本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属复合板是指在一层金属上覆以另外一种金属的板材。特别是镁、铝等金属,由于其质量轻、安装便捷、外观高档,目前已广泛应用于建筑楼盘、室内装饰等领域。
在实际应用中,一般都会在金属复合板的表面涂覆一层膜,起到保护、防腐蚀以及美观的作用。
申请号为CN200610057144.6的中国专利公开了一种制作木纹、石纹的彩纹魔液,是由下述重量份数的原料组成:树脂型油墨或油漆1000~2000份;稀释剂2500~5000份;消泡剂树脂型油墨或油漆和稀释剂重量份数之和的5~10%;所述树脂型油墨是松香改性烷基酚树脂型油墨、聚酰胺树脂型油墨、环氧树脂型油墨、丙烯酸树脂型油墨、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂型油墨、氯化聚烯烃树脂型油墨、醇酸树脂型油墨;所述树脂型油漆是丙烯酸树脂漆、环氧树脂漆、醇酸漆、氨基树脂漆;所述稀释剂是乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、环己酮、丙酮或甲乙酮;所述消泡剂是:正辛醇、仲辛醇、甘油、异丙醇、异丁醇、磷酸三丁酯或甲基硅油;该发明具有生产工艺简单、逼真自然、成本低、适用面广等优点。
但是上述彩纹魔液以及现有的其他涂料,在金属复合板的实际应用过程中,具有以下缺点:1、与金属表面的附着性差;2、防火、耐候、耐水性较差;3、美观度较差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板及其制备方法。本发明的具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板,漆面与金属板基的附着力强,防火、耐候、耐水性强,且具有仿石纹图案,美观度高。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板,包括金属复合基板,所述金属复合基板的表面上依次设有仿石纹涂层、抗碱性封闭底漆层、耐候防水保护面油层。
在本发明中,在金属复合基板的表面上涂覆有仿石纹涂层、抗碱性封闭底漆层、耐候防水保护面油层。其中仿石纹涂层不仅具有仿石纹图案,美观度高,且其与金属表面附着力高。抗碱性封闭底漆具有很强的耐碱性,在仿石纹涂层表面上的成膜性、附着力好,封闭性好。耐候防水保护面油具有优良的防火、耐温、防渗、抗紫外线、耐候和耐溶剂性,能够长时间耐受特殊恶劣环境。
进一步地,所述仿石纹涂层、抗碱性封闭底漆层、耐候防水保护面油层的总厚度为4-5mm。
一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)涂覆仿石纹涂料:在金属复合基板的表面涂覆仿石纹涂料,经过流平、烘干后形成仿石纹涂层;所述仿石纹涂料包括以下重量份的组份:纯丙乳酸30-40份,天然彩石砂粉55-65份,颜料4-6份,增塑剂1-2份,增稠剂2-3份,助粘剂0.5-1.5份,溶剂4-6份。
2)涂覆抗碱性封闭底漆:在固化后的仿石纹涂层表面涂覆抗碱性封闭底漆,经过流平、烘干后形成抗碱性封闭底漆层;所述抗碱性封闭底漆包括以下重量份的组份:纯丙乳酸61-65份,固化剂4-6份,水30-34份。
3)涂覆耐候防水保护面油:在固化后的抗碱性封闭底漆层表面涂覆耐候防水保护面油,经过流平、烘干后形成耐候防水保护面油层;所述耐候防水保护面油层包括A组份和B组份;所述A组份包括以下重量份的物质:聚氨酯树脂55-65份,油墨5-15份,胶黏剂1-2份,乙酸丁酯5-15份,二甲苯16-20份,抗紫外线剂0.5-1.5份;所述B组份包括以下重量份的物质:聚氨酯固化剂64-68份,颜料3-5份,乙酸丁酯28-32份;其中使用时与A组份与B组份按质量比4:1混合搅拌均匀。
4)晾干、烘干:将涂覆后的金属复合基板在室温下晾干20-28h,然后200-240℃下烘干40-56h,制得成品。
进一步地,所述助粘剂的制备方法为:将HO(CH3SiCH3)4H与正丁基三甲氧基硅烷按摩尔比1:1-3在钛酸四异丙酯的催化下反应,反应温度为95-105℃,反应时间4-6小时;反应后在-0.10至-0.12MPa的真空度下脱低分子0.5-1.5h。上述助粘剂能够进一步提高仿石纹涂料在金属基表面的附着力。
进一步地,所述抗碱性封闭底漆和耐候防水保护面油分别连续涂覆两层。

一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)涂覆仿石纹涂料:在金属复合基板的表面涂覆仿石纹涂料,经过流平、烘干后形成仿石纹涂层;所述仿石纹涂料包括以下重量份的组份:纯丙乳酸35份,天然彩石砂粉60份,颜料5份,增塑剂1.5份,增稠剂2.5份,助粘剂1份,溶剂5份。
2)涂覆抗碱性封闭底漆:在固化后的仿石纹涂层表面涂覆抗碱性封闭底漆,经过流平、烘干后形成抗碱性封闭底漆层;所述抗碱性封闭底漆包括以下重量份的组份:纯丙乳酸63份,固化剂5份,水32份。

低温稳定性:不结块、无组成物分离、凝聚。
出气干燥抗裂性:无裂纹。
与金属表面粘结强度:标准状态(E、Si)大于等于1.25MPa;浸水后(E、Si、CE)大于等于0.66MPa。
涂层耐温变性(5次循环):不剥落、不起泡、无裂纹、无明显变色。
透水性(B型):小于2.0mL。
耐冲击性:无裂纹、剥落以及明显变形。
耐候性(600h):外观不起泡,不剥落,无裂纹;粉化为0级,变色为1级。
耐沾污性:2级。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板,其特征在于:包括金属复合基板,所述金属复合基板的表面上依次设有仿石纹涂层、抗碱性封闭底漆层、耐候防水保护面油层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板,其特征在于,所述仿石纹涂层、抗碱性封闭底漆层、耐候防水保护面油层的总厚度为4-5mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
1)涂覆仿石纹涂料:在金属复合基板的表面涂覆仿石纹涂料,经过流平、烘干后形成仿石纹涂层;所述仿石纹涂料包括以下重量份的组份:纯丙乳酸30-40份,天然彩石砂粉55-65份,颜料4-6份,增塑剂1-2份,增稠剂2-3份,助粘剂0.5-1.5份,溶剂4-6份;
2)涂覆抗碱性封闭底漆:在固化后的仿石纹涂层表面涂覆抗碱性封闭底漆,经过流平、烘干后形成抗碱性封闭底漆层;所述抗碱性封闭底漆包括以下重量份的组份:纯丙乳酸61-65份,固化剂4-6份,水30-34份;
3)涂覆耐候防水保护面油:在固化后的抗碱性封闭底漆层表面涂覆耐候防水保护面油,经过流平、烘干后形成耐候防水保护面油层;所述耐候防水保护面油层包括A组份和B组份;所述A组份包括以下重量份的物质:聚氨酯树脂55-65份,油墨5-15份,胶黏剂1-2份,乙酸丁酯5-15份,二甲苯16-20份,抗紫外线剂0.5-1.5份;所述B组份包括以下重量份的物质:聚氨酯固化剂64-68份,颜料3-5份,乙酸丁酯28-32份;其中使用时与A组份与B组份按质量比4:1混合搅拌均匀;
4)晾干、烘干:将涂覆后的金属复合基板在室温下晾干20-28h,然后200-240℃下烘干40-56h,制得成品。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助粘剂的制备方法为:将HO(CH3SiCH3)4H与正丁基三甲氧基硅烷按摩尔比1:1-3在钛酸四异丙酯的催化下反应,反应温度为95-105℃,反应时间4-6小时;反应后在-0.10至-0.12MPa的真空度下脱低分子0.5-1.5h。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种具有油性仿石纹树脂漆面的金属复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗碱性封闭底漆和耐候防水保护面油分别连续涂覆两层。
