背景技术
现有的熟化器，包括由外层仓板及内层仓板封闭而成的仓体，外层仓板与内层仓板之间设有夹层，夹层中靠内层仓板的一侧设有仓壁加热装置，夹层中靠外层仓板的一侧设有保温层。
工作时，仓壁加热装置产生的热能只能先通过加热内层仓板，然后向仓内以热辐射和热传导的方式加热物料和空气，这样的结构存在如下不足之处：加热速度慢、熟化温度低、仓内物料温度不均匀、易产生冷凝水等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，克服现有技术中存在的问题，提供一种带加热的熟化器，能够对仓内物料进行快速加热且加热均匀。
为解决以上技术问题，本实用新型所提供的一种带加热的熟化器，包括由外层仓板及内层仓板封闭而成的仓体，所述外层仓板与内层仓板之间设有夹层，所述夹层中靠所述内层仓板的一侧设有仓壁加热装置，所述夹层中靠所述外层仓板的一侧设有保温层，所述仓体的内腔分布有多个仓内加热装置，各所述仓内加热装置的上方分别设有V形导热板，各所述V形导热板的开口向下分别覆盖在所述仓内加热装置上。
相对于现有技术，本实用新型取得了以下有益效果：在仓壁加热装置加热内层仓板通过热辐射和热传导加热仓内物料的同时，仓内加热装置先加热V形导热板，V形导热板可以增大与物料的接触面积，直接加热物料和空气，加热速度快且加热均匀。
作为本实用新型的优选方案，各所述仓内加热装置均匀分布在所述仓体的内腔且沿水平方向相互平行设置。

如图1所示，本实用新型的带加热的熟化器，包括由外层仓板1及内层仓板2封闭而成的仓体，外层仓板1与内层仓板2之间设有夹层，夹层中靠内层仓板的一侧设有仓壁加热装置3，夹层中靠外层仓板1的一侧设有保温层6，仓体的内腔分布有多个仓内加热装置5，各仓内加热装置5的上方分别设有V形导热板4，各V形导热板4的开口向下分别覆盖在仓内加热装置5上。各仓内加热装置5优选均匀分布在仓体的内腔且沿水平方向相互平行设置。仓内加热装置5可以为蒸汽加热管道，也可以为蒸汽夹套，也可以为热油管道，也可以为电及电磁加热等方式。
工作中，在仓壁加热装置3加热内层仓板2通过热辐射和热传导加热仓内物料的同时，仓内加热装置5先加热V形导热板4，V形导热板可以增大与物料的接触面积，直接加热物料和空气，加热速度快且加热均匀。

1.一种带加热的熟化器，包括由外层仓板及内层仓板封闭而成的仓体，所述外层仓板与内层仓板之间设有夹层，所述夹层中靠所述内层仓板的一侧设有仓壁加热装置，所述夹层中靠所述外层仓板的一侧设有保温层，其特征在于：所述仓体的内腔分布有多个仓内加热装置，各所述仓内加热装置的上方分别设有V形导热板，各所述V形导热板的开口向下分别覆盖在所述仓内加热装置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带加热的熟化器，其特征在于：各所述仓内加热装置均匀分布在所述仓体的内腔且沿水平方向相互平行设置。
