本发明提供一种节能环保的加热炉,包括由内到外依次设置的导热炉膛层、加热盘管、热反射隔热涂料层、炉壁;所述加热炉的顶端开口,并且在开口处设有可开合的电动门,所述加热炉的顶端还设有环形的传送轨道,所述传送轨道上设有传送块,所述传送块的底端固定设有气缸结构,所述气缸结构的末端固定设有挂钩。本发明的有益效果是可自动对工件进行加热,热能源可充分利用,热损失小。

技术领域
本发明属于加热设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种节能环保的加热炉。
背景技术
工件加热是机械制造业常用的工序,在加热炉内可快速完成加热作业,然而现有技术中,需要人工件工件置入加热炉内,再人工取料,费时费力,作业效率低,而且现有的加热炉热损失严重,能源浪费大,一种可以解决以上这些问题的节能环保的加热炉还有待于进一步的研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、便于推广应用、节能环保的加热炉。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种节能环保的加热炉,包括由内到外依次设置的导热炉膛层、加热盘管、热反射隔热涂料层、炉壁;所述加热炉的顶端开口,并且在开口处设有可开合的电动门,所述加热炉的顶端还设有环形的传送轨道,所述传送轨道上设有传送块,所述传送块的底端固定设有气缸结构,所述气缸结构的末端固定设有挂钩。
所述炉膛层内侧设有若干凸起。
两个电动门关闭相接处时,形成一个可供气缸结构的活塞杆穿过的通孔。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、由于采用上述技术方案,工件的加热作业更加方便,省时省力,作业效率高;具有结构简单,加工成本低、便于推广应用等优点。
2、热损失小,节能环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1-2所示,本发明的一种节能环保的加热炉,包括由内到外依次设置的导热炉膛层1、加热盘管2、热反射隔热涂料层3、炉壁4;所述加热炉的顶端开口,并且在开口处设有可开合的电动门6,所述加热炉的顶端还设有环形的传送轨道7,所述传送轨道7上设有传送块,所述传送块8的底端固定设有气缸结构9,所述气缸结构9的末端固定设有挂钩10。
所述炉膛层1内侧设有若干凸起5。
两个电动门6关闭相接处时,形成一个可供气缸结构9的活塞杆穿过的通孔。
本实例的工作过程:
加热盘管2产生的热量通过导热炉膛层1传递到炉膛内,凸起5有效增大了导热炉膛层1的内表面积,可提高热传导速度,提高升温速度。
热反射隔热涂料层3可将加热盘管2外侧产生的热量反射回来,最大程度的减少了热损失,而且加工方便,省时省力。
使用本装置时,可将待加热的工件一一挂在挂钩10下部,当传送块8将工件传送至加热炉正上方时,电动门6开启,活塞杆带动工件向下运动至炉膛内,电动门关闭,通孔可容纳活塞杆。

1.一种节能环保的加热炉,其特征在于:包括由内到外依次设置的导热炉膛层、加热盘管、热反射隔热涂料层、炉壁;所述加热炉的顶端开口,并且在开口处设有可开合的电动门,所述加热炉的顶端还设有环形的传送轨道,所述传送轨道上设有传送块,所述传送块的底端固定设有气缸结构,所述气缸结构的末端固定设有挂钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保的加热炉,其特征在于:所述炉膛层内侧设有若干凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保的加热炉,其特征在于:两个电动门关闭相接处时,形成一个可供气缸结构的活塞杆穿过的通孔。
