一种延年益寿的九制陈皮,其特征在于,包含如下组分:陈皮100克,枸杞子30克,白术30克,党参25克,茯苓25克,生地20克,熟地20克,红枣20克,肉桂10克,冰糖300克。
进一步的,所述九制陈皮通过以下步骤获得:
S1.捣碎枸杞子,白术,党参,茯苓,生地,熟地,红枣,肉桂,研磨成药粉;
S2.洗干净陈皮,隔水蒸30分钟,加入药粉一起蒸;
S3.蒸干放到太阳下暴晒,晒干后再隔水蒸30分钟;
S4.周而复始九次,制成九制陈皮。
根据权利要求2所述,其特征在于S2,除了上述药粉,还可以加入生姜、甘草或者玫瑰花瓣。
