Abstract

本发明一种连接牢固的脚手架顶撑主要用于建筑工程领域搭设模板脚手架使用,它与脚手架立管连接牢固,不会发生脚手架垮塌的危险;它主要由夹具1、撑板2、螺杆3、螺母5组成;其主要工作原理是:将夹具1由下向上沿螺杆3旋转至预定高度,再将螺杆3的下端插入钢管4的上端,并使钢管4的上端插入夹具1的环形槽8内,再向下拧紧螺母5,由于夹片7是上小下大锥形弧形片,当螺母5向下拧进时,使多个夹片7向内侧转动从而紧紧夹住钢管4;当需要取下夹具1时,先向上拧开螺母5,夹片7将弹性复位,将钢管4松开,再用锤子反时针敲击夹具1的敲耳6,使夹具1沿螺杆3反时针旋转,将钢管4的上端拉出夹具1的环形槽8,取下夹具1及螺杆3。

背景技术
目前搭设模板脚手架使用的顶撑由于与脚手架立管连接不牢固,容易发生垮塌的危险。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它与脚手架立管连接牢固,不会发生脚手架垮塌的危险;它主要由夹具(1)、撑板(2)、螺杆(3)、螺母(5)组成;夹具(1)主要由敲耳(6)、多个夹片(7)、环形槽(8)、内筒(11)组成,内筒(11)的左右两边固定有敲耳(6),内筒(11)的内壁有内粗螺纹(9),内粗螺纹(9)的螺纹与螺杆(3)的外粗螺纹(14)的螺纹相互齿合,多个夹片(7)的上端与内筒(11)固定,内筒(11)有通长圆孔(12)且内筒(11)的下端外侧有倾斜面(15),内筒(11)与多个夹片(7)形成环形槽(8),多个夹片(7)的外侧有外螺纹(10),夹片(7)是上小下大锥形弧形片;螺母(5)套在夹具(1)的多个夹片(7)上,螺母(5)有内螺纹(13),内螺纹(13)的螺纹与夹片(7)的外螺纹(10)的螺纹相互齿合;螺杆(3)的上端固定有撑板(2);本发明的主要工作原理是:将夹具(1)由下向上沿螺杆(3)旋转至预定高度,再将螺杆(3)的下端插入钢管(4)的上端,并使钢管(4)的上端插入夹具(1)的环形槽(8)内,再向下拧紧螺母(5),由于多个夹片(7) 是上小下大锥形弧形片,当螺母(5)向下拧进时,使多个夹片(7)向内侧转动从而紧紧夹住钢管(4);当需要取下夹具(1)时,先向上拧开螺母(5),多个夹片(7)将弹性复位,将钢管(4)松开,再用锤子反时针敲击夹具(1)的敲耳(6),使夹具(1)沿螺杆(3)反时针旋转,将钢管(4)的上端拉出夹具(1)的环形槽(8),取下夹具(1)及螺杆(3)。

1.一种连接牢固的脚手架顶撑,其特征是:它主要由夹具(1)、撑板(2)、螺杆(3)、螺母(5)组成;夹具(1)主要由敲耳(6)、多个夹片(7)、环形槽(8)、内筒(11)组成,内筒(11)的左右两边固定有敲耳(6),内筒(11)的内壁有内粗螺纹(9),内粗螺纹(9)的螺纹与螺杆(3)的外粗螺纹(14)的螺纹相互齿合,多个夹片(7)的上端与内筒(11)固定,内筒(11)有通长圆孔(12)且内筒(11)的下端外侧有倾斜面(15),内筒(11)与多个夹片(7)形成环形槽(8),多个夹片(7)的外侧有外螺纹(10),夹片(7)是上小下大锥形弧形片;螺母(5)套在夹具(1)的多个夹片(7)上,螺母(5)有内螺纹(13),内螺纹(13)的螺纹与夹片(7)的外螺纹(10)的螺纹相互齿合;螺杆(3)的上端固定有撑板(2);将夹具(1)由下向上沿螺杆(3)旋转至预定高度,再将螺杆(3)的下端插入钢管(4)的上端,并使钢管(4)的上端插入夹具(1)的环形槽(8)内,再向下拧紧螺母(5),由于多个夹片(7) 是上小下大锥形弧形片,当螺母(5)向下拧进时,使多个夹片(7)向内侧转动从而紧紧夹住钢管(4);当需要取下夹具(1)时,先向上拧开螺母(5),多个夹片(7)将弹性复位,将钢管(4)松开,再用锤子反时针敲击夹具(1)的敲耳(6),使夹具(1)沿螺杆(3)反时针旋转,将钢管(4)的上端拉出夹具(1)的环形槽(8),取下夹具(1)及螺杆(3)。
