一种纳米粒径的油墨,由以下重量份数的原料组成:平均粒径为120~150nm的Ag粉1~3份;平均粒径为60~80nm的Al粉1~3份;平均粒径为200~230nm的Cu粉1~3份;颜料50~70份;季戊四醇松香酯10~15份;亚麻油18~22份;聚酰胺树脂12~20份;醇酸树脂10~15份;聚烷基乙二醇1~2份;芳基磺酸钠1~2份。本油墨稳定性好,颜料用量少,遮盖力高,色泽饱满,印刷图像清晰,使用寿命长,适用于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,尤其是涉及一种纳米粒径的油墨。
背景技术
普通油墨是由颜料(包括有色颜料和填充料)、连结料、矿物油、助剂等物质组成的均匀混合物,能进行印刷并在被印刷物体上干燥,具有颜色与一定流动度的浆状胶连体。纳米油墨同普通油墨的组成基本相同,它们最大的区别就在于颜料颗粒的大小。普通油墨的颜料粒径为微米级,而纳米油墨的颜料粒径是纳米级,两者大小相差约1000倍,这样制成的油墨细度得到了极大的改善。油墨的细度和纯度对印刷品质量的影响很大。颜料颗粒越小,油墨细度越高,印刷品上的网点也越显得清晰和饱满有力。而且油墨的细度越好,其浓度也越大,着色力也就越强,产品印刷质量就高。
最近,纳米油墨虽然刚刚崭露头角,它在电子部件的加工与安装、高档产品的装饰与装潢、医药方面的除菌与检测以及特种产品的防伪印刷等领域,已初步显现出了优异的性能和巨大的吸引力。在印刷行业中,纳米技术的应用主要表现在印刷油墨、印刷设备器件以及包装印刷领域等,然而纳米油墨的研究多处在理论阶段,能实际应用的还不多见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种纳米粒径的油墨。本油墨稳定性好,颜料用量少,遮盖力高,色泽饱满,印刷图像清晰,使用寿命长,适用于工业化生产。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种纳米粒径的油墨,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
平均粒径为120~150nm的Ag粉1~3份;
平均粒径为60~80nm的Al粉1~3份;
平均粒径为200~230nm的Cu粉1~3份;
颜料50~70份;
季戊四醇松香酯10~15份;
亚麻油18~22份;
聚酰胺树脂12~20份;
醇酸树脂10~15份;
聚烷基乙二醇1~2份;
芳基磺酸钠1~2份。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明使用纳米粒子可使油墨具有抗紫外线、耐化学腐蚀的性能。本发明可以防止加入纳米粒子后出现干燥时间变长的问题,可以降低油墨的粘着性而不改变其流动性,使油墨结构变得疏松,易断裂,粘稠未变。本发明可以帮助颜料充分分散在连接料中,防止颜料颗粒凝聚和沉降。

本申请人提供了一种纳米粒径的油墨,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
平均粒径为120~150nm的Ag粉1份;
平均粒径为60~80nm的Al粉3份;
平均粒径为200~230nm的Cu粉1份;
颜料70份;
季戊四醇松香酯15份;
亚麻油22份;
聚酰胺树脂20份;
醇酸树脂15份;
聚烷基乙二醇2份;
芳基磺酸钠2份。
