S1.捣碎枸杞子,白术,党参,茯苓,生地,熟地,红枣,肉桂,研磨成药粉;
S2.洗干净陈皮,隔水蒸30分钟,加入药粉一起蒸;
S3.蒸干放到太阳下暴晒,晒干后再隔水蒸30分钟;
S4.周而复始九次,制成九制陈皮。
