Abstract
本发明涉及一种含复方竹沥液的洗发香波,除水外,该香波中含有:(A)占洗发香波重量5.0%至40%的阴离子表面活性剂;(B)占洗发香波重量1.0%至10%的椰油酰胺两性醋酸钠;(C)占洗发香波重量1%至20%的复方竹沥液;(D)占组合物重量0.05%至3.0%的季铵盐类。本发明洗发香波,采用源于天然竹材的提取物为活性成分,具有良好的头皮抗氧,保湿,收敛,溶解毛孔或发根部老旧堆积的角质层(油脂)等功效组合,调节头皮,发根和发干部位的油水平衡,从而发挥控油和防止头发扁塌,令头发蓬松的功效。

本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种含复方竹沥液的洗发香波。
背景技术
竹子是禾本科多年生常绿植物,是当今世界上最有使用价值的植物之一,它广泛分别在亚洲、太平洋沿岸的热带和亚热带地区。在非洲和南美也有分布。具有生长快、容易繁殖、根系发达,利于土壤结合、纤维长等特点。
我国是世界上主要的产竹国之一,具有丰富的竹种资源。已知的有39属500余种(包括变种)。竹子的应用更是广泛而悠久,主要用于工业原材料包括纸浆、竹粉、活性炭等,工艺编织品,建材,食品及保健品如竹汁、竹液饮料、竹沥等。一些特殊的竹子还广泛用于医药如,在菲律宾一种本地竹类的竹叶被用作痛经药,驱虫药,是由竹干采集而得的竹黄类似物,具有清热,镇咳,祛痰等功效。在韩国,利用烧制竹子过程中得到的一种药用竹叶治疗早起中风。在日本也是从烧制竹子过程中得到的名为“竹醋”,Vinegar在日本的传统医药中具有杀菌,清洁和治愈作用。在中国的传统中药中,竹子具有悠久的药用历史。李时珍编著的《本草纲目》把竹子可做药的部分主要分为竹叶、竹沥、竹实、竹茹、竹菌、竹根、竹笋。例如关于竹叶《本草纲目》做出如下记载:“淡竹叶气味辛平,大寒,无毒;主治:心烦、尿赤、小便不利等。现代科学研究表明研究表明,竹叶提取物有效成分包括黄酮、酚酮、蒽醌、内酯、多糖、氨基酸、微量元素等,具有优良的抗自由基、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、降血脂、预防心脑血管疾病、保护肝脏、扩张毛细血管、疏通微循环、活化大脑、促进记忆、改善睡眠、抗癌症、美化肌肤等功效;关于竹沥,竹沥是竹子经加工后提取的汁液。它是一种无毒无副作用,集药、食两用的天然饮品。化痰止咳平喘药。制法为取鲜竹杆,截成30~50厘米长,两端去节,劈开,架起,中部用火烤之,两端即有液汁流出,以器盛之。竹沥为青黄色或黄棕色液汁,透明,具焦香气。以色泽透明,无杂持者为佳。性味甘寒,能清心肺胃之火,有豁痰润燥、定惊之效。主要用于治中风痰迷,肺热痰壅,惊风,癫痫,壮热烦渴,子烦,破伤风。清热化痰:主治痰热咳嗽,痰黄粘稠;亦可用于痰热蒙蔽清窍;痰热中风,舌强偏瘫;小儿惊风,四肢抽搐,常配清热化痰,息风定惊药,《本草纲目》记载:“竹沥气味甘、大寒、无毒。主治:暴中风风痹,胸中大热,止烦闷,消渴,劳复。”
竹沥Succus Bambusae,又名竹汁、淡竹沥、竹油,系禾本科植物淡竹Phyllostachysnigra(lockl.Ex Lindl.)Munro var.henonis(Mitf.)Stapl et Rendle等的茎经火烤后所流出的液汁。
近代药物化学分析证明:竹沥含有十多种氨基酸、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖以及愈伤木酚,甲酚、甲酸、乙酸、笨甲酸等多种化学成分。药理试验证明:竹沥具有镇咳祛痰功效。
根据江西中医学院学报2013年4月第2卷第2期《不同种类竹沥化学成分的GC-MS比较分析》记载,不同竹沥(四种)有13个相同的物质,分别为:醋酸(Aceticacid)、丙酮醇(2-Propanone,1-hy-droxy-)、草酸甲酯(Ethanedioicacid,dimethylester)、四氢糠醇(2-Furanmethanol,tetrahydro-)、愈创木酚(Phenol,2-methoxy-)、苯酚(Pheno1)、1.4-丁内酯(2-Hydroxy-gamma-butyrolactone)、紫丁香醇(Phenol,2.6-dimethoxy-)、2.3一二氢香豆酮(Benzofuran,2.3-dihydro-)、异丁子香酚(Phenol,2-methoxy-4-(1-propeny1)一,(E)一)、1.4:3.6一二脱水吡喃葡萄糖(1.4:3.6-Dianhydro-.alpha.-d-glucopyranose)、5-叔-丁基焦酚(5-tert-Butylpyrogallo1)、去甲绵马酚(Desas-pidino1),研究发现,愈创木酚和氨基酸是其止咳化痰的主要有效成分。
根据无锡轻工大学学报Vol.23No.1Jan.2004《竹沥组分分析及抑菌作用》报道,竹沥中醇类、醛类、酮类等小分子能很好地渗透到作物的叶根组织中,因而在农药中添加竹沥将更好地发挥其药效作用,减少农药用量,同时竹沥中含有大量醋酸、丙酸和5-甲基-2呋喃甲醛等有机防腐物质,实验显示,竹沥对细菌和真菌均具较强的抑制作用,大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、啤酒酵母(Saccharom yces cervisiae)、黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、桔青霉菌(Penicillium citrinum)、白曲霉(A.candidus)、毛霉(Mucor racemosus)、根霉(Rhizopus sp)等,其中金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径为26mm,大肠杆菌为24mm,黑曲霉为23mm,表明竹沥是一种良好的天然抑菌剂。
研究发现.传统中药中竹沥中则含有酚类,有机酸类,糖类以及多种氨基酸成分,竹叶中则含有甾醇类.三萜类及酚粪物质和大量的黄酮娄物质,可作为天然生物抗氧化剂.它能有效地清除人体内白勺自由基和脂质过氧化物.同时具有抗菌,抗病毒,保护胶原.清除褐色素等功能.日本科学家也有这方面的专利报道表明在含有某种竹类提取物的美白化妆品中含有效成分为表儿茶素.韩国的LG公司推出的含有竹盐制成的各类化妆品已经进人中国市场。韩国的Labkorea公司则推出了可用作化妆品添加剂的竹类提取物,其主要成分为黄酮和三萜类物质,日本的Zeroone Products lnc.公司专门生产竹醋产品.其中包括可被用作化妆品原料的竹醋可以预防皮肤感染。意大利BemaCosmetis laboratories采用竹髓计(bamboo marrow)开发了KAIROS FORMULAR系列发用产品.包括去头屑香波防止脱发香波和适用于油性发质豹平衡油脂香波,以及适用于正常发质清洁头发的发用品等。由此看来竹子在化妆品行业中具有十分广泛的市场前景。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含复方竹沥液的控油蓬松洗发香波。
本发明的洗发香波,除水外,该香波中含有:
ⅰ)占组合物重量5.0%至40%的阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯基磺酸钠和椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐;
ⅱ)占组合物重量1.0%至10%的椰油酰胺两性醋酸钠;
ⅲ)占组合物重量1%至20%的复方竹沥液;
ⅳ)占组合物重量0.05%至3.0%的季铵盐类,所述季铵盐类为聚季铵盐-10,二棕榈酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵和蓖麻醇酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵,且聚季铵盐-10、二棕榈酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵、蓖麻醇酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵三者的重量比为2:1:1;
其中所述复方竹沥液由以下组分组成:
占复方竹沥液重量5-25%的竹提取物,所述竹提取物为大头典竹提取物、桂竹提取物、龙头竹提取物、龙头竹叶提取物、毛金竹汁、毛金竹叶提取物、千岛箬竹水、青秆竹提取物、毛竹提取物、毛竹叶提取物的一种或多种;
占复方竹沥液重量0.1-5%的异山梨醇酐二甲醚;
占复方竹沥液重量0.1-5%的甜菜碱水杨酸盐;
占复方竹沥液重量0.05-1%的吡哆素;
占复方竹沥液重量10-30%的1,3丙二醇;
占复方竹沥液重量1-2%的聚乙二醇-40氢化蓖麻油;
占复方竹沥液重量0.5-1%的苯氧乙醇;
及余量的水。
本发明的洗发香波,其中所述竹提取物优选大头典竹提取物、桂竹提取物、龙头竹叶提取物、毛金竹叶提取物、毛竹提取物、毛竹叶提取物中的一种或多种。
本发明的洗发香波,其中所述竹提取物为毛竹提取物和毛竹叶提取物或龙头竹叶提取物,其中毛竹提取物的提取部位为新鲜的毛竹竹干,毛竹叶提取物或龙头竹叶提取物其提取部位为毛竹或龙头竹的鲜叶或干叶。
本发明的洗发香波,其中所述复方竹沥液为黄棕色至棕色的液体,20℃条件下其密度为0.950-1.100,pH值为4.0-6.0。
本发明的洗发香波,其中所述毛竹提取物为竹沥,其提取工艺为渗漉法或烘烤法,优选烘烤法,其提取工艺为:
a)取鲜竹干约50cm长,两端去节,劈成二片,两头架起,中部用火徐徐烧烤,温度≥150℃,两端即有液汁流出,以容器盛之,用100目筛过滤获得过滤液;
b)过滤液中加入重量0.3%的苯甲酸钠溶解后,测pH值4.0-6.0,低温2-4℃保存。
本发明的洗发香波,其中所述毛竹提取物和毛竹叶提取物或龙头竹叶提取物的重量比为2:1-1:2。
本发明的洗发香波,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-烯基磺酸钠、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠、月桂酰羟乙磺酸酯钠、N-酰甘氨酸盐、N-酰肌氨酸盐、N-酰谷氨酸盐、N-酰丙氨酸盐、烷基磷酸酯盐中的至少一种。
本发明的洗发香波,其中阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯基磺酸钠和N-酰谷氨酸盐。所述α-烯基磺酸钠为C14-16烯烃磺酸钠,所述N-酰谷氨酸盐为椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐。

本发明的洗发香波,含有复方竹沥液-为拉芳HairVolumeComplex 8+头发控油蓬松活性组合物技术,具有良好的头皮抗氧,保湿,收敛,溶解毛孔或发根部老旧堆积的角质层(油脂)等功效组合,调节头皮,发根和发干部位的油水平衡,从而发挥控油和防止头发扁塌,令头发蓬松的功效。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的组分选择及作用进行详细说明。
所述复方竹沥液具体组成及活性如下:
本发明含复方竹沥液的控油蓬松洗发香波中含有占组合物重量1%至20%的复方竹沥液,进一步优化为2%至15%的复方竹沥液,所述复方竹沥液是竹提取物等活性成分的载体,为浅黄色至棕色透明液体,20℃条件下其密度为0.950-1.100,pH值为4.0-6.0。
本发明所述复方竹沥液中,含有占复方竹沥液重量5-25%的竹提取物,所述竹提取物选自于大头典竹提取物,桂竹提取物,龙头竹提取物,龙头竹叶提取物、毛金竹汁,毛金竹叶提取物、千岛箬竹水,青秆竹提取物,毛竹提取物,毛竹叶提取物等;所述竹提取物优选大头典竹提取物,桂竹提取物,龙头竹叶提取物、毛金竹叶提取物,毛竹提取物,毛竹叶提取物;所述竹提取物最终优选为毛竹提取物,以及龙头竹叶提取物或毛竹叶提取物。其中所述所述毛竹提取物,其提取部位为新鲜的毛竹竹干;所述毛竹叶提取物或龙头竹叶提取物,其提取部位为毛竹或龙头竹的鲜叶或干叶;本发明竹提取物中所述毛竹提取物与毛竹叶提取物或龙头竹叶提取物的重量比为2:1-1:2。
本发明竹提取物为拉芳家化与广东建中新竹材科技有限公司共同研制,其中毛竹产地梅州,毛竹(PHYLLOSTACHYS PUBESCENS)提取物是从新鲜毛竹的竹干中提取的竹液(称之为竹沥),提取工艺有渗漉法和烘烤法,本发明优选烘烤法,提取工艺为:烧烤法(1)取新鲜毛竹的竹干约50cm长,两端去节,劈成二片,两头架起,中部用火徐徐烧烤,温度≥150℃,两端即有液汁流出,以容器盛之,用100目筛过滤获得过滤液;(2)过滤液中加入重量0.3%的苯甲酸钠并溶解,测pH值4.0-6.0,低温2-4℃保存。毛竹提取物(竹沥)中含有丰富的有机酸,氨基酸,酚类物质,具有良好的抑菌,抗氧,保湿,调节皮肤油水平衡的作用。
龙头竹叶提取物或毛竹叶提取物,富含黄酮类物质,以及含有Fe,Ca,Mg,Ni,Mo,Ba,Cu,Yb,Zn,Sr,K,Na,P,B,Mn,Cr,Zr,Ti,Pb,Sn,Ga和Si等23种微量元素,其中Fe,Si,Ca等常量元素和Zn,Cu,Mo,V,Ni,Mn等微量元素是人体必需的,龙头竹叶提取物或毛竹叶提取物具有抗氧和收敛皮肤的作用,并同时起到活化皮肤细胞的作用。竹叶提取物能对皮肤有收敛效果是因蛋白质与黄酮类化合物以氢键和疏水键产生复合反应增强了疏水性,从而增加了竹叶中黄酮类化合物对皮肤的附着能力,可使毛孔收缩,使松弛的皮肤收敛并紧绷,缩小粗大毛孔呈现出光滑细腻外观。
竹叶提取物的提取方法:龙头竹叶提取物或毛竹叶提取物提取方法:a)提取:取干燥竹叶,用95%乙醇60℃热回流提取三次,每次料液比分别为:1:10、1:8、1:6,提取时间均为3小时;b)过滤浓缩:将提取液过滤浓缩,回收乙醇至无醇味;c)石油醚.萃取:用石油醚萃取两到三次,至石油醚相颜色较淡;d)大孔树脂柱分离:将石油醚萃取后的样品加入大孔树脂分离柱,用20%乙醇洗脱后,用40%乙醇洗脱并收集40%乙醇洗脱下的组分;e)膜分离:将收集的40%乙醇洗脱下的组分,再用截留分子量的超滤膜进行分离,除去大分子物质,最后用纳滤膜浓缩;f)浓缩干燥:将纳滤膜浓缩后的浓缩液干燥成粉,得到竹叶提取物。本发明中龙头竹叶提取物或毛竹叶提取物中黄酮类物质的含量≥50%。
本发明所述复方竹沥液中,含有占复方竹沥液重量0.1-5%的异山梨醇酐二甲醚,异山梨醇酐二甲醚为渗透剂成分,有助于活性成分的吸收并发挥良好作用。
本发明所述复方竹沥液中,含有占复方竹沥液重量0.1-5%的甜菜碱水杨酸盐,甜菜碱水杨酸盐是一种温和有效的去角质剂,其完美的结合了从柳树皮萃取的水杨酸与从甜菜碱中萃取的三甲基甘氨酸的优点,具有温和和诸多独特的功效,化学结构上,水杨酸分子的阴离子部分与三甲基甘氨酸的阴离子部分共用同一个电荷,水杨酸与三甲基甘氨酸能够牢固的结合,而三甲基甘氨酸的阳离子部分独立出来并最终形成亲和性极强的高效去角质复合型水杨酸,可以顺着分泌油脂的皮脂腺深入毛孔的深层或发根部,起到溶解毛孔或发根部老旧堆积的角质层(油脂)的作用,改善毛孔阻塞的情形,起到控油和溶解头皮,发根和头发油脂的作用。
本发明所述复方竹沥液中,含有占复方竹沥液重量0.05-1%的吡哆素,吡哆素为维生素B6(Vitamin B6),是一种水溶性维生素,在本发明中起到软化皮肤和辅助控油的功效。
此外,本发明所述复方竹沥液中,含有占复方竹沥液重量10-30%的1,3丙二醇,1,3丙二醇的作用为溶剂;含有占复方竹沥液重量1-2%的聚乙二醇-40氢化蓖麻油,聚乙二醇-40氢化蓖麻油为增溶剂;含有占复方竹沥液重量0.5-1%的苯氧乙醇,为防腐剂。以上三种成分对复方竹沥液起着稳定体系的作用;
本发明一种含复方竹沥液的控油蓬松洗发香波,还含有占组合物重量5.0%至40%的阴离子表面活性剂,本发明阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯基磺酸钠和N-酰谷氨酸盐的组合物,所述α-烯基磺酸钠和N-酰谷氨酸盐的比例为1:2-2:1。所述N-酰谷氨酸盐为椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐,外观为无色至淡黄色液体,活性物含量为40%,pH值6-8,是一种非常温和的氨基酸类阴离子表面活性剂,采用天然原料精制而成,低刺激,用后无残留,生物降解性好,与α-烯基磺酸钠一起使用降低α-烯基磺酸钠的刺激性,且对头发有较好的调理性;所述α-烯基磺酸钠简称AOS,活性物含量40%,为C14-16烯烃磺酸钠,AOS最大的一个优点就是在广泛的PH值下面都有稳定的表现,且温和性良好,清洁力适中。α-烯基磺酸钠与椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐的复配使用,可以产生良好的协同效应如:具有卓越的温和性能,良好的洗涤性能,体系不含硫酸盐表面活性剂,降低头皮和头发脱脂以及头发脱色现象的发生,有助于本发明活性物质发挥作用等。
本发明的洗发香波中含有占组合物重量1.0%至10.0%的椰油两性醋酸钠或椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,本发明优选椰油两性醋酸钠,所述椰油两性醋酸钠为无色至微黄色透明粘稠液体,其市售产品的活性物含量为30%,25℃条件下,其粘度为5000-10000,氯化钠含量小于9.0%,1%水溶液的pH为6.0-8.0,其结构式为RN(CH2COONa)2,所述椰油基两性醋酸钠的刺激性低,对皮肤、眼睛特别温和,与阴离子表面活性剂相配能显著降低其刺激性,且具有良好的发泡力,泡沫丰富细密,肤感好,能显著改善配方体系的泡沫状态。
本发明洗发香波中含有占组合物重量0.05%至3.0%的阳离子聚合物,所述阳离子聚合物选自:阳离子纤维素聚合物、阳离子瓜尔胶聚合物中的至少一种,优选阳离子瓜尔胶。所述阳离子瓜儿胶是将瓜儿胶季铵化后得到的产品,其主要组分为瓜儿胶丙基三甲基氯化铵,根据取代度的不同可得到一系列的阳离子瓜儿胶产品,优选取代度为0.1至0.2,含氮量为1.3-1.7%,用于本发明的阳离子瓜儿胶在25℃条件下,其1%水溶液的黏度为3500mPa.s至4500mPa.s;所述阳离子纤维素聚合物是羟乙基纤维素与烷基三甲基氯化铵的共聚物,根据阳离子取代度的不同可分为:高阳离子取代度JR、中阳离子取代度LR和低阳离子取代度LK三种型号,优选中阳离子取代度的阳离子纤维素。
本发明洗发香波中含有占组合物重量0.1%至3.0%的季铵盐类,所述季铵盐为聚季铵盐-10,二棕榈酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵和蓖麻醇酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵,且聚季铵盐-10、二棕榈酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵、蓖麻醇酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵三者的重量比为2:1:1。
本发明的洗发香波还可以包含其它任选组分,包括珠光剂、黏度调节剂、螯合剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂、色素和香料等。所述珠光剂占组合物重量的0.05%至3.0%,所述珠光剂的非限定性实例有:乙二醇硬脂酸单酯和乙二醇硬脂酸双酯、单硬脂酸和棕榈酸丙二醇酯及甘油酯、硬脂酸烷基醇酰胺硬脂酸镁、微细分散的氧化锌和二氧化钛,优选乙二醇硬脂酸双酯。所述黏度调节剂占组合物重量的0.1%至5.0%,所述黏度调节剂的非限定性实例有:氯化钠、氯化铵、单乙醇胺氯化物、硫酸钠、磷酸铵、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、丙烯酸和长链烷基甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、丙烯酸盐/硬脂醇醚-20/甲基丙烯酸盐共聚物、甲基葡糖苷聚氧乙烯醚(120)二油酸酯等。所述螯合剂占组合物重量的0.01%至0.30%,所述螯合剂的非限定性实例有:乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸三钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠等,优选乙二胺四乙酸二钠;所述pH调节剂的非限定性实例有:柠檬酸、磷酸等,优选柠檬酸,调节体系的pH在5.0至8.0,优选6.0至7.0;所述防腐剂、香精、色素的选取,符合化妆品卫生标准的规定,选用安全的原料。
本发明的洗发香波中,除了以上所述组分外,用水补至所需量。
制备方法
本发明复方竹沥液是一种含有竹提取物的精华液,其制备方法:1)将适量的毛竹提取物、龙头竹叶提取物或毛竹叶提取物、1,3丙二醇和聚乙二醇-40氢化蓖麻油混合在一起搅拌并加热到85℃并保持15-30分钟,之后降温至55℃;2)将适量的异山梨醇酐二甲醚,甜菜碱水杨酸盐,吡哆素,和苯氧乙醇加入到步骤1中,用氨甲基丙醇将乳液pH值调整到4.6左右,搅拌溶解至透明。3)降温至38℃,测试pH值4.0-6.0,备用。
本发明一种含复方竹沥液的控油蓬松洗发香波制备方法:可以通过任何已知或其它有效的适用于提供香波组合物的技术制备,制备本发明的香波组合物的方法包括常规的配制和混合技术,其中复方竹沥液需要等待洗发香波体系的温度降到55℃以下时加入,并慢速搅拌,直到全部分散均匀。
使用方法
本发明的洗发香波以常规的清洁和调理头发的方式使用,主要包括以下几个步骤:
(A)用水将头发润湿;
(B)取适量本发明洗发香波样品涂抹在打湿后的头皮和头发上,用指肚在头皮和发干上轻轻按摩1分钟左右;
(C)用温水干净。
这些步骤可以根据需要重复多次,以达到所寻求的调节头皮,发根和发干部位的油水平衡,实现控油和防止头发扁塌,令头发蓬松的功效。
实施例
下面是本发明的洗发香波的非限定性实例。这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明本发明的目的,并不能理解为对本发明的限定,因为在不脱离本发明的技术和范围的基础上,可以对本发明进行许多改变。在这些实施例中,除非特别说明,所有的浓度都是重量百分比。所用术语“少量物质”指的是任选的那些物质,如防腐剂、粘度调节剂、pH调节剂、香料、色素等,这些少量物质的选择将随着选定的用以制备本发明的特定成分的物理和化学特性而改变。
制备实施例Ⅰ-X实施例及空白对照实施例
合适的制备实施例Ⅰ-Ⅹ中所述洗发香波的方法如下:将适量水加入到反应罐中,在缓慢搅拌下加入瓜尔胶进行分散,同时加入季铵盐类进行分散,在缓慢搅拌加热到60℃至80℃,加入适量的柠檬酸中和。接着加入油酸酰甘氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油两性醋酸钠、癸基葡糖苷、乙二醇硬脂酸双酯、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(如果使用这些物质),使这些物质完全分散溶解后,保温30分钟,开始降温。待温度降至55℃左右时加入复方竹沥液、氯化钠、柠檬酸、防腐剂、色素、香精等继续搅拌,确保得到均匀的混合物。在加入所有的组分后,可根据需要加入粘度调节剂和pH调节剂,调节产品的粘度和pH到合适的程度(pH值5.0-5.5)。任选地最后可以加入少量水补足。

效果验证
控油,防止头发扁塌,令头发蓬松等功效市调。
测试样品采用本发明最佳实施例和本发明空白对比实施例(不含竹提取物活性物成分)。
人员:在功效测试人群资料库中选取30人,头发少且偏细软的志愿者,平时有不同程度的头发扁塌,缺乏蓬松等现象,同时伴随有头油和头皮屑的症状,试用产品前,对患者头皮进行感官和头发图像评估,以确保志愿者符合本测试的要求。
将30人志愿者平均分到两个组,每组15人,分别对应使用本发明最佳实施例(表3)和本发明空白对比实施例(表5)的样品,持续使用(按照日常使用频率使用样品)。在试用过程中,分别记录头发扁塌程度及头发蓬松情况,并分别于第6hr,第12hr和第24hr受访并进行综合评分,见表8和表9。
志愿者使用前后的打分,1,2,3,4,5分,分数越高效果越好。
1-2:无效,每次洗发后进行头发蓬松度情况的评价。头发扁塌状态和头屑蓬松情况与使用前一样。
2-3:有效,每次洗发后进行头发蓬松度的评价。头发扁塌状态和头屑蓬松情况有所改善。
3-5:显效,每次洗发后进行头发蓬松度的评价。头发扁塌状态和头屑蓬松情况改善,头发变得相对浓密和蓬松,且能持续48小时,头油明显减少,头屑也伴随着减少。

表8和表9统计结果显示,使用本发明最佳实施例12-24hr后显效百分比为42%,明显高于空白对照实施例(不含竹提取物活性物成分)显效(9%),经统计显示最佳实施例组多数人头油明显减少,并且多数人反馈发根部清爽,发根站立超过24小时,说明本发明《一种含复方竹沥液的控油蓬松洗发香波》能显著头发扁塌现象,对头发蓬松度的提升和持久性具有显著效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种含复方竹沥液的洗发香波,除水外,该香波中含有:
ⅰ)占组合物重量5.0%至40%的阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯基磺酸钠和椰油酰基谷氨酸TEA盐;
ⅱ)占组合物重量1.0%至10%的椰油酰胺两性醋酸钠;
ⅲ)占组合物重量1%至20%的复方竹沥液;
ⅳ)占组合物重量0.05%至3.0%的季铵盐类,所述季铵盐类为聚季铵盐-10、二棕榈酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵和蓖麻醇酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵组合物,且聚季铵盐-10、二棕榈酰氧乙基二甲基氯化铵、蓖麻醇酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵三者的重量比为2:1:1;
其中所述复方竹沥液由以下组分组成:
a.占复方竹沥液重量5-25%的竹提取物,所述竹提取物为大头典竹提取物、桂竹提取物、龙头竹提取物、龙头竹叶提取物、毛金竹汁、毛金竹叶提取物、千岛箬竹水、青秆竹提取物、毛竹提取物、毛竹叶提取物的一种或多种;
b.占复方竹沥液重量0.1-5%的异山梨醇酐二甲醚;
c.占复方竹沥液重量0.1-5%的甜菜碱水杨酸盐;
d.占复方竹沥液重量0.05-1%的吡哆素;
e.占复方竹沥液重量10-30%的1,3丙二醇;
f.占复方竹沥液重量1-2%的聚乙二醇-40氢化蓖麻油;
g.占复方竹沥液重量0.5-1%的苯氧乙醇;
及余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发香波,其中所述竹提取物为大头典竹提取物、桂竹提取物、龙头竹叶提取物、毛金竹叶提取物、毛竹提取物、毛竹叶提取物中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洗发香波,其中毛竹提取物的提取部位为新鲜的毛竹竹干;毛竹叶提取物提取部位为毛竹鲜叶或干叶;龙头竹叶提取物其提取部位为龙头竹的鲜叶或干叶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗发香波,其中所述毛竹提取物和毛竹叶提取物的重量比或与龙头竹叶提取物的重量比均为2:1-1:2。
5.根据权利要求3所述的洗发香波,其中所述毛竹提取物为竹沥,其提取工艺为渗漉法或烘烤法。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗发香波,其中所述烘烤法提取工艺步骤为:
a)取鲜竹干约50cm长,两端去节,劈成二片,两头架起,中部用火徐徐烧烤,温度≥150℃,两端即有液汁流出,以容器盛之,用100目筛过滤获得过滤液;
b)过滤液中加入重量0.3%的苯甲酸钠溶解后,测pH值4.0-6.0,低温2-4℃保存。
7.根据权利要求6所述的洗发香波,其中所述复方竹沥液为黄棕色至棕色的液体,pH值4.0-6.0。
