洗衣液的有效成分主要是非离子型表面活性剂,其结构包括亲水端和亲油端,其中亲油端与污渍结合,然后通过物理运动(如手搓,机器运动)使污渍和织物分离。同时表面活性剂降低水的张力,使水能够达到织物表面,使有效成分发挥作用。洗衣粉在使用过程中并不能完全溶解,残留物容易导致衣物损伤,并且不易漂洗;而洗衣液能够完全溶解且溶解速度快,易漂易洗,不会伤及皮肤和衣物。
洗衣粉一般强碱性的(pH超过12),在使用过程中需要戴手套,以减少对皮肤的刺激;而洗衣液pH值偏中性,配方温和不伤手。
洗衣液的技术含量更高,便于添加各种有效成分,洗会令衣物蓬松、柔软、光滑亮泽,并且具有除菌和持久留香的功效。使用综合成本低,正被人们广泛的接受。
洗衣粉产生的废液在自然界降解困难(特别是带支链的烷基苯磺酸钠),造成水质污染,对生态造成很大的破坏;而洗衣液则相对降解比较完全,环境造成坏较小。
洗衣液的配方比洗衣粉柔和的多,最主要是不伤手,衣服残留液也少,深得家庭主妇的喜爱。洗衣粉刺激性大,长期使用会伤害到爱人的皮肤。
目前,以植物提取液添加于洗衣液中作为抗菌作用报导较少,且效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:本发明提供一种具有植物提取液的抗菌效果好的洗衣液。
本发明技术方案:一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液,包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4-7份,十二烷基硫酸钠3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4-8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.5份,碳酸钠0.1-0.4份,氯化钠0.1-0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.2-0.6份,曼陀罗提取液10-15份,半夏提取液2-5份,苍耳提取液2-5份,黄芩提取液5-15份,天竺葵提取液5-10份,白藓提取液5-15份,纯水30-60份。
优选地,包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4份,十二烷基硫酸钠3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份,碳酸钠0.1份,氯化钠0.1份,苯甲酸钠0.2份,曼陀罗提取液10份,半夏提取液2份,苍耳提取液2份,黄芩提取液5份,天竺葵提取液5份,白藓提取液5份,纯水30份。
优选地,包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7份,十二烷基硫酸钠8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份,碳酸钠0.4份,氯化钠0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.6份,曼陀罗提取液15份,半夏提取液5份,苍耳提取液5份,黄芩提取液15份,天竺葵提取液10份,白藓提取液15份,纯水60份。
优选地,包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6份,十二烷基硫酸钠6份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4份,碳酸钠0.3份,氯化钠0.2份,苯甲酸钠0.4份,曼陀罗提取液12份,半夏提取液3份,苍耳提取液4份,黄芩提取液10份,天竺葵提取液8份,白藓提取液12份,纯水45份。
本发明有益效果:本发明在传统洗衣液中添加了曼陀罗,半夏,苍耳,黄芩,天竺葵。白藓提取液具有较好的抗菌防蚊效果,对身体健康具有一定的益处。
下面对所采用的植物作说明。
曼陀罗(学名:Datura stramonium Linn.)又叫曼荼罗、满达、曼扎、曼达、醉心花、狗核桃、洋金花、枫茄花、万桃花、闹羊花、大喇叭花、山茄子。草本或半灌木状,高0.5-1.5米,全体近于平滑或在幼嫩部分被短柔毛。茎粗壮,圆柱状,淡绿色或带紫色,下部木质化。叶广卵形。花单生于枝叉间或叶腋,直立,有短梗;花萼筒状。蒴果直立生,卵状表面生有坚硬针刺或有时无刺而近平滑,成熟后淡黄色,规则4瓣裂。种子卵圆形,稍扁黑色。花期6-10月,果期7-11月。本发明取其全株为原料。
半夏(学名:Pinellia ternata),又名地文、守田等,属天南星目。广泛分布于中国长江流域以及东北、华北等地区。药用植物,具有燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,生用消疖肿作用。
苍耳(拉丁学名:Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder)(尔雅)为菊科植物苍耳的干燥成熟带总苞的果实。一年生草本,高可达1米。全株都有其毒(贝壳杉烯毒苷),以果实、特别是种子毒性较大。原产于美洲和东亚,广布欧洲大部和北美部分地区;野生于山坡、草地、路旁等,中国各地均有分布。
黄芩(拉丁学名:Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi),别名山茶根、土金茶根,是唇形科黄芩属多年生草本植物;肉质根茎肥厚,叶坚纸质,披针形至线状披针形,总状花序在茎及枝上顶生,花冠紫、紫红至蓝色,花丝扁平,花柱细长,花盘环状,子房褐色,小坚果卵球形,花果期7~9月。
天竺葵(学名:Pelargonium hortorum),别名洋绣球、石腊红、入腊红、日烂红、洋葵,属牻牛儿苗科,包括约230种多年生肉质、亚灌木或灌木植物。天竺葵原产非洲南部,世界各地普遍栽培。本发明取其全株为原料。
白藓Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.多年生草本,高30-90厘米。根肉质粗长,淡黄白色。茎直立,基部木质。生境:半阴坡山麓,草甸,沟边,林缘,丘陵,山谷疏林中,山坡,山坡草甸,山坡林缘,山坡林中,疏林中灌丛。本发明取其根皮为原料。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案更清楚,下面对本发明实施方式作进一步详细描述。
植物提取液提取方法为:采用冷渍法,将经筛选过的植物粉碎,称重,用5倍的浸提溶剂浸渍3d,过滤后再重复3次,合并滤液即得相应的粗提物;将提取液加到旋转蒸发仪的克氏烧瓶中,将乙醇、氯仿、石油醚的温度分别控制在60-70℃、50-60℃、40-50℃,减压浓缩得到提取液。
实施例1:一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4份,十二烷基硫酸钠3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份,碳酸钠0.1份,氯化钠0.1份,苯甲酸钠0.2份,曼陀罗提取液10份,半夏提取液2份,苍耳提取液2份,黄芩提取液5份,天竺葵提取液5份,白藓提取液5份,纯水30份。
本发明洗衣液的制备方法按常规洗衣液制备方法并添加上述植物提取液。
实施例2:一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7份,十二烷基硫酸钠8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份,碳酸钠0.4份,氯化钠0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.6份,曼陀罗提取液15份,半夏提取液5份,苍耳提取液5份,黄芩提取液15份,天竺葵提取液10份,白藓提取液15份,纯水60份。
实施例3:一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6份,十二烷基硫酸钠6份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4份,碳酸钠0.3份,氯化钠0.2份,苯甲酸钠0.4份,曼陀罗提取液12份,半夏提取液3份,苍耳提取液4份,黄芩提取液10份,天竺葵提取液8份,白藓提取液12份,纯水45份。
实施例4:一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7份,十二烷基硫酸钠8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份,碳酸钠0.4份,氯化钠0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.6份,纯水80份。

1.一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液,其特征在于包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4-7份,十二烷基硫酸钠3-8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4-8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.5份,碳酸钠0.1-0.4份,氯化钠0.1-0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.2-0.6份,曼陀罗提取液10-15份,半夏提取液2-5份,苍耳提取液2-5份,黄芩提取液5-15份,天竺葵提取液5-10份,白藓提取液5-15份,纯水30-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液,其特征在于包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4份,十二烷基硫酸钠3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份,碳酸钠0.1份,氯化钠0.1份,苯甲酸钠0.2份,曼陀罗提取液10份,半夏提取液2份,苍耳提取液2份,黄芩提取液5份,天竺葵提取液5份,白藓提取液5份,纯水30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌防蚊洗衣液,其特征在于包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7份,十二烷基硫酸钠8份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份,碳酸钠0.4份,氯化钠0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.6份,曼陀罗提取液15份,半夏提取液5份,苍耳提取液5份,黄芩提取液15份,天竺葵提取液10份,白藓提取液15份,纯水60份。
