本发明公开了一种高弹力电缆用电缆料,各原料以重量份计如下:改性海泡石粉14~20份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂10~14份,氯化石蜡2~3份,水溶性氟化物树脂28.5~32.5份,松香发泡剂0.5~0.9份,重晶石8.8~9.2份,氟化钙6.4~7.6份,苯甲基硅油6.4~7.8份,水合碱式碳酸镁1.2~1.6份,硅酸铝纤维6.3~6.5份,质量分数20‑24%硝酸溶液20.4~24.8份,质量分数22‑26%硫酸溶液18.4~20.2份;本发明具有更优良的抗冻、耐火性能,且不会腐蚀铜丝而氧化发黑,适合各种复杂环境,配方成本控制更加合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆制备领域,具体属于一种高弹力电缆用电缆料。
背景技术
目前电缆生产过程中,电缆耐腐蚀性能要求很高,现有许多电缆料中使用了劣质原辅材料,虽然常规检测指标合格,但长期使用就会对铜丝造成损害。常用的耐腐蚀添加剂容易腐蚀铜丝而氧化发黑,严重影响电缆性能的问题。而如何抑制这种现象的发生,对于电缆生产是很重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是一种高弹力电缆用电缆料,具有更优良的抗冻、耐火性能,且不会腐蚀铜丝而氧化发黑,适合各种复杂环境,配方成本控制更加合理。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高弹力电缆用电缆料,各原料以重量份计如下:改性海泡石粉14~20份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂10~14份,氯化石蜡2~3份,水溶性氟化物树脂28.5~32.5份,松香发泡剂0.5~0.9份,重晶石8.8~9.2份,氟化钙6.4~7.6份,苯甲基硅油6.4~7.8份,水合碱式碳酸镁1.2~1.6份,硅酸铝纤维6.3~6.5份,质量分数20-24%硝酸溶液20.4~24.8份,质量分数22-26%硫酸溶液18.4~20.2份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将改性海泡石粉、重晶石、氟化钙、硅酸铝纤维经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入质量分数20-24%硝酸溶液,然后经球磨机制成粒径为1.2-1.5mm的生料球,140-200℃下干燥1.5-2h,即得超细粉料;
(2)在超细粉料中加入松香发泡剂、氯化石蜡、苯甲基硅油与质量分数22-26%硫酸溶液搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后输入陈化库陈化2-2.5天,将陈化后的原料进行二次搅拌,搅拌速度为900-1200r/min,搅拌时间为35-45min;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的物料与剩余原料混合后混炼32-34分钟,将混炼后的物料投入到离心机中,600-700转/min离心搅拌24-30分钟,混合均匀后进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,待混料完全熔融后挤出到注塑机中,280-300℃下注塑成型即得。

本发明的改性海泡石粉、氯化石蜡与重晶石反应形成致密耐腐蚀层,具有更优良的弹性、耐火性能,且不会腐蚀铜丝而氧化发黑,适合各种复杂环境,配方成本控制更加合理。
具体实施方式
一种高弹力电缆用电缆料,各原料以重量份计如下:改性海泡石粉17份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂12份,氯化石蜡2.5份,水溶性氟化物树脂30.5份,松香发泡剂0.7份,重晶石9份,氟化钙7份,苯甲基硅油7.1份,水合碱式碳酸镁1.4份,硅酸铝纤维6.4份,质量分数22%硝酸溶液22.6份,质量分数24%硫酸溶液19.3份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将改性海泡石粉、重晶石、氟化钙、硅酸铝纤维经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入质量分数22%硝酸溶液,然后经球磨机制成粒径为1.35mm的生料球,170℃下干燥1.7h,即得超细粉料;
(2)在超细粉料中加入松香发泡剂、氯化石蜡、苯甲基硅油与质量分数24%硫酸溶液搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后输入陈化库陈化2.2天,将陈化后的原料进行二次搅拌,搅拌速度为1050r/min,搅拌时间为40min;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的物料与剩余原料混合后混炼33分钟,将混炼后的物料投入到离心机中,650转/min离心搅拌27分钟,混合均匀后进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,待混料完全熔融后挤出到注塑机中,290℃下注塑成型即得。
本发明实施例制得的电缆性能测试如下:
冲击脆化温度:-38℃,拉伸强度,25.5MPa,断裂伸长率≥250%,耐腐蚀性:高温55℃×18h,断裂伸长率保持率70.0%、抗拉强度保持率82.7%。

1.一种高弹力电缆用电缆料,其特征在于,各原料以重量份计如下:改性海泡石粉14~20份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂10~14份,氯化石蜡2~3份,水溶性氟化物树脂28.5~32.5份,松香发泡剂0.5~0.9份,重晶石8.8~9.2份,氟化钙6.4~7.6份,苯甲基硅油6.4~7.8份,水合碱式碳酸镁1.2~1.6份,硅酸铝纤维6.3~6.5份,质量分数20-24%硝酸溶液20.4~24.8份,质量分数22-26%硫酸溶液18.4~20.2份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将改性海泡石粉、重晶石、氟化钙、硅酸铝纤维经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入质量分数20-24%硝酸溶液,然后经球磨机制成粒径为1.2-1.5mm的生料球,140-200℃下干燥1.5-2h,即得超细粉料;
(2)在超细粉料中加入松香发泡剂、氯化石蜡、苯甲基硅油与质量分数22-26%硫酸溶液搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后输入陈化库陈化2-2.5天,将陈化后的原料进行二次搅拌,搅拌速度为900-1200r/min,搅拌时间为35-45min;

2.根据权利要求1所述高弹力电缆用电缆料,其特征在于,各原料以重量份计如下:改性海泡石粉17份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂12份,氯化石蜡2.5份,水溶性氟化物树脂30.5份,松香发泡剂0.7份,重晶石9份,氟化钙7份,苯甲基硅油7.1份,水合碱式碳酸镁1.4份,硅酸铝纤维6.4份,质量分数22%硝酸溶液22.6份,质量分数24%硫酸溶液19.3份。
