盖-身一体型软管容器及其制作装置和制作方法
技术领域
本发明是关于盖-身一体型软管容器及其制作装置和制作方法的,在制作软管容器时,将包括了盖帽的盖帽部和软管接合,将两者合为为一体。
背景技术
一般来说,像牙膏、化妆品等管状容器,是向其内部加入填充物后使用的,这种管状容器是由容器主体与盖帽连接而成的,容器主体是圆筒形或椭圆形的软管与喷射状的盖帽连接工具接合而成,盖帽是独立生产出来后通过连接工具与容器主体连接。因此,为了生产出一个管状容器,要分别制成软管、盖帽连接工具、盖帽后经过接合工艺或将三者连接后才能进行使用。因此,在生产此类管状容器是,不仅生产费用高,在使用过程中还经常会发生丢失盖帽的情况。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明是关于利用高频波电能将盖帽和软管接合构成的盖-身一体型管状容器以及其制作装置和制作方法。
另外,本发明是关于包括了盖帽的盖帽部,且软管是由新素材构成的盖-身一体型管状容器以及其制作装置和制作方法。
解决问题的方法
本发明是关于软管容器制作装置的,包括:位于发出高频波的线圈外部,将从线圈中发出的高频波切断的第1切断部;位于第1切断部上部、用于切断线圈中发出的高频波的第2切断部;位于上述线圈内部、将上述线圈中发出的高频波切断的第3切断部,在其内部形成了一定空间,用来放置安装在软管上的盖帽。
这里,第1至第3切断部可由铁氧体构成。
而且,软管容器制作装置还可包括与第2切断部贯通,上部与位于上述第3切断部中的盖帽上部接触,用于固定上述盖帽的固定部。
而且,固定部的下端可由非金属材质构成。
而且,软管容器制作装置还可包括软管容器支架,还包括:软管容器支架,其包括:上、下部半径相同的颈部;下部半径长于上部、上部与颈部的下部相连的肩部;上部与肩部的下部相连的主体部;软管容器支架至少还包括一个固定槽,用来从肩部下边向内部固定盖帽。
此时,软管容器支架内部至少还包括一个空气吸入口,此空气吸入口从上到下贯穿软管容器支架。
另一方面,本发明是关于一种软管容器,包括:盖帽;上部与上述盖帽下部连接的铰链;上部与上述铰链下部连接的颈部;上部与上述颈部下部连接的肩部;从上述肩部的侧面向下突出、至少一个的固定突起。
这里,盖帽的上、下部大小一致,上述颈部的上、下部大小一致,上述肩部的下部要大于上部。
另外,还包括上部与上述肩部的下部连接的主体部,上述固体突起可位于上述主体部的内部。
另外,还包括排出部,排出部的下部与上述颈部的上部相连,为了能将密封部件的外侧安置于排出部上面的外侧与内侧之间,此排出部与上述密封部件相连。
另一方面,本发明是关于软管容器的制作方法,包括利用金属茂催化剂或齐格勒-纳塔催化剂中的一种,与聚合的聚乙二醇和聚丙烯混合的过程;将上述混合物进行加热的过程;利用通过上述加热熔融的上述混合物生成盖帽部的过程,以及上述盖帽与主体部接合的过程。
这里,混合过程还可包括添加铝的过程,可添加占重量25-35%的铝。
并且,可根据上述主体部中是否包含上述铝而决定是否添加铝。
并且混合过程还包括将占重量20-45%的上述金属茂聚乙二醇和占重量54-79%的上述聚丙烯混合的过程。
并且加热的过程还包括在多个加热部中加热的过程。
并且多个加热部,从第一次加热上述混合物的加热部到最终加热混合物的加热部,其温度是不断增加的。
并且加热过程还包括以55~60rpm的喷射速度喷射出的过程,上述接合过程还包括利用高频波电能将上述盖帽部或是上述主体部中的至少一个中包含的铝进行加热并接合的过程。
发明的有益效果
由于本发明是盖帽部与软管接合制成的软管容器,因此可以减少软管容器的生产费用,高效的制作流程,提高了生产性。
而且,由于本发明是软管容器、盖帽一体型结构,因此可减少在使用过程中发生的盖帽丢失问题,因为盖帽的位置是固定的,所以使用起来更加方便。
而且,由于本发明是利用金属茂催化剂或齐格勒-纳塔催化剂,与聚合的2聚乙二醇和聚丙烯按适当的比例构成了盖帽部,因此很容易将盖帽部和主体部接合起来。
而且,本发明的盖帽部或主体部中的任意一个都含有铝,因此可高效地将盖帽部与主体部进行接合。

发明的实施形态
以下,将参考附加图面对本发明的实施例进行详细地解释说明。需要指出的是,与本发明有关的常见功能或构成的相关具体说明,若被判断会混淆本文重点,则将省略。
图1图示的是根据本发明一个实施例的软管容器制作装置10的立体图。
参考图1,本发明的软管容器制作装置10包括:高频波供应部120、电极部130、140、冷却水供应部150、160以及软管容器支架175,还包括操作区100、连接区110以及固定区190。
操作区100通过连接区110与高频波供应部120连接,使高频波供应部120能够移动。
在制作软管容器时,高频波供应部120利用电极部130、140供应的电源所发出高频波将软管容器的盖帽和软管接合在一起,冷却水供应部150、160向高频波供应部120中供应冷却水,用来减少高频波供应部120在接合过程中所释放出的热气,举例来讲,通过图面序号150供应冷却水,通过图面序号160将冷却水排出。
软管容器支架175,通过安装盖帽部和软管的地方,上部170与盖帽部接合,主体部180与软管连接,通过固定区190被固定。
图2图示的是根据本发明一个实施例的软管容器制作装置其构成的分解截面图。
参考图2,高频波供应部120包括:机壳200、盖帽闭合部210、第1至第3高频波切断部220、230、250、线圈部295以及第1及第2高频波传递部260、265。
机壳200形成了高频波供应部120的外观,盖帽闭合部210是在盖帽与软管接合时,用来固定盖帽不使其打开。盖帽闭合部210贯穿铁氧体板220,其上部与机壳200连接,下部位于盖帽所在的铁氧体内部管250的空间中。盖帽闭合部210的下部中包括下面的一部分是用来保护盖帽不受损伤,其为了不使高频波传递至盖帽,可由非金属材质构成,举例来说,可由橡胶材质或天然皮革等构成。
线圈部295包括线圈290和高频波输出部。线圈290通过其一端与另一端连接的电极部130、140所提供的电源发出高频波,发出的高频波通过高频波输出部240被释放出。
第1至第3高频波切断部220、230、250是在发出高频波时,将高频波切断,防止其向高频波供应部120的外部等不需要高频波的地方释放高频波。第2高频波切断部220可由铁氧体板、第1高频波切断部230可由铁氧体外部管、第3高频波切断部250可由铁氧体内部管构成。此时,线圈环绕在第3高频波切断部250的外部,第2高频波切断部220和安装在第1高频波切断部230的上端。另外,在第3高频波切断部250上可形成盖帽部和软管接合时盖帽所处的空间255。在此构成情况下,可切断从线圈290向第3高频波切断部250内部和第1高频波切断部230外部发出的高频波,从而提高高频波的效率。
第1高频波传递部260是陶瓷材质的,与高频波输出部240接触,第2高频波传递部260是铜材质。第1高频波传递部260虽然不能流通高频波,但由于第2高频波传递部260可以,因此从高频波输出部240中释放出的高频波可沿着第1高频波传递部260外面流通、传递至第2高频波传递部260。
另一方面,软管容器175的上部170包括了颈部275和肩部285。颈部275的上部与下部大小相同,肩部285的下部比上部大4倍。而且,肩部285的下部大于颈部275的下部,颈部285上部与颈部275的下部相连。这里所说的大小可指宽度,举例来说,当软管容器支架175是圆筒形构造时,颈部275的上部和下部的半径是相同的,但颈部285下部的半径却长于上部的半径。而且,颈部285下部的半径要长于上部的半径。而且,肩部285下部的半径要长于颈部275下部的半径来构成。
从肩部285下方向软管容器支架175内部,具备了用来固定与软管容器支架175连接的盖帽的固定槽280,并且至少要具备一个以上的固定槽280。另外,主体部180的上部与肩部285的下部连接,为了使软管容器支架175能够贯穿上部到下部,内部至少需要具备一个以上的空气吸入口270,这是为了盖帽部与软管容器支架175连接后吸入空气将盖部固定,或盖帽部与软管完成接合后,将软管容器从软管容器支架175中排出而具备的。
图3图示的截面图,是根据本发明的一个实施例,对如何形成软管容器的软管容器制作装置的操作进行了说明。
为了制作软管容器,需将另外单独制成的盖帽300连接到软管容器支架175的上部170。这里,盖帽部330包括:盖帽330、盖帽和铰链结合的颈部340、与颈部连接的肩部350、从颈部向下形成的固定突起310。固定突起310与在软管容器支架175的上部形成固定槽280结合,从空气通路270中吸入空气并将盖帽部300固定在软管容器支架上175。接下来,软管320与软管容器支架175的主体部180连接,为了能够使盖帽部300和软管320接合,与软管容器支架175的主体部180接合的软管320的上部中的一部分要与盖帽部300的肩部重叠。
图4图示的截面图,是根据本发明的一个实施例,对执行接合操作的软管容器制作装置的操作进行了说明。
参考图4,当把盖帽部300及软管320安装在软管容器支架175上时,操作口100将把高频波供应部120向软管容器支架175的方向移动,将把软管容器支架175上安装的盖帽部300的盖帽330放置于高频波供应部120的第3高频波切断部25上形成的空间内,盖帽闭合部210将与盖帽330接触。接下来,电极部130、140通电,向冷却水供应部150、160提供冷却水,从线圈290中发出的高频波将通高频波输出部240放出,放出的高频波将沿着与高频波输出部240接触的第1高频波传递部260的外面流动,并传递至第2高频波传递部260。这里,第1高频波传递部160与第2高频波传递部165连接的支点正是盖帽部300和软管320接合的部分,因此可根据高频波接合。
举例来讲,当软管320由聚乙烯和铝构成时,当高频波流经铝时将产热,因此聚乙烯将熔融并进行接合,当软管320被熔融并压缩时即完成接合。
接合完成后,操作区100进行移动,从而使接合部2从软管容器支架175上分离,向软管容器支架175的吸附区投入压缩空气,将软管容器从软管容器支架175上分离。
图5图示的是根据本发明一个实施例的软管容器的立体图。
参考图5,本发明的软管容器包括盖帽部50及主体部,盖帽部50包括盖帽500,铰链510,颈部520及肩部560。
盖帽部50中铰链510的上部是与盖帽500的下部相连接,铰链510的下部是与颈部520的上部相连接。而且颈部520的下部是与肩部560的上部相连接,肩部560的下部是与主体部530的上部相连接。
盖帽部是可利用金属茂催化剂(metallocene)或者齐格勒-纳塔催化剂(zeigler-natta),聚乙烯(polythylene),聚丙烯(polypropylene)及铝(aluminum)构成,举例来讲,使用金属茂催化剂或者齐格勒-纳塔催化剂,也可以使用聚合的聚乙烯,聚丙烯及铝混合后的材料,聚乙烯是可以使用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)或者高密度(HDPE)聚乙烯。
金属茂催化剂能够科学进行催化和合成,且高分子结构是可以进行精密调节的。因而使用金属茂催化剂,聚合的聚乙烯(以下,称作金属茂聚乙烯)相比于聚乙烯透明性及强度,伸长率等热力,结构性特性更优越。虽然以下对于使用金属茂催化剂的情况进行了说明但是代替金属茂催化剂使用齐格勒-纳塔催化剂聚合,这样的方法和金属茂催化剂是相同或相似适用。
金属茂聚乙烯,熔融指数(Melt Index)过低,不能完全与聚丙烯融合,熔融指数是MI(g/min)=extruder,根据试料的重量/测定的时间(50min),熔融指数越高水性就减弱,可加工性变好,聚丙烯是3.5~4.0,聚乙烯是0.75~0.85,金属茂聚乙烯是0.5~0.6左右。因而金属茂聚乙烯完善了低下的可加工性,为了充分体现水性金属茂聚乙烯和聚丙烯按照适当的比例混合使用是必要的。本发明的软管容器是金属茂聚乙烯20-45%重量和聚丙烯54-79%重量混合后使用。金属茂聚乙烯在重量20%不到的情况抗张力及耐久性增强的效果不能充分的发挥,重量45%使用超过时,熔融指数减少可加工性变低,制造时在软管容器制造装置(未图示)中会发生温度超负荷现象。
并且,盖帽部50在制作软管容器时利用了高频波,为了使接合更容易,可在金属茂聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合物中添加25-35%重量的铝,可添加铝粉。这时,铝是根据主体部530中是否包含铝而决定是否添加,举例来说,主体部530中不包含铝的时,可在盖帽部50中进行添加;主体部530中包含铝时,盖帽部50中不用进行添加。若向铝中提供高频波电能,铝将被加热,聚乙烯可以被熔融,主体部530中如果包含铝组成主体部530的聚乙烯熔融后和盖帽部能够接合,如果主体部530中不包含铝,将向盖帽部50中添加铝,通过盖帽部50中所包含的聚乙烯进行熔融从而与主体部进行接合。
一方面,主体部530是物质填充的地方,主体部530填充的物质是经由肩部560和颈部520通过开放的盖帽500进行排出。而且主体部530下部刻有视线刻度540,为了打开盖帽500,与盖帽侧面连接的开放突起将与视线刻度安装于一条直线上。
主体部530是利用聚乙烯和铝来构成的,举例来说,其构成可将铝安置与聚乙烯与聚乙烯之间(aluminum barrierlayer),没有铝也可以由聚乙烯构成(plastic barrierlayer)。
图6图示的是根据本发明一个实施例的软管容器其构成的截面图。
参考图6,盖帽500的上部和下部的大小是一致的,盖帽500的下部和颈部520的上部是连接的。而且颈部520的上部和下部的大小是一致的,盖帽500和颈部520的大小也可以一致。而且颈部520的上部与物质排出的排出部640的下部相连接,排出部640是按照盖帽部50的构成,与盖帽部50以相同的素材构成。
肩部560的下部比上部大,上部和颈部520的下部相连接,下部比颈部520的下部和盖帽500的下部大。
这里的大小可指代宽度,举例来说,当软管容器为圆筒形时,盖帽500的上部和下部的半径一致,颈部520的上部和下部的半径一致。而且肩部560下部的半径比上部的半径长,肩部560下部的半径比盖帽500的上部及颈部520的下部的半径长。而且盖帽500的下部和颈部520的上部的半径一致,肩部560的下部的半径大小是上部半径的5.5倍的大小构成。
另一方面,从肩部560侧面开始沿下方向安装了的固定突起630,固定突起630是为了固定上述本发明软管容器制造的过程中的肩部560,颈部520及包括了盖帽500的盖帽部50制造装置。制造装置中具备了固定槽280,固定突起630与固定槽相结合。需要具备至少一个以上的固定突起630,其构成使用与盖帽部50相同的材质,可安装在从肩部560侧面至主体部内部。
主体部530的上部和肩部560的下部相连接,主体部530的上部和肩部560的上部大小相同,主体部530中若包括铝610,则如图6所示,则使铝610处于聚乙烯600和聚乙烯620之间。
图7图示的是根据本发明一个实施例的软管容器的上部构成截面图。图8图示的是根据本发明一个实施例的软管容器的背面图。
参考图7及图8,固定突起630从肩部560侧面至向下方向突起。7及图8中图示两个固定突起630,可具备一个或两个以上。
图9是用来解释说明如何将根据本发明的一个实施例的软管容器的排出部与密封部件连接的。
参考图9,本发明的软管容器排出部640是用来将主体部530中的填充物质向外部排出的,和盖帽500相接合,为了使盖帽500以触摸开关方式进行开、闭,排出部640的上部外侧920是突出的。
而且,为了提高排出口900的密封力,排出部640可通过加热熔融的方法与密封部件910接合,使用者将与排出部640接合的密封部件910除去后,在使物质排出。这时,为了不使密封部件910脱落,将使其接合在排出部640上面的外侧820。密封部件910的外侧820将被安置于排出部640上面的内侧和外侧820之间930的范围内。这时,为了使用者能够轻松地将密封部件910从排出部640中排出,密封部件910的一部分可以是突出的,图9所图示的密封部件910的突出部分可脱离排出部640的上面外侧820。
图10a及图10b是用来解释说明根据本发明一个实施例的软管容器的制作方法的顺序图。
参考图10a,本发明的软管容器制造方法包括:盖帽部50形成过程1000和成形的盖帽部50和主体部530的接合过程1010。
首先,参考图10b观察盖帽部50形成过程,将占重量20-45%金属茂聚乙烯和占重量54-79%的聚丙烯进行混合1020,后将混合物加热1040。接下来,利用混合物生成1050盖帽部50,这时将金属茂聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合后添加25-35%重量的铝1030。
加热过程1040是本发明以射出的方式制造的软管容器制作装置(未图示)中经过包括多个加热部加热使温度有很大的提高发生混合物的碳化现象使水性降低,因为低温下混合物不溶解逐渐升温对于可加工性低的混合物溶解具有很好的效果。按照实例多个加热部为了使MI低的金属茂聚乙烯更好的溶解是由第1加热部590-250℃,第2个加热部595-255℃,第3加热部200-220℃,第4加热部205-225℃,第5加热部250-230℃,第6加热部255-235℃所构成。
另外,通过本发明的射出方式制成的制作装置(未图示)的射出速度最好是设置成55-60rpm左右。这是为了延长混合物在制作装置(未图示)中的滞留时间,从而能够更好、更完全地进行混合、溶解。若射出速度高于60rpm,则射出速度过快,混合物被大量推出,造成树脂(混合物的熔融状态)出来很粗,混合物在制作装置(未图示)中的滞留时间也将变短;若射出速度低于55rpm时,射出速度变慢,流程时间延长,效率低下。这里,射出速度指的是螺旋的旋转数,螺旋的使用是为了用高压将熔融的混合物推出。
盖帽部生成的过程1050包括了为了生成盖帽部50,将加热后熔融的树脂放入模具中,用高压处理的过程。
另一方面,盖帽部50和主体部530的接合过程包括利用高频波电能将成型的盖帽部50和主体部530接合的过程。举例来说,图1至图4中所展示的本发明的软管容器制作装置中,将盖帽部50与主体部530安装在软管容器支架175上后,若供应高频波电能时,通过盖帽部50的肩部560和主体部530的接合将使盖帽部50与主体部530接合。这里,若主体部530或盖帽部50内含有聚乙烯和铝是,则通过高频波电能将铝加热,使聚乙烯熔融后,将盖帽部50和主体部530接合。
另一方面,在本发明的详尽说明中,虽然对实施例进行了相关的具体说明,但是在不脱离本发明范围的限度内,本发明仍有多种变型的可能性。
因此,本发明的范围并不仅局限于上述说明的实施例,不仅仅是下文中的要求权利范围,与权利要求范围均等的内容都应确定包括在内。

1.一种软管容器制作装置,在盖-身一体型软管容器制作装置中,包括:
位于发出高频波线圈的外部、将从上述线圈中发出的高频波切断的第1切断部;

2.根据权利要求1中所述的软管容器制作装置,其特点是:上述第1至第3切断部可由铁氧体构成。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的软管容器制作装置,还包括:与上述第2切断部贯通,上部与位于上述第3切断部中的盖帽上部接触,用于固定上述盖帽的固定部(210)。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的软管容器制作装置,其特点是:上述固定部的下端是由非金属材质构成。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的软管容器制作装置,还包括软管容器支架,其包括:上、下部半径相同的颈部;下部半径长于上部、上部与上述颈部的下部相连的肩部;上部与上述肩部的下部相连的主体部;上述软管容器支架至少还包括一个固定槽,用来从上述肩部下边向内部固定盖帽。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的软管容器制作装置,上述软管容器支架内部至少还包括一个空气吸入口,此空气吸入口从上到下贯穿软管容器支架。
7.一种软管容器,在此盖-身一体型软管容器中,包括:
盖帽;
上部与上述盖帽下部连接的铰链;
上部与上述铰链下部连接的颈部;
上部与上述颈部下部连接的肩部;
从上述肩部的侧面向下突出、至少一个的固定突起。
8.根据权利要求7中所述的软管容器,其特点是:上述盖帽的上、下部大小相同,上述颈部的上、下部大小相同,上述肩部的下部大于上部。
9.根据权利要求7中所述的软管容器,其特点是:还包括上部与上述肩部的下部相连的主体部。上述固体突出位于上述主体部的内部。
10.根据权利要求7中所述的软管容器,还包括排出部,排出部的下部与上述颈部的上部相连,为了能将密封部件的外侧安置于排出部上面的外侧与内侧之间,此排出部与上述密封部件相连。
11.一种软管容器制作方法,此盖-身一体型软管容器制作方法包括:
利用金属茂催化剂或齐格勒-纳塔催化剂中的任意一种,将聚合的聚乙二醇和聚丙烯混合的过程;
将上述混合物进行加热的过程;
利用通过上述加热熔融的上述混合物生成盖帽部的过程,以及
上述盖帽与主体部接合的过程。
12.根据权利要求11中所述的软管容器制作方法,上述混合过程还可包括添加铝的过程。
13.根据权利要求12中所述的软管容器制作方法,其特点是:可添加占重量25-35%的铝。
14.根据权利要求12中所述的软管容器制作方法,其特点是:可根据上述主体部中是否含有铝而决定是否添加上述铝。
15.根据权利要求11中所述的软管容器制作方法,上述混合过程包括占重量20-45%的上述金属茂聚乙二醇和占重量54-79%的上述聚丙烯混合的过程。
16.根据权利要求11中所述的软管容器制作方法,上述加热过程包括在多个加热部中加热的过程。
17.根据权利要求11中所述的软管容器制作方法,上述多个加热部,从第一次加热上述混合物的加热部到最终加热混合物的加热部,其温度是不断增加的。
18.根据权利要求11中所述的软管容器制作方法,上述加热过程包括以55~60rpm的喷射速度喷射的过程。
19.根据权利要求11中所述的软管容器制作方法,上述接合过程包括:利用高频波电能,将上述盖帽部或是上述主体部中的至少一个中包含的铝进行加热并接合的过程。
