Abstract
本发明公开了一种防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,该地坪漆包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂90‑100份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15‑20份、聚氧化乙烯脂肪乙醚4‑10份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠4‑7份、纳米氧化镍4.5‑6.5份、环烷酸锌3‑7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10‑12份、丙纶纤维16‑18份、纳米氮化铝12‑16份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3‑5份、乙二醇8‑12份、纳米氮化钛5‑9份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9‑15份、蓖麻油10‑14份。本发明防静电纳米环氧地坪漆能够有效的防止静电,环保、绿色、耐候性强,而且漆膜表面平滑、坚硬耐磨、耐压耐冲击,耐腐蚀性好,可以起到成效保护,使用寿命长,且施工方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪漆,尤其涉及一种防静电纳米环氧地坪漆。
背景技术
防静电地坪漆,指的是表面电阻为25000~1000000000的抗静电地坪,它能优先防止静电荷泄漏,消除静电积累和电磁干扰的危害。主要用于电阻、精密仪器生产等场所。其中防静电纳米环氧地坪漆价格比较便宜,而且漆膜具有耐强酸碱、耐磨、耐压、耐冲击、防霉、防水、防尘、止滑以及防静电、电磁波等特性,颜色亮丽多样,清洁容易。而地坪漆涂料发展至今,因其具有优良的物理机械性能,电绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀等性能,在国民经济的各个领域得到了广泛应用,其产量不断增加,质量不断提高,新品种不断涌现。随着市场经济的不断发展,竞争也是愈演愈烈,那就需要在企业的技术和产能上都得到了发展,促使涂料更新换代,而纳米涂料,与现有地坪漆所用原料相比有无可比拟的超细性和独特性,其产品综合性能和质量大大优于其同类产品,且成本低于传统产品,已引起世界各国的高度重视,并将领导建筑涂料行业新潮流,成为装饰行业新时尚,纳米地坪漆涂料已成为地坪漆涂料发展的必然趋势。因此,需要研发出一种能克服上面所述问题的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电纳米环氧地坪漆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂90-100份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15-20份、聚氧化乙烯脂肪乙醚4-10份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠4-7份、纳米氧化镍4.5-6.5份、环烷酸锌3-7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10-12份、丙纶纤维16-18份、纳米氮化铝12-16份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3-5份、乙二醇8-12份、纳米氮化钛5-9份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9-15份、蓖麻油10-14份。
其还包含聚醋酸乙烯乳液15-25份。
其还包含硅酸锂2-5份。
其还包含纳米碳化硅6-12份。
有益效果:本发明防静电纳米环氧地坪漆能够有效的防止静电,环保、绿色、耐候性强,而且漆膜表面平滑、坚硬耐磨、耐压耐冲击,耐腐蚀性好,可以起到成效保护,使用寿命长,且施工方便。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂90份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15份、聚氧化乙烯脂肪乙醚4份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠4份、纳米氧化镍4.5份、环烷酸锌3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份、丙纶纤维16份、纳米氮化铝12份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、乙二醇8份、纳米氮化钛5份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9-15份、蓖麻油10份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为50℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥40mm,抗压强度:101MPa,表面电阻:6.8×108 Ω,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。
实施例2
本实施例的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂100份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20份、聚氧化乙烯脂肪乙醚10份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠7份、纳米氧化镍6.5份、环烷酸锌7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12份、丙纶纤维18份、纳米氮化铝12-16份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯5份、乙二醇12份、纳米氮化钛9份、聚醋酸乙烯酯15份、蓖麻油14份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液25份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为80℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥40mm,抗压强度:105MPa,表面电阻:6.9×108 Ω,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。
实施例3
本实施例的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂90份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15份、聚氧化乙烯脂肪乙醚4份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠4份、纳米氧化镍4.5份、环烷酸锌3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份、丙纶纤维16份、纳米氮化铝12份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、乙二醇8份、纳米氮化钛5份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9-15份、蓖麻油10份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液15份、硅酸锂2份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为50℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥40mm,抗压强度:115MPa,表面电阻:7.4×108 Ω,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。

本实施例的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂100份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20份、聚氧化乙烯脂肪乙醚10份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠7份、纳米氧化镍6.5份、环烷酸锌7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠12份、丙纶纤维18份、纳米氮化铝12-16份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯5份、乙二醇12份、纳米氮化钛9份、聚醋酸乙烯酯15份、蓖麻油14份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液25份、硅酸锂5份、纳米碳化硅12份。将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为80℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,耐冲击性:≥40mm,抗压强度:120MPa,表面电阻:7.9×108 Ω,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐盐雾性5天:1级。

1.一种防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,其特征在于包含以下重量份组分:水性环氧树脂90-100份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15-20份、聚氧化乙烯脂肪乙醚4-10份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠4-7份、纳米氧化镍4.5-6.5份、环烷酸锌3-7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10-12份、丙纶纤维16-18份、纳米氮化铝12-16份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3-5份、乙二醇8-12份、纳米氮化钛5-9份、聚醋酸乙烯酯9-15份、蓖麻油10-14份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含聚醋酸乙烯乳液15-25份。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含硅酸锂2-5份。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的防静电纳米环氧地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含纳米碳化硅6-12份。
