Abstract
本发明公开了一种电力施工牵引用绳,其包括内芯层、中间层以及外包裹层,所述内芯层为若干股软钢丝揉捻而成,所述中间层为棉质麻绳且呈十字交错编制包裹于内芯层上,所述外包裹层为管状耐磨橡胶整体包裹于中间层上,内芯层采用的是多股钢丝揉捻而成,由于钢丝具有较好的强度,使得牵引绳主体强度较好,另外中间层采用棉质麻绳编制包裹于钢丝绳表面,其可以使得钢丝绳环抱成一整体,各股钢丝不易脱落,提高强度,外包裹层采用的耐磨橡胶所制,一方面橡胶具有很好的绝缘性,另一方面提高了牵引绳的耐磨性以及绳体的韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,涉及一种电力施工牵引用绳。
背景技术
目前,电力线缆放线过程中,作为牵引绳的多为钢丝绳,钢丝绳存在许多缺点 :如钢丝绳自身较重,搬运展放困难,牵引力大 ;钢丝绳在野外作业时,所需机械、人员多,损坏农作物面积大 ;钢丝绳强度不够高;钢丝绳生产安全性差,容易磨损并产生倒刺,威胁操作人员安全;钢丝绳保存保养困难,易锈蚀老化,使用成本高 ;钢丝绳绝缘性能极差,出现过电力线路施工中造成人身伤亡事故。捻再外设护套而成。但现在电力线路建设施工工况越来越复杂,对电力牵引绳的要求也越来越高。特别是对电力牵引绳的结构伸长率的要求要越小越好。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了克服现有技术不足,现提出一种绝缘性能好,结构伸长率低的电力施工牵引用绳。
(二)技术方案
本发明的通过如下技术方案实现:本发明提出了一种电力施工牵引用绳,其包括内芯层、中间层以及外包裹层,所述内芯层为若干股软钢丝揉捻而成,所述中间层为棉质麻绳且呈十字交错编制包裹于内芯层上,所述外包裹层为管状耐磨橡胶整体包裹于中间层上。

本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本发明提到的一种电力施工牵引用绳,其内芯层采用的是多股钢丝揉捻而成,由于钢丝具有较好的强度,使得牵引绳主体强度较好,另外中间层采用棉质麻绳编制包裹于钢丝绳表面,其可以使得钢丝绳环抱成一整体,各股钢丝不易脱落,提高强度,外包裹层采用的耐磨橡胶所制,一方面橡胶具有很好的绝缘性,另一方面提高了牵引绳的耐磨性以及绳体的韧性。

如图1和图2所示的一种电力施工牵引用绳,其包括内芯层1、中间层2以及外包裹层3,所述内芯层1为若干股软钢丝揉捻而成,所述中间层2为棉质麻绳且呈十字交错编制包裹于内芯层1上,所述外包裹层3为管状耐磨橡胶整体包裹于中间层2上。

1.一种电力施工牵引用绳,其包括内芯层(1)、中间层(2)以及外包裹层(3),其特征在于:所述内芯层(1)为若干股软钢丝揉捻而成,所述中间层(2)为棉质麻绳且呈十字交错编制包裹于内芯层(1)上,所述外包裹层(3)为管状耐磨橡胶整体包裹于中间层(2)上。
