本发明公开了一种苦参洗衣液,包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3‑6份,十二烷基硫酸钠2‑5份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6‑7份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1‑0.4份,碳酸钠0.15‑0.2份,氯化钠0.1‑0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.15‑0.3份,柠檬提取液2‑5份,紫薇提取液5‑10份,茉莉提取液5‑8份,苦参提取液5‑10份,白头翁属提取液10‑15份,纯水30‑60份。本发明在传统洗衣液中添加了紫薇、茉莉、苦参,白头翁属、柠檬提取液具有较好的抗菌效果,对身体健康具有一定的益处。

一种苦参洗衣液
技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣液,具体地说是一种具有抗菌效果的苦参洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣液的有效成分主要是非离子型表面活性剂,其结构包括亲水端和亲油端,其中亲油端与污渍结合,然后通过物理运动(如手搓,机器运动)使污渍和织物分离。同时表面活性剂降低水的张力,使水能够达到织物表面,使有效成分发挥作用。洗衣粉在使用过程中并不能完全溶解,残留物容易导致衣物损伤,并且不易漂洗;而洗衣液能够完全溶解且溶解速度快,易漂易洗,不会伤及皮肤和衣物。
洗衣粉一般强碱性的(pH超过12),在使用过程中需要戴手套,以减少对皮肤的刺激;而洗衣液pH值偏中性,配方温和不伤手。
洗衣液的技术含量更高,便于添加各种有效成分,洗会令衣物蓬松、柔软、光滑亮泽,并且具有除菌和持久留香的功效。使用综合成本低,正被人们广泛的接受。
洗衣粉产生的废液在自然界降解困难(特别是带支链的烷基苯磺酸钠),造成水质污染,对生态造成很大的破坏;而洗衣液则相对降解比较完全,环境造成坏较小。
中国的洗衣液市场正在以年均27.2%的速度增长,3年的复合增长超过了100%。同时,洗衣粉市场的年均增速仅为2.2%。
洗衣液的配方比洗衣粉柔和的多,最主要是不伤手,衣服残留液也少,深得家庭主妇的喜爱。洗衣粉刺激性大,长期使用会伤害到爱人的皮肤。
目前,以植物提取液添加于洗衣液中作为抗菌作用报导较少,且效果不佳。

本发明解决的技术问题:本发明提供一种具有植物提取液的抗菌效果好的洗衣液。
本发明技术方案:一种苦参洗衣液,包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3-6份,十二烷基硫酸钠2-5份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6-7份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1-0.4份,碳酸钠0.15-0.2份,氯化钠0.1-0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.15-0.3份,柠檬提取液2-5份,紫薇提取液5-10份,茉莉提取液5-8份,苦参提取液5-10份,白头翁属提取液10-15份,纯水30-60份。
优选地,包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3份,十二烷基硫酸钠2份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1份,碳酸钠0.15份,氯化钠0.1份,苯甲酸钠0.15份,柠檬提取液2份,紫薇提取液5份,茉莉提取液5份,苦参提取液5份,白头翁属提取液10份,纯水30份。

本发明有益效果:本发明在传统洗衣液中添加了紫薇、茉莉、苦参,白头翁属、柠檬提取液具有较好的抗菌效果,对身体健康具有一定的益处。
下面对所采用的植物作说明。
紫薇(Lagerstroemia indicaL.)千屈菜科、紫薇属落叶灌木或小乔木,高可达7米;树皮平滑,灰色或灰褐色;枝干多扭曲,小枝纤细,叶互生或有时对生,纸质,椭圆形、阔矩圆形或倒卵形,幼时绿色至黄色,成熟时或干燥时呈紫黑色,室背开裂;种子有翅,长约8毫米。花期6-9月,果期9-12月。紫薇树姿优美,树干光滑洁净,花色艳丽;开花时正当夏秋少花季节,花期长。
本发明取其根为原料。
茉莉别名:茉莉,拉丁文名:Jasminum sambac(L.)Ait,木犀科、素馨属直立或攀援灌木,高达3米。小枝圆柱形或稍压扁状,有时中空,疏被柔毛。叶对生,单叶,叶片纸质,圆形、椭圆形、卵状椭圆形或倒卵形,两端圆或钝,基部有时微心形,在上面稍凹入或凹起,下面凸起,细脉在两面常明显,微凸起,除下面脉腋间常具簇毛外,其余无毛;裂片长圆形至近圆形,先端圆或钝。果球形,呈紫黑色。花期5-8月,果期7-9月。茉莉的花极香,为著名的花茶原料及重要的香精原料;花、叶药用治目赤肿痛,并有止咳化痰之效。发明取其花为原料。
白头翁属(Pulsatillachinensis)。为毛莨科。多年生草本,叶均基生,有长柄,掌状或羽状分裂,有掌状脉。花葶有总苞;花单生花葶顶端,两性;花托近球形。花柱长,丝形,有柔毛。聚合果球形;瘦果小,近纺锤形,有柔毛,宿存花柱强烈增长,羽毛状。发明取其根茎为原料。
柠檬(学名:Citrus limon(L.)Burm.f.),芸香科柑橘属植物,柠檬又称柠果、洋柠檬、益母果等。[1]小乔木,枝少刺或近于无刺,嫩叶及花芽暗紫红色,叶片厚纸质,卵形或椭圆形。单花腋生或少花簇生。果椭圆形或卵形,果皮厚,通常粗糙,柠檬黄色,果汁酸至甚酸,种子小,卵形,端尖;种皮平滑,子叶乳白色,通常单或兼有多胚。花期4-5月,果期9-11月。发明取其果为原料。
苦参(Sophoraflavescens)中药名。为豆科植物苦参的干燥根,春、秋二季采挖,除去根头和小支根,洗净,干燥,或趁鲜切片,干燥。其苦,寒。有清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿之功。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案更清楚,下面对本发明实施方式作进一步详细描述。
植物提取液提取方法为:采用冷渍法,将经筛选过的植物粉碎,称重,用5倍的浸提溶剂浸渍3d,过滤后再重复3次,合并滤液即得相应的粗提物;将提取液加到旋转蒸发仪的克氏烧瓶中,将乙醇、氯仿、石油醚的温度分别控制在60-70℃、50-60℃、40-50℃,减压浓缩得到提取液。
实施例1:一种苦参洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3份,十二烷基硫酸钠2份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1份,碳酸钠0.15份,氯化钠0.1份,苯甲酸钠0.15份,柠檬提取液2份,紫薇提取液5份,茉莉提取液5份,苦参提取液5份,白头翁属提取液10份,纯水30份。
本发明洗衣液的制备方法按常规洗衣液制备方法并添加上述植物提取液。
实施例2:一种苦参洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺7份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4份,碳酸钠0.2份,氯化钠0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.3份,柠檬提取液5份,紫薇提取液10份,茉莉提取液8份,苦参提取液10份,白头翁属提取液15份,纯水60份。
实施例3:一种苦参洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4份,十二烷基硫酸钠3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.3份,碳酸钠0.16份,氯化钠0.4份,苯甲酸钠0.2份,柠檬提取液4份,紫薇提取液8份,茉莉提取液7份,苦参提取液8份,白头翁属提取液13份,纯水50份。
实施例4:一种苦参洗衣液包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺7份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4份,碳酸钠0.2份,氯化钠0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.3份,纯水80份。

1.一种苦参洗衣液,其特征在于包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3-6份,十二烷基硫酸钠2-5份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6-7份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1-0.4份,碳酸钠0.15-0.2份,氯化钠0.1-0.5份,苯甲酸钠0.15-0.3份,柠檬提取液2-5份,紫薇提取液5-10份,茉莉提取液5-8份,苦参提取液5-10份,白头翁属提取液10-15份,纯水30-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液苦参洗衣液,其特征在于包括如下重量份原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3份,十二烷基硫酸钠2份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1份,碳酸钠0.15份,氯化钠0.1份,苯甲酸钠0.15份,柠檬提取液2份,紫薇提取液5份,茉莉提取液5份,苦参提取液5份,白头翁属提取液10份,纯水30份。
