Abstract
本发明提供一种塑料制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制备而成:聚丙烯68-86%、交联剂7-10%、二氧化钛2-4%、氧化铜1.1-3.4%、木质素1.2-1.5%、乙烯和丙烯酸共聚物3-5.2%、聚乙烯醇3-5%;将上述原料进行充分混合,之后放入注塑机进行注塑。本发明塑料环保,成本低。

本发明涉及一种塑料制备方法。
背景技术
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,俗称塑料或树脂,可以自由改变成分及形体样式。现有的塑料制造成本高。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种塑料制备方法,以克服现有技术中制造成本高的缺陷。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种塑料制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制备而成:聚丙烯68-86%、交联剂7-10%、二氧化钛2-4%、氧化铜1.1-3.4%、木质素1.2-1.5%、乙烯和丙烯酸共聚物3-5.2%、聚乙烯醇3-5%;将上述原料进行充分混合,之后放入注塑机进行注塑。
进一步,所述还包括增白剂,所述增白剂重量份为2%。

本发明的塑料制备方法,塑料环保,成本低。

1.一种塑料制备方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备而成:聚丙烯68-86%、交联剂7-10%、二氧化钛2-4%、氧化铜1.1-3.4%、木质素1.2-1.5%、乙烯和丙烯酸共聚物3-5.2%、聚乙烯醇3-5%;将上述原料进行充分混合,之后放入注塑机进行注塑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制备方法,其特征在于:所述还包括增白剂,所述增白剂重量份为2%。
