Abstract
本发明是一种四合一处理液配方及处理方法,酸洗液配方为浓硫酸30‑100毫升、硫脲2‑10毫升、烷基磺酸钠10‑50毫升;磷化液配方为磷酸30‑80克、氧化锌10‑30克、硝酸锌100‑300克、磷酸二氢铬0.5‑2克、酒石酸2‑10克、烷基磺酸钠10‑40毫升、OP乳化剂10‑30毫升。分别将酸洗液和磷化液加水稀释,先用酸洗液浸泡制品,后用磷化液浸泡金属制品,最后用清水洗涤、晾干即可。

技术领域
本发明属于环保技术领域,具体涉及一种四合一处理液配方及处理方法。
背景技术
常用的金属除锈主要有手工除锈法和机械除锈法,手工除锈法是一种最简单的除锈方法。用刮刀、手锤、钢刷、砂布(纸)、砂轮等工具,进行敲、铲、磨、刮等除掉锈污。这种访求的优点是简单易行、成本低;缺点是劳动强度大、工作效率低、质量不稳定、劳动环境差。机械除锈法是当前应用比较广泛的一种除锈方法,其原理是利用冲击和摩擦作用有效地除掉锈蚀及其污物。这种方法常用的工具有手提式电动砂轮、电动刷、风动刷、除锈枪等。该法的优点是除锈质量、效率都较高,但缺点是这些工具还需要人工操作,劳动强度较大,对几何形状复杂及精密零件不太适用,也不适合大规模除锈的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种新的金属表面污渍、锈迹处理液配方及处理方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。酸洗液配方为浓硫酸30-100毫升、硫脲2-10毫升、烷基磺酸钠10-50毫升;磷化液配方为磷酸30-80克、氧化锌10-30克、硝酸锌100-300克、磷酸二氢铬0.5-2克、酒石酸2-10克、烷基磺酸钠10-40毫升、OP乳化剂10-30毫升。分别将处理液和磷化液加水稀释,先用处理液浸泡制品,后用磷化液浸泡金属制品,最后用清水洗涤、晾干即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明清除金属表面污渍及锈迹彻底、快速、高效,适合大批量金属制品集中处理,与金属防腐漆结合起来使用效果更好。
具体实施方式
1、酸洗液配方为浓硫酸60毫升、硫脲6毫升、烷基磺酸钠30毫升。
2、磷化液配方为磷酸60克、氧化锌20克、硝酸锌200克、磷酸二氢铬1克、酒石酸5克、烷基磺酸钠20毫升、OP乳化剂20毫升。
3、将酸洗液加20倍水稀释,磷化液加50倍水稀释。
4、用稀释后的酸洗液浸泡油渍、生锈的金属制品,浸泡液温度为80℃,浸泡时间为20分钟。取出,沥干水分。
5、用稀释后的磷化液浸泡金属制品,浸泡液温度为70℃,浸泡时间为10分钟。取出,沥干水分。
6、用清水洗涤金属制品2次、晾干即可。

1.四合一处理液配方及处理方法,其特征在于:将油污、锈渍的金属制品酸洗、磷化、洗涤、晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四合一处理液配方及处理方法,其特征在于:所述酸洗液配方为为浓硫酸30-100毫升、硫脲2-10毫升、烷基磺酸钠10-50毫升。
3.根据权利要求1所述的四合一处理液配方及处理方法,其特征在于:所述磷化液配方为磷酸30-80克、氧化锌10-30克、硝酸锌100-300克、磷酸二氢铬0.5-2克、酒石酸2-10克、烷基磺酸钠10-40毫升、OP乳化剂10-30毫升。
4.根据权利要求1所述的四合一处理液配方及处理方法,其特征在于:所述酸洗是先将酸洗液加10-30倍水稀释,浸泡液温度为60-90℃,浸泡时间为10-30分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的四合一处理液配方及处理方法,其特征在于:所述用磷化是先将磷化液加30-80倍水稀释,浸泡液温度为50-90℃,浸泡时间为5-20分钟。
