Abstract
本发明公开了一种蒙乃尔400合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用66%的HVIH5和34%的已二酸酯复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、分散剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、抗氧抗腐剂、催冷剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、低挥发性、低烟雾以及热容量大。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种蒙乃尔400合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
蒙乃尔合金又称镍合金,是一种以金属镍为基体添加铜、铁、锰等其它元素而成的合金。蒙乃尔合金耐腐蚀性好,呈银白色,适合作边丝材料。
蒙乃尔400合金的组织为高强度的单相固溶体,单相奥氏体组织,它是一种用量最大、用途最广、综合性能极佳的耐蚀合金。此合金在氢氟酸和氟气介质中具有优异的耐蚀性,对热浓碱液也有优良的耐蚀性。同时还耐中性溶液、水、海水、大气、有机化合物等的腐蚀。该合金的一个重要特征是一般不产生应力腐蚀裂纹,切削性能良好。
磨削液是一种用在金属磨削加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具与加工件的工业用液体。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类。一类是用刀具进行切削加工,如车削、钻削、镗削、铣削、创削和拉削等;另一类是用磨料进行的磨削加工,如磨削、珩削、研削和超精研加工等。按加工苛刻程度排列,切削加工可分为16种,其中磨削排名第一。切削润滑剂以使用上分为两大类,即切削润滑剂和磨削润滑剂,都需要有良好的冷却和润滑效果,但两种加工方式存在着根本的不同。在磨削加工中,磨削速度高达1000r/min以上,温度超过1100℃,因此要求有更高的冷却性能;另外,磨具(如砂轮)孔隙容易堵塞,也因此需要更高的清净性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、低挥发性、低烟雾以及热容量大的蒙乃尔400合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种蒙乃尔400合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比66%的HVIH5和34%的已二酸酯复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的酚脂型抗氧剂T508和50%的N-萘基-α-萘胺复合;
金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
油性剂是糠油;
摩擦改进剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼T462。
极压剂是氯化石蜡T502;
抗磨剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307。
防锈剂是质量比67%的石油磺酸钠T701和33%的N-油酰基氨酸十八铵盐复合;
分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T155。
抗泡剂是苯基硅油;
抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物DL32。
抗氧抗腐剂是二烷二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
催冷剂是中碱值合成磺酸钙T105。
本发明的显著优点:本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性(极压抗磨承载性)、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、低挥发性、低烟雾以及热容量大。
