本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀化工设备用电缆外护套,其各原料以重量份计如下:聚碳酸酯40‑50份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂8~10份,二甲基硅油乳液14~16份,水玻璃8.2~9.4份,膨润土2.5~3份,矿渣微粉2.5‑3.5份,防老剂1.5~3份,钛白粉1.2~1.6份,硫化剂0.4~0.8份,交联剂TAC 0.6~0.8份,石墨烯0.4~1.2份。本发明本发明电缆是用于化工腐蚀环境下,能有效耐潮防水,同时能够有效防止化学制品的腐蚀,具有良好的成型加工性能,表面密封性好,非常适合在化工设备领域控制电缆使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆制备领域,具体属于一种耐腐蚀化工设备用电缆外护套。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯护套料是以聚氯乙烯为基础树脂,添加稳定剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯,对苯二甲酸二辛酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯等增塑剂以及碳酸钙等无机填充物,助剂和润滑剂等添加剂,经过混配捏合挤出而制备的粒子。
随着化工设备电缆安装工程的迅速发展,对电缆保护提出的更高要求,电缆保护套是保护电线和电缆最常用的一种电绝缘管。因为具有绝缘性能良好、化学稳定性高、不老化、可适应苛刻环境而被广泛得以应用。电缆护套材料不仅需要有优良的物理性能,如拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等,同时还需要拥有良好的耐腐蚀性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀化工设备用电缆外护套,能有效耐潮防水,同时能够有效防止化学制品的腐蚀,具有良好的成型加工性能,表面密封性好,非常适合在化工设备领域控制电缆使用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐腐蚀化工设备用电缆外护套,其各原料以重量份计如下:聚碳酸酯40-50份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂8~10份,二甲基硅油乳液14~16份,水玻璃8.2~9.4份,膨润土2.5~3份,矿渣微粉2.5-3.5份,防老剂1.5~3份,钛白粉1.2~1.6份,硫化剂0.4~0.8份,交联剂TAC0.6~0.8份,石墨烯0.4~1.2份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)在拌料机中按先后顺序加入聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂、二甲基硅油乳液、膨润土、矿渣微粉,同时持续拌料,拌料温度60-70℃,拌料时间0.8-1.2小时,熟化时间0.6-0.8小时;
(2)拌料后物料放入到搅拌容器中,同时放入钛白粉、交联剂TAC、石墨烯,搅拌容器的温度从常温上升到200℃,用时18-22min,且保温30-35min,冷却后与剩余原料一同加入高速混合机,高速混合80-120min,混合后通过双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒子,即得。

本发明电缆是用于化工腐蚀环境下,能有效耐潮防水,同时能够有效防止化学制品的腐蚀,具有良好的成型加工性能,表面密封性好,非常适合在化工设备领域控制电缆使用。
具体实施方式
实施例:
一种耐腐蚀化工设备用电缆外护套,其各原料以重量份计如下:聚碳酸酯45份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂9份,二甲基硅油乳液15份,水玻璃8.8份,膨润土2.7份,矿渣微粉3份,防老剂2.2份,钛白粉1.4份,硫化剂0.6份,交联剂TAC 0.7份,石墨烯0.8份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)在拌料机中按先后顺序加入聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂、二甲基硅油乳液、膨润土、矿渣微粉,同时持续拌料,拌料温度65℃,拌料时间1小时,熟化时间0.7小时;
(2)拌料后物料放入到搅拌容器中,同时放入钛白粉、交联剂TAC、石墨烯,搅拌容器的温度从常温上升到200℃,用时20min,且保温32min,冷却后与剩余原料一同加入高速混合机,高速混合100min,混合后通过双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒子,即得。
本实施例制得的护套料,均通过145℃×110h 的热老化实验,氧指数32%,体积电阻率为3.3×1000Ω.m。

1.一种耐腐蚀化工设备用电缆外护套,其特征在于,其各原料以重量份计如下:聚碳酸酯40-50份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂8~10份,二甲基硅油乳液14~16份,水玻璃8.2~9.4份,膨润土2.5~3份,矿渣微粉2.5-3.5份,防老剂1.5~3份,钛白粉1.2~1.6份,硫化剂0.4~0.8份,交联剂TAC 0.6~0.8份,石墨烯0.4~1.2份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)在拌料机中按先后顺序加入聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂、二甲基硅油乳液、膨润土、矿渣微粉,同时持续拌料,拌料温度60-70℃,拌料时间0.8-1.2小时,熟化时间0.6-0.8小时;
(2)拌料后物料放入到搅拌容器中,同时放入钛白粉、交联剂TAC、石墨烯,搅拌容器的温度从常温上升到200℃,用时18-22min,且保温30-35min,冷却后与剩余原料一同加入高速混合机,高速混合80-120min,混合后通过双螺杆挤出机,挤出造粒子,即得。
