本发明公开了一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:薏苡仁20~25份、山药20~25份、人参20~25份、赤小豆10~15份、蒲公英10~15份、槐花10~15份、百合10~15份、芡实5~10份、茯苓5~10份、金银花5~10份、显脉旋覆花5~10份、菊苣5~10份、砂仁5~10份、葛根5~10份、荷叶3~5份、马齿苋3~5份、玉竹3~5份、桔梗3~5份、青钱3~5份、柳叶3~5份、桑叶3~5份、甘草3~5份、鸡内金3~5份、蜂蜜3~5份、稳定剂0.03~0.08份;本发明还公开了该种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料的生产方法:原料称取与处理—原料清洗杀菌脱脂—水提取—离心—硅藻土、袋式过滤—均质—定容调配—UHT杀菌。本发明公开的植物饮料选用了23种天然食材,利用植物中的纯天然营养成分和微量元素合理搭配来制成具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饮品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着自然环境的变化、社会的进步和人们生活水平的不断提高,湿热体质逐渐成为我国人群中常见的体质类型之一,约占人群总数的9.88%,以南部和东部地区最为多见。
随着社会生活的快速发展,工作压力的逐渐增大,快饮快食在人类生活中越来越普遍。但是,暴饮暴食,食用过多油腻、甘甜、厚味的食物、辛辣或者热性的食物吃多,就会加重脏腑负担,导致消化不良,位于中焦脾胃肝胆严重受损,脏腑正常功能失调,特别是脾最易受湿困,脾不能正常运化进而使机体“水湿内停”,而体内阳气过盛,阴并制阳,也易产生热现象。水湿滞留过久会化热,而阳热的人则因水湿入侵而形成湿热。
赤小豆:性平,味甘、酸,具有利湿消肿(水肿,脚气,黄疸,泻痢,便血,痈肿)、清热退黄、解毒排脓,利尿作用,对心脏病和肾病、水肿患者均有益,富含叶酸,产妇、乳母吃红小豆有催乳的功效,具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。
显脉旋覆花为菊科多年生草本植物。分布于广西、云南、贵州等地。显脉旋覆花在云南俗名"小黑药",根可入药,具有滋补功效,治胃痛非常有效。
每100g马齿苋鲜嫩苋茎叶含蛋白质2.3g,脂肪0.5g,糖类3g,粗纤维0.7g,钙85mg,磷56mg,铁巨1.5mg,胡萝卜素2.23mg,维生素B1 0.03mg,维生素B2 0.11mg,维生素PP0.7mg,维生素C 23mg。此外,还含有大量去甲肾上腺素、钾盐及丰富的柠檬酸、苹果酸、氨基酸以及生物碱等成分,具有清热解毒,利水去湿,散血消肿,除尘杀菌,消炎止痛,止血凉血等功效。主治痢疾,肠炎,肾炎,产后子宫出血,便血,乳腺炎等病症。
砂仁:又名小豆蔻,多年生草本。是热带和亚热带姜科植物的果实或种子,是中医常用的一味芳香性药材。株高1.5~3m,茎散生;根茎匍匐地面,节上被褐色膜质鳞片。根茎粗壮,棕红色。种子团分3瓣,每瓣种子5~9枚,种子气味芳香而峻烈,用作香料,稍辣,其味似樟。也是中医常用的一味芳香性药材。主治脾胃气滞,宿食不消,腹痛痞胀,噎膈呕吐,寒泻冷痢。
玉竹,为百合科多年生草本植物。根茎横走,肉质黄白色,密生多数须根。叶面绿色,下面灰色。花腋生,通常1~3朵簇生。原产中国西南地区,但野生分布很广。耐寒,亦耐阴,喜潮湿环境,适宜生长于含腐殖质丰富的疏松土壤。《本草经集注》云"茎干强直,似竹箭杆,有节。"故有玉竹之名。植物的根茎可供药用,中药名亦为玉竹,秋季采挖,洗净,晒至柔软后,反复揉搓,晾晒至无硬心,晒干,或蒸透后,揉至半透明,晒干,切厚片或段用。玉竹提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质:洗胰清糖素,具有降血糖、血脂、血压等作用。
发明内容
为了克服上述因饮食问题引发的人体湿热症状,本发明公开了一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料,除此之外,本发明还公开了该种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:薏苡仁20~25份、山药20~25份、人参20~25份、赤小豆10~15份、蒲公英10~15份、槐花10~15份、百合10~15份、芡实5~10份、茯苓5~10份、金银花5~10份、显脉旋覆花5~10份、菊苣5~10份、砂仁5~10份、葛根5~10份、荷叶3~5份、马齿苋3~5份、玉竹3~5份、桔梗3~5份、青钱3~5份、柳叶3~5份、桑叶3~5份、甘草3~5份、鸡内金3~5份、蜂蜜3~5份、稳定剂0.03~0.08份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:薏苡仁20份、山药20份、人参20份、赤小豆10份、蒲公英10份、槐花10份、百合10份、芡实5份、茯苓5份、金银花5份、显脉旋覆花5份、菊苣5份、砂仁5份、葛根5份、荷叶3份、马齿苋3份、玉竹3份、桔梗3份、青钱3份、柳叶3份、桑叶3份、甘草3份、鸡内金3份、蜂蜜3份、稳定剂0.05份。
一种具有祛湿除热功能植物饮料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、原料称取与处理:分别称取所需重量份的原料,去除不新鲜、霉变、腐烂的部分原料;
b、原料清洗杀菌脱脂:将上述加工处理过的原料分别置于清水中清洗干净并去除杂质,沥干表层水,微波去腥,分别将去腥后的原料高温杀菌后冷却,再将薏苡仁及赤小豆经冷脱脂操作至脂肪含量为1~2%;
c、水提取:将上述杀菌脱脂后的薏苡仁、赤小豆及其他去腥杀菌后的原料混合均匀后置于提取罐中,加入9~11倍的蜂蜜水溶液,温度控制在90~95℃,经4次提取;
d、离心:将提取的滤液静置45~55min后,经5000~6500转/min的离心机离心后静置;
e、硅藻土、袋式过滤:将步骤(d)中所得的滤液过0.5~0.7Mpa的硅藻土过滤机再过250~300目的袋式过滤器;
f、均质:将步骤(e)中得到的滤液进行9~15Mpa的低压均质后打入定容罐;
g、定容调配:将稳定剂加入到步骤(f)中所得的溶液中,并搅拌55~65min;
h、UHT杀菌:将定容调配好的溶液经110~115℃的杀菌机,高温杀菌10~15s后进行灌装。
优选的,所述冷脱脂操作为常温下脱去脂肪,致使蛋白质含量不低于34%,脂肪含量不高于2.0%。
优选的,所述四次提取方法为第一次提取1h、第二和第三次提取30min、第四次提取50min。
优选的,所述蜂蜜水溶液为将所需重量份蜂蜜加入到沸水中,混合均匀,溶解后冷却。
优选的,所述蜂蜜水溶液中蜂蜜与水的比例为2:9。
优选的,所述稳定剂为柠檬酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明公开的植物饮料选用了23种天然食材,利用植物中的纯天然营养成分和微量元素合理搭配来制成具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料,方便携带与饮用。生产过程中不添加任何添加剂,绿色安全,其富含人体必需的蛋白质、维生素、氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、膳食纤维、α-亚麻酸、异黄酮、皂苷、香菇多糖及硒、钾、钙、钠、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰、磷等微量元素和硒、铁、锌等微量元素新品种。具有营养价值高、营养成份和微量元素均衡以及祛湿除热等特点。还有增强大脑功能、增强智力和记忆力、维持脑下垂体正常功能,提高学习能力、促进生长发育、使人注意力高度集中、保护肝脏、保护心肌健康、清除人体多余脂肪、防止动脉硬化、抗氧化、抗病毒、降低血脂、促进肠胃蠕动、利湿、清热、补血安神、保护肝脏、抗突变、抗病毒、抗衰老、美容养颜等功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步作详细的说明。
实施例1
一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料及其生产方法,包括以下重量份的原料加工制成:
a、原料称取与处理:分别称取薏苡仁20份、山药20份、人参20份、赤小豆10份、蒲公英10份、槐花10份、百合10份、芡实5份、茯苓5份、金银花5份、显脉旋覆花5份、菊苣5份、砂仁5份、葛根5份、荷叶3份、马齿苋3份、玉竹3份、桔梗3份、青钱3份、柳叶3份、桑叶3份、甘草3份、鸡内金3份,蜂蜜3份、稳定剂0.05份,去除不新鲜、霉变、腐烂的部分原料;
b、原料清洗杀菌脱脂:将上述加工处理过的原料分别置于清水中清洗干净并去除杂质,沥干表层水,微波去腥,分别将去腥后的原料高温杀菌后冷却,再将薏苡仁及赤小豆经冷脱脂操作至脂肪含量为1%;
c、水提取:将上述杀菌脱脂后的薏苡仁、赤小豆及其他去腥杀菌后的原料混合均匀后置于提取罐中,加入9倍的以2:9比例混合溶解后的蜂蜜水溶液,混合均匀,溶解后冷却。温度控制在90℃,经4次提取,第一次提取1h、第二和第三次提取30min、第四次提取50min;
d、离心:将提取的滤液静置45min后,经5000转/min的离心机离心后静置;
e、硅藻土、袋式过滤:将步骤d中所得的滤液过0.5Mpa的硅藻土过滤机再过250目的袋式过滤器;
f、均质:将步骤e中得到的滤液进行9Mpa的低压均质后打入定容罐;
g、定容调配:将稳定剂柠檬酸钠加入到步骤f中所得的溶液中,并搅拌55min;
h、UHT杀菌:将定容调配好的溶液经110℃的杀菌机,高温杀菌10s后进行灌装。
实施例2
一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料及其生产方法,包括以下重量份的原料加工制成:
a、原料称取与处理:分别称取薏苡仁25份、山药25份、人参25份、赤小豆15份、蒲公英15份、槐花15份、百合15份、芡实10份、茯苓10份、金银花10份、显脉旋覆花10份、菊苣10份、砂仁10份、葛根10份、荷叶5份、马齿苋5份、玉竹5份、桔梗5份、青钱5份、柳叶5份、桑叶5份、甘草5份、鸡内金5份,蜂蜜5份、稳定剂0.08份,去除不新鲜、霉变、腐烂的部分原料;
b、原料清洗杀菌脱脂:将上述加工处理过的薏苡仁、赤小豆及其他去腥杀菌后的原料分别置于清水中清洗干净并去除杂质,沥干表层水,微波去腥,分别将去腥后的原料高温杀菌后冷却,再将薏苡仁及赤小豆经冷脱脂操作至脂肪含量为1.5%;
c、水提取:将上述杀菌脱脂后的原料混合均匀后置于提取罐中,加入11倍的以2:9比例混合溶解后的蜂蜜水溶液,混合均匀,溶解后冷却。温度控制在95℃,经4次提取,第一次提取1h、第二和第三次提取30min、第四次提取50min;
d、离心:将提取的滤液静置55min后,经6500转/min的离心机离心后静置;
e、硅藻土、袋式过滤:将步骤d中所得的滤液过0.7Mpa的硅藻土过滤机再过300目的袋式过滤器;
f、均质:将步骤e中得到的滤液进行15Mpa的低压均质后打入定容罐;
g、定容调配:将稳定剂柠檬酸钠加入到步骤f中所得的溶液中,并搅拌65min;
h、UHT杀菌:将定容调配好的溶液经115℃的杀菌机,高温杀菌15s后进行灌装。

1.一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:薏苡仁20~25份、山药20~25份、人参20~25份、赤小豆10~15份、蒲公英10~15份、槐花10~15份、百合10~15份、芡实5~10份、茯苓5~10份、金银花5~10份、显脉旋覆花5~10份、菊苣5~10份、砂仁5~10份、葛根5~10份、荷叶3~5份、马齿苋3~5份、玉竹3~5份、桔梗3~5份、青钱3~5份、柳叶3~5份、桑叶3~5份、甘草3~5份、鸡内金3~5份、蜂蜜3~5份、稳定剂0.03~0.08份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:薏苡仁20份、山药20份、人参20份、赤小豆10份、蒲公英10份、槐花10份、百合10份、芡实5份、茯苓5份、金银花5份、显脉旋覆花5份、菊苣5份、砂仁5份、葛根5份、荷叶3份、马齿苋3份、玉竹3份、桔梗3份、青钱3份、柳叶3份、桑叶3份、甘草3份、鸡内金3份、蜂蜜3份、稳定剂0.05份。
3.一种具有祛湿除热功能植物饮料的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、原料称取与处理:分别称取所需重量份的原料,去除不新鲜、霉变、腐烂的部分原料;
b、原料清洗杀菌脱脂:将上述加工处理过的原料分别置于清水中清洗并去除杂质,沥干表层水,微波去腥,分别将去腥后的原料高温杀菌后冷却,再将薏苡仁及赤小豆经冷脱脂操作至脂肪含量为1~2%;
c、水提取:将上述杀菌脱脂后的薏苡仁、赤小豆及其他去腥杀菌后的原料混合均匀置于提取罐中,加入9~11倍的蜂蜜水溶液,温度控制在90~95℃,经4次提取;
d、离心:将提取的滤液静置45~55min后,经5000~6500转/min的离心机离心后静置;
e、硅藻土、袋式过滤:将步骤(d)中所得的滤液过0.5~0.7Mpa的硅藻土过滤机再过250~300目的袋式过滤器;
f、均质:将步骤(e)中得到的滤液进行9~15Mpa的低压均质后打入定容罐;
g、定容调配:将稳定剂加入到步骤(f)中所得的溶液中,并搅拌55~65min;
h、UHT杀菌:将定容调配好的溶液经110~115℃的杀菌机,高温杀菌10~15s后进行灌装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(b)中,所述冷脱脂操作为常温下脱去脂肪,致使蛋白质含量不低于34%,脂肪含量不高于2.0%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(c)中,所述四次提取方法为第一次提取1h、第二和第三次提取30min、第四次提取50min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(c)中,所述蜂蜜水溶液为将所需重量份蜂蜜加入到沸水中,混合均匀,溶解后冷却。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料的生产方法,其特征在于,所述蜂蜜水溶液中蜂蜜与水的比例为2:9。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有祛湿除热功能的植物饮料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(g)中,所述稳定剂为柠檬酸钠。
