背景技术
防静电地坪漆,指的是表面电阻为25000~1000000000的抗静电地坪,它能优先防止静电荷泄漏,消除静电积累和电磁干扰的危害。主要用于电阻、精密仪器生产等场所。其中防静电纳米丙烯酸地坪漆业可用于室外,比聚氨酯地坪漆施工简单方便,价格便宜,干燥迅速,附着力强,施工简单。而地坪漆涂料发展至今,因其具有优良的物理机械性能,电绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀等性能,在国民经济的各个领域得到了广泛应用,其产量不断增加,质量不断提高,新品种不断涌现。随着市场经济的不断发展,竞争也是愈演愈烈,那就需要在企业的技术和产能上都得到了发展,促使涂料更新换代,而纳米涂料,与现有地坪漆所用原料相比有无可比拟的超细性和独特性,其产品综合性能和质量大大优于其同类产品,且成本低于传统产品,已引起世界各国的高度重视,并将领导建筑涂料行业新潮流,成为装饰行业新时尚,纳米地坪漆涂料已成为地坪漆涂料发展的必然趋势。因此,需要研发出一种能克服上面所述问题的防静电纳米丙烯酸地坪漆。

为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防静电纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂80-120份、氨基树脂21-25份、二乙烯基二甲氧基硅烷4-8份、纳米氮化铝12-16份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-7份、纳米氧化镍4.5-6.5份、十二碳醇酯4-6份、阳起石粉4-6份、醋丙乳液20-30份、聚醚二元醇5-9份、磷酸烷基酯3-6份、月桂基硫酸镁5-8份、辛基缩水甘油醚6-8份、纳米氮化钛5-9份。
其还包含醋酸丁酯5-9份。
其还包含纳米珍珠岩8-15份。
其还包含纳米碳化硅6-12份。
有益效果:本发明防静电纳米丙烯酸地坪漆能够有效的防止静电,环保、绿色、耐候性强,而且漆膜表面平滑、坚硬耐磨、耐压耐冲击,耐腐蚀性好,可以起到成效保护,使用寿命长,且施工方便。

本实施例的防静电纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂80份、氨基树脂21份、二乙烯基二甲氧基硅烷4份、纳米氮化铝12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、纳米氧化镍4.5份、十二碳醇酯4份、阳起石粉4份、醋丙乳液20份、聚醚二元醇5-9份、磷酸烷基酯3份、月桂基硫酸镁5份、辛基缩水甘油醚6份、纳米氮化钛5份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为50℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥30mm,抗压强度:111MPa,表面电阻:7×108 Ω,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。
