Abstract

本发明提供了一种低噪音空气净化器,包括初滤网层、活性炭吸附层、紫外线杀菌灯、HEPA微粒滤网层、香薰装置,进风栅板位于壳体下部的侧面,壳体内设有风机,所述风机上方依次设有可拆卸的初滤网层、可拆卸的活性炭吸附层和可拆卸HEPA微粒滤网层,HEPA微粒滤网层上方依次设有负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌灯、空气加湿器和香薰装置。本发明的有益效果是设置有香薰装置,香薰装置内设有托盘,可以选择根据自己的需要,放置不同的精油,精油加热挥发后能够起到很好的调节作用,缓解人体疲劳,起到很好的养生功效;添加负离子发生器,不仅能够起到除尘的作用,而且能够给人体带来一定的保健功效,促进新陈代谢。

技术领域
本发明属于低噪音空气净化器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种低噪音空气净化器。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,但大气环境污染已成为困扰人类日常生活的一大难题,人们也逐渐意识到环境问题的严重,因此每个人都需要注意身边的环境,从而营造一个良好的生活环境。卧室是人们经常生活起居的地方,因此,人们对卧室的空气质量要求也逐渐提高,有必要提出一种专门用于改善卧室空气质量的净化器。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种低噪音空气净化器,以解决上述技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种低噪音空气净化器,包括壳体、风机、初滤网层、活性炭吸附层、负离子发生器、空气加湿器、香薰装置、进风栅板,所述进风栅板位于壳体下部的侧面,壳体内设有风机,所述风机上方依次设有可拆卸的初滤网层、可拆卸的活性炭吸附层和可拆卸HEPA微粒滤网层,HEPA微粒滤网层上方依次设有负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌灯、空气加湿器和香薰装置,壳体上方设有出气口。
进一步,所述进风栅板上开设有多个平行的长方形格栅孔,所述长方形孔的四个拐角处均为倒圆角结构。
进一步,所述香薰装置包括加热器和托盘。
进一步,壳体的侧面设有开合门。
进一步,所述壳体外侧分别设有与负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌灯、空气加湿器和香薰装置相对应的开关。
进一步,所述初滤网层为粗棉纱过滤层。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的低噪音空气净化器具有以下优势:(1)本发明中设置有香薰装置,香薰装置内设有托盘,可以选择根据自己的需要,放置不同的精油,精油加热挥发后能够起到很好的调节作用,缓解人体疲劳,起到很好的养生功效;添加负离子发生器,不仅能够起到除尘的作用,而且能够给人体带来一定的保健功效,促进新陈代谢。(2)本发明中进风栅板的长方形孔设有倒圆角,气流经长方形孔进入低噪音空气净化器内部时由于长方形孔的角度比较平滑,气流在在该区域通过时不易产生涡流,并且能量损失少,因而能够降低气流撞击长方形孔而产生的噪音;(3)本发明的低噪音空气净化器最适合用于卧室,设备结构简单合理,能够最大限度的节约空间,设有可拆卸的过滤层以及开合门,便于清洗和维修。

如图1-2所示,一种低噪音空气净化器,包括壳体1、风机2、初滤网层3、活性炭吸附层4、负离子发生器5、空气加湿器6、香薰装置、进风栅板11,所述进风栅板11位于壳体1下部的侧面,所述进风栅板11上开设有多个平行的长方形格栅孔,所述长方形孔的四个拐角处均为倒圆角结构,壳体1内设有风机2,所述风机2上方依次设有可拆卸的初滤网层3、可拆卸的活性炭吸附层4和可拆卸HEPA微粒滤网层9,所述初滤网层3为粗棉纱过滤层,HEPA微粒滤网层9上方依次设有负离子发生器5、紫外线杀菌灯10、空气加湿器6和香薰装置,所述香薰装置包括加热器7和托盘8,所述壳体1外侧分别设有与负离子发生器5、紫外线杀菌灯10、空气加湿器6和香薰装置相对应的开关。壳体上方设有出气口12。壳体1的一侧设有开合门。
本发明的实施过程为:将低噪音空气净化器放于卧室,启动风机2,将室内的空气抽入低噪音空气净化器内,然后分别通过初滤网层3吸附一些纤维,毛絮等物质,然后通过活性炭吸附层4和HEPA微粒滤网层9进行进一步过滤,然后再通过负离子发生器5、紫外线杀菌灯10、空气加湿器6对其进行处理,香薰装置的托盘8内放置有不同功效的精油,能够起到很好的调节作用,当不需要使用此功能时,只需将其开关关闭即可。

1.一种低噪音空气净化器,其特征在于:包括壳体(1)、风机(2)、初滤网层(3)、活性炭吸附层(4)、负离子发生器(5)、空气加湿器(6)、香薰装置和进风栅板(11),所述进风栅板(11)位于壳体(1)下部的侧面,壳体(1)内设有风机(2),所述风机(2)上方依次设有可拆卸的初滤网层(3)、可拆卸的活性炭吸附层(4)和可拆卸HEPA微粒滤网层(9),HEPA微粒滤网层(9)上方依次设有负离子发生器(5)、紫外线杀菌灯(10)、空气加湿器(6)和香薰装置,壳体(1)上方设有出气口(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低噪音空气净化器,其特征在于:所述进风栅板(11)上开设有多个平行的长方形格栅孔,所述长方形孔的四个拐角处均为倒圆角结构。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的低噪音空气净化器,其特征在于:所述香薰装置包括加热器(7)和托盘(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低噪音空气净化器,其特征在于:壳体(1)的侧面设有开合门。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低噪音空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)外侧分别设有与负离子发生器(5)、紫外线杀菌灯(10)、空气加湿器(6)和香薰装置相对应的开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低噪音空气净化器,其特征在于:所述初滤网层(3)为粗棉纱过滤层。
