Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,该地坪漆包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂75‑95份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15‑20份、四丁酮肟基硅烷4‑7份、纳米二氧化硅4‑13份、纳米氧化锌5‑8份、苯丙乳液11‑14份、聚醚二元醇5‑9份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3‑5份、钛酸丁酯1‑4份、辛基缩水甘油醚6‑8份、阳起石粉4‑6份、磷酸钠2‑4份、纳米氧化铝8‑12份、正硅酸乙酯4‑9份。本发明防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆具有良好的耐磨性和耐高温性能,提高涂层与地坪之间的结合强度,改善在各种温度下的固化速度,且还具有很好的耐水性和抗化学腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪漆,尤其涉及一种防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆。
背景技术
防腐地坪漆主要适合防腐罐、重型机械表面处理及化工企业易腐蚀区域的地坪,石油工业的防腐工程及污水池化学池等。抗渗透性强,耐强酸、碱、盐及各种有机溶剂,表面硬度高,致密性好。可经受叉车、卡车长期碾压,使地面重度耐腐蚀、耐强酸碱、耐化学溶剂、耐冲击、防地面龟裂。适用范围:电镀厂、电池厂、化工厂、电解池、制药厂、酸碱中和池等场所的地面、墙面及设备表面。其中防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆业可用于室外,比聚氨酯地坪漆施工简单方便,价格便宜,干燥迅速,附着力强,施工简单。而地坪漆涂料发展至今,因其具有优良的物理机械性能,电绝缘性能,耐化学腐蚀等性能,在国民经济的各个领域得到了广泛应用,其产量不断增加,质量不断提高,新品种不断涌现。随着市场经济的不断发展,竞争也是愈演愈烈,那就需要在企业的技术和产能上都得到了发展,促使涂料更新换代,而纳米涂料,与现有地坪漆所用原料相比有无可比拟的超细性和独特性,其产品综合性能和质量大大优于其同类产品,且成本低于传统产品,已引起世界各国的高度重视,并将领导建筑涂料行业新潮流,成为装饰行业新时尚,纳米地坪漆涂料已成为地坪漆涂料发展的必然趋势。因此,需要研发出一种能克服上面所述问题的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂75-95份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15-20份、四丁酮肟基硅烷4-7份、纳米二氧化硅4-13份、纳米氧化锌5-8份、苯丙乳液11-14份、聚醚二元醇5-9份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3-5份、钛酸丁酯1-4份、辛基缩水甘油醚6-8份、阳起石粉4-6份、磷酸钠2-4份、纳米氧化铝8-12份、正硅酸乙酯4-9份。
其还包含硅微粉10-15份。
其还包含硅酸锂2-5份。
其还包含羧甲基纤维素10-15份。
有益效果:本发明防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆具有良好的耐磨性和耐高温性能,提高涂层与地坪之间的结合强度,改善在各种温度下的固化速度,且还具有很好的耐水性和抗化学腐蚀性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:本实施例的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂75份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15份、四丁酮肟基硅烷4份、纳米二氧化硅4份、纳米氧化锌5份、苯丙乳液11份、聚醚二元醇5份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、钛酸丁酯1份、辛基缩水甘油醚6份、阳起石粉4份、磷酸钠2份、纳米氧化铝8份、正硅酸乙酯4份。 将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为50℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,抗压强度:75MPa,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐酸性,5%硫酸,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象;耐碱性,5%氢氧化钠,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象。
实施例2
本实施例的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂95份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20份、四丁酮肟基硅烷7份、纳米二氧化硅13份、纳米氧化锌8份、苯丙乳液14份、聚醚二元醇9份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯5份、钛酸丁酯4份、辛基缩水甘油醚8份、阳起石粉6份、磷酸钠4份、纳米氧化铝12份、正硅酸乙酯9份、硅微粉15份。 将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为80℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,抗压强度:88MPa,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐酸性,5%硫酸,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象;耐碱性,5%氢氧化钠,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象。
实施例3
本实施例的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂75份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15份、四丁酮肟基硅烷4份、纳米二氧化硅4份、纳米氧化锌5份、苯丙乳液11份、聚醚二元醇5份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、钛酸丁酯1份、辛基缩水甘油醚6份、阳起石粉4份、磷酸钠2份、纳米氧化铝8份、正硅酸乙酯4份、硅微粉10份、硅酸锂2份。 将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为50℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,抗压强度:96MPa,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐酸性,5%硫酸,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象;耐碱性,5%氢氧化钠,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象。
实施例4
本实施例的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂95份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20份、四丁酮肟基硅烷7份、纳米二氧化硅13份、纳米氧化锌8份、苯丙乳液14份、聚醚二元醇9份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯5份、钛酸丁酯4份、辛基缩水甘油醚8份、阳起石粉6份、磷酸钠4份、纳米氧化铝12份、正硅酸乙酯9份、硅微粉15份、硅酸锂5份、羧甲基纤维素15份。 将上述材料放入搅拌罐中,搅拌罐温度为80℃,搅拌混匀,混匀后冷却至常温后即可得到。
对本实施例制得地坪漆的性能进行测量,检测到的性能实验数据为:漆膜平整、光滑,铅笔硬度:1H,附着力:≤1级,柔韧性:≤2mm,抗压强度:112MPa,耐水性,浸泡7天后:无变化,无气泡,不起皱、不脱落;耐酸性,5%硫酸,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象;耐碱性,5%氢氧化钠,浸泡7天后,无气泡,无裂痕、不剥落、没有粉化、溶出现象。

1.一种防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,其特征在于包含以下重量份组分:水性丙烯酸树脂75-95份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15-20份、四丁酮肟基硅烷4-7份、纳米二氧化硅4-13份、纳米氧化锌5-8份、苯丙乳液11-14份、聚醚二元醇5-9份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3-5份、钛酸丁酯1-4份、辛基缩水甘油醚6-8份、阳起石粉4-6份、磷酸钠2-4份、纳米氧化铝8-12份、正硅酸乙酯4-9份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含硅微粉10-15份。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含硅酸锂2-5份。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的防腐纳米丙烯酸地坪漆,其特征在于:其还包含羧甲基纤维素10-15份。
