Abstract
本发明公开了一种高硬度纤维板配方,涉及包装材料领域,该高硬度纤维板采用聚碳酸酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、高强高模pva纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、磷酸氢二钠、氧化锆、石蜡、粘结剂作为原料制造,具有高强的硬度。使用该高硬度纤维板制造包装箱时,可以在保障硬度的前提下,将箱板厚度尽量做薄,方便运输。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种高硬度纤维板配方。
背景技术
纤维板是由木质纤维素纤维交织成型并利用其固有胶粘性能制成的人造板,纤维板应用在包装商品上。现有的纤维板使用原料大多为传统的木屑和粘结剂,制造出来的纤维板硬度一般,需要将纤维板制造的很厚来保障纤维板的硬度,导致包装成本提高,且不便于运输。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种高硬度纤维板配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种高硬度纤维板配方,其特征在于,该高硬度纤维板配方由以下组份的原料组成:聚碳酸酯纤维40~45份、聚丙烯纤维35~45份、高强高模pva纤维45~55份、聚丙烯腈纤维30~35份、磷酸氢二钠4~6份、氧化锆9~13份、石蜡2~5份、粘结剂5~9份。
有益效果:该高硬度纤维板采用聚碳酸酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、高强高模pva纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、磷酸氢二钠、氧化锆、石蜡、粘结剂作为原料制造,具有高强的硬度。使用该高硬度纤维板制造包装箱时,可以在保障硬度的前提下,将箱板厚度尽量做薄,方便运输。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
该高硬度纤维板配方由以下组份的原料组成:聚碳酸酯纤维40份、聚丙烯纤维45份、高强高模pva纤维45份、聚丙烯腈纤维35份、磷酸氢二钠4份、氧化锆13份、石蜡2份、粘结剂8份。
实施例2:
该高硬度纤维板配方由以下组份的原料组成:聚碳酸酯纤维42份、聚丙烯纤维38份、高强高模pva纤维50份、聚丙烯腈纤维33份、磷酸氢二钠5份、氧化锆10份、石蜡3份、粘结剂7份。
实施例3:
该高硬度纤维板配方由以下组份的原料组成:聚碳酸酯纤维45份、聚丙烯纤维35份、高强高模pva纤维55份、聚丙烯腈纤维30份、磷酸氢二钠6份、氧化锆9份、石蜡5份、粘结剂8份。
