自润滑轴承滚珠均分别位于所述第一环形滚珠限位槽和所述第二环形滚珠限位槽中,若干个所述直线形滚珠限位槽均沿所述自润滑轴承外套管的轴向设置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,若干所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔均围绕所述直线形滚珠限位槽的边缘设置。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所提供的一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,结合所采用的固体润滑剂可以在-40℃~80℃的环境中使用,耐寒性能好且可以在水环境中使用,特别适用于船舶、水上设施等;此外,本发明所提供的轴承具有轴向位移限位作用,且具有组装方便快捷、工作效率高、组装成本低的优点,能够满足实际使用要求。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图2,图1至图2是本发明一个具体实施例的结构示意图。
如图1至图2所示,一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,包括自润滑轴承外套管10和设置于所述自润滑轴承外套管10中的自润滑轴承内轴套20;所述自润滑轴承外套管10的轴向两端分别为安装固定端和轴套限位端,所述自润滑轴承外套管10的外侧在所述安装固定端设置有翻边安装法兰套11,所述自润滑轴承外套管10的内侧在所述轴套限位端设置有轴套限位凸起部12;所述自润滑轴承内轴套20包括轴承内轴套本体部21和轴承内轴套限位端部22,所述轴承内轴套限位端部22与所述轴承内轴套本体部21为同轴设置,且所述轴承内轴套限位端部22的外径小于所述轴承内轴套本体部21的外径;所述自润滑轴承外套管10上设置有若干个固体润滑剂嵌入孔13,若干个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13的轴线均沿所述自润滑轴承外套管10的径向设置,每个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13中均填充有固体润滑剂,所述固体润滑剂包括以下质量百分数的组分:聚四氟乙烯18~22%、石墨35~38%、和余量的分子量为800~1000的微晶石蜡。
固体润滑剂的制备过称为:选取水分散系的聚四氟乙烯水乳液,向聚四氟乙烯水乳液中添加石墨和微晶石蜡,充分搅拌同时加热蒸发水分,水分蒸发完毕后,将混合物送入真空密炼机中,在380℃~400℃的温度下混炼半小时,然后逐渐降至常温后打开密炼机取出混炼后的固体润滑剂,按照所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13的规格形状切割固体润滑剂,并装配到所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13中。
通过设置若干个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13,可以填充固体润滑剂,从而降低翻边法兰套自润滑轴承的摩擦系数,以提高使用寿命长,降低维护频率,提高低速重载下的耐磨性能;且设置所述翻边安装法兰套11便于安装轴承,设置所述轴套限位凸起部12能够具有轴向位移限位作用。
具体地,所述自润滑轴承内轴套20的外侧设置有第一环形滚珠限位槽23和第二环形滚珠限位槽24,所述第一环形滚珠限位槽23和所述第二环形滚珠限位槽24均为圆形且均与所述自润滑轴承内轴套20同轴,所述第一环形滚珠限位槽23位于所述轴承内轴套本体部21,所述第二环形滚珠限位槽24位于所述轴承内轴套限位端部22;所述自润滑轴承外套管10的内侧设置有若干个直线形滚珠限位槽14,每个所述直线形滚珠限位槽14中均设置有两个自润滑轴承滚珠30,且每个所述直线形滚珠限位槽14中的两个所述自润滑轴承滚珠30均分别位于所述第一环形滚珠限位槽23和所述第二环形滚珠限位槽24中,若干个所述直线形滚珠限位槽14均沿所述自润滑轴承外套管10的轴向设置。若干所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13均围绕所述直线形滚珠限位槽14的边缘设置。通过设置所述第一环形滚珠限位槽23、所述第二环形滚珠限位槽24和所述直线形滚珠限位槽14,将滑动摩擦转换为滚动摩擦,进一步降低摩擦损耗,且具有较好的限位和防碰撞磨损的效果;且若干所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13均围绕所述直线形滚珠限位槽14的边缘设置,便于均匀分散和充分利用所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔13中的固体润滑剂,从而进一步降低维护的频率。

1.一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,其特征在于:包括自润滑轴承外套管(10)和设置于所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)中的自润滑轴承内轴套(20);所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)的轴向两端分别为安装固定端和轴套限位端,所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)的外侧在所述安装固定端设置有翻边安装法兰套(11),所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)的内侧在所述轴套限位端设置有轴套限位凸起部(12);所述自润滑轴承内轴套(20)包括轴承内轴套本体部(21)和轴承内轴套限位端部(22),所述轴承内轴套限位端部(22)与所述轴承内轴套本体部(21)为同轴设置,且所述轴承内轴套限位端部(22)的外径小于所述轴承内轴套本体部(21)的外径;所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)上设置有若干个固体润滑剂嵌入孔(13),若干个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔(13)的轴线均沿所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)的径向设置,每个所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔(13)中均填充有固体润滑剂,所述固体润滑剂包括以下质量百分数的组分:聚四氟乙烯18~22%、石墨35~38%、和余量的分子量为800~1000的微晶石蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,其特征在于:所述自润滑轴承内轴套(20)的外侧设置有第一环形滚珠限位槽(23)和第二环形滚珠限位槽(24),所述第一环形滚珠限位槽(23)和所述第二环形滚珠限位槽(24)均为圆形且均与所述自润滑轴承内轴套(20)同轴,所述第一环形滚珠限位槽(23)位于所述轴承内轴套本体部(21),所述第二环形滚珠限位槽(24)位于所述轴承内轴套限位端部(22);所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)的内侧设置有若干个直线形滚珠限位槽(14),每个所述直线形滚珠限位槽(14)中均设置有两个自润滑轴承滚珠(30),且每个所述直线形滚珠限位槽(14)中的两个所述自润滑轴承滚珠(30)均分别位于所述第一环形滚珠限位槽(23)和所述第二环形滚珠限位槽(24)中,若干个所述直线形滚珠限位槽(14)均沿所述自润滑轴承外套管(10)的轴向设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚四氟乙烯基自润滑轴向限位合金轴承,其特征在于:若干所述固体润滑剂嵌入孔(13)均围绕所述直线形滚珠限位槽(14)的边缘设置。
