Abstract

本发明公开了一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆及其制备方法,该环氧底漆包括环氧树脂、酚醛胺、聚酰胺、防锈颜料、着色颜料、填料、助剂和溶剂。本发明具有优良的耐盐雾性、优异的机械性能、附着力强,干燥速度快,能够广泛用于车辆的保护,如高铁。

一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及到一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的高铁机车用环氧底漆,耐盐雾性能一般、体积固含量较低、VOC排放较高、干燥速度慢、低温固化效果差,这不仅给没有烘房的车辆厂冬天带来施工不方便,而且对环境的污染较大。产生这些不足是因为现在的环氧底漆普遍采用聚酰胺作为固化剂,聚酰胺分子中含有脂肪酸长链和氨基,聚酰胺中起反应的有伯、仲氨基、酰胺基,它们和环氧基的反应活性是不同的,再加上在氨基上接了庞大的环体,所以低温固化性能一般,导致交联密度不够,影响耐盐雾性能,不能很好地满足用户的要求,聚酰胺体系粘度比较高,难以制备低VOC体系,对环境污染较大。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆及其制备方法,取代传统的聚酰胺固化环氧体系,不仅保留了良好的机械性能,而且克服了现有技术低温固化效果差、提高了产品的耐盐雾性能、增加了涂料的体积固含量,减少了VOC的排放。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,包括如下重量份的组份:
甲组份:
乙组分:
溶剂 20~30份,
腰果油改性酚醛胺 30~40份,
聚酰胺 30~40份,
所述的防锈颜料为磷酸锌。
所述的着色颜料为氧化铁红。
所述的填料为云母粉、滑石粉或重晶石粉。
所述的环氧树脂为E20和E51。
所述的附着力促进剂Z-6040,所述的腰果油改性酚醛胺为CX-105X,所述的聚酰胺为Sunmide305-70X。
所述的溶剂为二甲苯、甲乙酮、正丁醇和芳烃100#。
所述的助剂a包括防沉剂、润湿分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂,所述的防沉剂、润湿分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂的重量比为4~5:1:1:1。
所述的助剂b是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
过氧化二异丙苯0.07-0.1、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.8-1、达玛树脂5-7、羟基锡酸锌1-2、马来酸酐2-3、辛基异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.3、饱和十八碳酰胺1-2、羟乙基纤维素4-6;
所述的助剂b的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述羟乙基纤维素,加入到其重量37-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为65-70℃,加入上述饱和十八碳酰胺,保温搅拌10-14分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(2)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺加入到其重量10-13倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入上述达玛树脂、辛基异噻唑啉酮,在70-75℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得醇分散液;
(3)将上述马来酸酐加入到其重量17-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为74-80℃,加入上述羟基锡酸锌,通入氮气,依次加入上述过氧化二异丙苯、酰胺分散液,保温搅拌30-40分钟,加入上述醇分散液,搅拌均匀,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,即得所述助剂b。
一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
甲组份:
(1)按照重量份数称取各组份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入溶剂和环氧树脂,搅拌10-30min;
(3)在搅拌均匀的环氧树脂溶液中边搅拌边投入膨润土,投完后搅拌15~30min;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入润湿分散剂、着色颜料、防锈颜料和填料,投完后搅拌20~40min,进行砂磨,达到要求的细度以后停止砂磨,转入调漆缸;
(5)在搅拌状态下投入附着力促进剂、消泡剂和流平剂,搅拌0.5~1h,即得产品。
乙组份:
(1)按照重量份数称取各组份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入溶剂、腰果油改性酚醛胺和聚酰胺,搅拌15-30min;即得产品。
本发明的优点:
(1)本发明提供了一种腰果油改性酚醛胺和聚酰胺搭配固化环氧体系取代传统的聚酰胺固化环氧体系,环氧树脂选用E20和E51搭配,不仅保留了良好的机械性能,而且克服了现有技术低温固化效果差、提高了产品的耐盐雾性能、增加了涂料的体积固含量,减少了VOC的排放,降低了对环境的污染;
(2)本发明具有优良的耐盐雾性、优异的机械性能、附着力强,干燥速度快,能够广泛用于车辆的保护,如高铁。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,包括如下重量份的组分:
甲组份:二甲苯6份,正丁醇3份,甲乙酮5份,芳烃100#5份,E-20环氧树脂15份,E-51环氧树脂15份,SD-2膨润土0.8份,BYK104S分散剂0.4份,铁红粉10份,磷酸锌10份,云母粉13份,滑石粉15份,BYK066N消泡剂0.4份,BYK320流平剂0.4份,Z-6040附着力促进剂1份、助剂b1份;
乙组份:二甲苯20份,CX-105X腰果油改性酚醛胺40份,Sunmide305聚酰胺40份。
按照下述方法制备,具体步骤如下:
甲组份:
(1)按照重量份数称取各组份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入溶剂和环氧树脂,搅拌10-30min;
(3)在搅拌均匀的环氧树脂溶液中边搅拌边投入膨润土SD-2,投完后搅拌15~30min;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入润湿分散剂BYK104S、氧化铁红、磷酸锌、云母粉和滑石粉,投完后搅拌30min,进行砂磨,待涂料细度≤50μ时,停止砂磨,转入调漆缸;
(5)在搅拌状态下投入附着力促进剂Z-6040、消泡剂BYK066N和流平剂BYK320,搅拌1h,即得产品。
乙组份:
(1)按照重量份数称取各组份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入溶剂、腰果油改性酚醛胺CX-105X和聚酰胺Sunmide305,搅拌30min;即得产品
(6)按照甲组份:乙组份=7:1的重量比混合后,刮板检测外观,同时检测涂料的粘度、流挂、比重、固体含量,检测合格后,用120目箩或PE-200U过滤,包装。
实施例1制备的一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆应用于高铁上,根据铁标对实施例进行检测,检测结果见表1:

本发明提供了一种腰果油改性酚醛胺和聚酰胺搭配固化环氧体系取代传统的聚酰胺固化环氧体系,环氧树脂选用E20和E51搭配,不仅保留了良好的机械性能,而且克服了现有技术低温固化效果差、提高了产品的耐盐雾性能、增加了涂料的体积固含量,减少了VOC的排放,降低了对环境的污染;本发明具有优良的耐盐雾性、优异的机械性能、附着力强,干燥速度快,能够广泛用于车辆的保护,如高铁。

Claims (10)

1.一种高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组份:
甲组份:
溶剂 20~40份,
环氧树脂 20~30份,
防锈颜料 10~15份,
着色颜料 10~15份,
填料 20~35份,
附着力促进剂 1~3份,
助剂a 3~5份,
助剂b 0.7-2份,
乙组分:
溶剂 20~30份,
腰果油改性酚醛胺 30~40份,
聚酰胺 30~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的防锈颜料为磷酸锌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的着色颜料为氧化铁红。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的填料为云母粉、滑石粉或重晶石粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为E20和E51。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的附着力促进剂Z-6040, 所述的腰果油改性酚醛胺为CX-105X,所述的聚酰胺为Sunmide305-70X。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为二甲苯、甲乙酮、正丁醇和芳烃100#。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的助剂a包括防沉剂、润湿分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂,所述的防沉剂、润湿分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂的重量比为4~5:1:1:1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆,其特征在于,所述的助剂b是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
过氧化二异丙苯0.07-0.1、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.8-1、达玛树脂5-7、羟基锡酸锌1-2、马来酸酐2-3、辛基异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.3、饱和十八碳酰胺1-2、羟乙基纤维素4-6;
所述的助剂b的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述羟乙基纤维素,加入到其重量37-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为65-70℃,加入上述饱和十八碳酰胺,保温搅拌10-14分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(2)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺加入到其重量10-13倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入上述达玛树脂、辛基异噻唑啉酮,在70-75℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得醇分散液;
(3)将上述马来酸酐加入到其重量17-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为74-80℃,加入上述羟基锡酸锌,通入氮气,依次加入上述过氧化二异丙苯、酰胺分散液,保温搅拌30-40分钟,加入上述醇分散液,搅拌均匀,减压蒸馏除去乙醇,即得所述助剂b。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的高固体份高铁机车用环氧底漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
甲组份:
(1)按照重量份数称取各组份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入溶剂和环氧树脂,搅拌10-30min;
(3)在搅拌均匀的环氧树脂溶液中边搅拌边投入膨润土,投完后搅拌15~30min;
(4)在搅拌状态下投入润湿分散剂、着色颜料、防锈颜料和填料,投完后搅拌20~40min,进行砂磨,达到要求的细度以后停止砂磨,转入调漆缸;
(5)在搅拌状态下投入附着力促进剂、消泡剂和流平剂,搅拌0.5~1 h,即得产品;
乙组份:
(1)按照重量份数称取各组份;
(2)在搅拌状态下投入溶剂、腰果油改性酚醛胺和聚酰胺,搅拌15-30min;即得产品。
