本发明公开了一种装饰板材增强布及其制备工艺,涉及键合丝技术领域。一种装饰板材增强布,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成包括:涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯。本发明的装饰板材增强布以涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯、聚丙烯为原料,提高了装饰板材增强布的抗拉伸强度,提高了表面光滑度,减轻了自重、防潮。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域技术领域,具体是一种装饰板材增强布及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,木质装饰型材在内的装饰木材因其优良特性,已越来越受到人们的青睐,在装饰装修中占有举足轻重的地位。目前市场上常见的木质装饰型材采用木屑复合板、木制多层板和中纤板等。但是这些木屑板、木制多层板和中纤板都是以木屑或木板为主要原料,需要大量的木材,不仅生产成本较高,而且由于砍伐木材会对生态环境造成破坏。
因此,提高木材的综合利用率,提高科技含量,提高产品附加值,将胶合板材用于装饰型材的生产应用中,对林产加工业的发展具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。单板层积材是多层整幅(或经拼接)单板按顺纹为主组坯胶合而成的板材,单板层积材分为非结构用单板层积材与结构用单板层积材。
在传统的单板层积材生产工艺基础上,以牛皮纸作为添加层,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成,具有柔韧、质轻、无毒、低廉、环保等特点,能较好的克服因板材质量增大而增加运输成本的问题,而且可以较好的起到增强基材的物理力学强度,在木材工业生产中应用前景良好。然而,现有的牛皮纸添加层的抗拉强度较低,一定程度上限制了该产品的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种装饰板材增强布及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的至少一个问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一方面提供一种装饰板材增强布,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成包括:涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯。
优选的,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成还包括阻燃剂。
优选的,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成按照重量份计为:涤沦45-55%、ES纤维10-20%、聚乙烯10-20%和聚丙烯15-25%,所述各组分之和满足百分之百。
优选的,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成按照重量份计为:涤沦50%、ES纤维15%、聚乙烯15%和聚丙烯20%。
另外一方面,还提供了上述任意所述装饰板材增强布的制备工艺,所述工
艺包括:
将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯送至纤维开包机打散开包;
打散开包后送入开松机中进行纤维开松;
纤维开松后送入大仓混棉机混合,经棉箱送入梳理机,进行预梳理;
预梳理送入铺网机铺叠成纤网;
纤网送入梳理机进行二次梳理;
二次梳理热轧成型面料。
优选的,将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和阻燃剂送至纤维开包机打散开包。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的装饰板材增强布以涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯、聚丙烯为原料,提高了装饰板材增强布的抗拉伸强度,提高了表面光滑度,减轻了自重、防潮。

本发明实施例提供一种装饰板材增强布,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成包括:涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯。
一实施例中,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成还包括阻燃剂。
一实施例中,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成按照重量份计为:涤沦45-55%、ES纤维10-20%、聚乙烯10-20%和聚丙烯15-25%,所述各组分之和满足百分之百。
一实施例中,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成按照重量份计为:涤沦50%、ES纤维15%、聚乙烯15%和聚丙烯20%。
另外一方面,还提供了上述任意所述装饰板材增强布的制备工艺,所述工艺包括:
将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯送至纤维开包机打散开包,其中开包机参数设置:40NH;
打散开包后送入开松机中进行纤维开松,其中开松机参数设置:45NH;
纤雏开松后送入大仓混棉机混合,其中混棉机参数设置10NH,经棉箱送入梳理机,进行预梳理,梳理机参数设置:35NH;
预梳理送入铺网机铺叠成纤网,铺网机参数设置:30M,铺网每分钟30米;
纤网送入梳理机进行次梳理,梳理机参数设置50M,梳理每分钟50米;二次梳理热轧成型面料。
下面通过具体的实施例,进行详细的说明:
实施例1:
将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯送至纤维开包机打散开包;其中按照重量份计为:
涤沦45%、ES纤维20%、聚乙烯10%和聚丙烯25%;
打散开包后送入开松机中进行纤维开松;
纤维开松后送入大仓混棉机混合,经棉箱送入梳理机,进行预梳理;
预梳理送入铺网机铺叠成纤网;
纤网送入梳理机进行二次梳理;
二次梳理热轧成型面料。
实施例2:
将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯送至纤维开包机打散开包;其中按照重量份计为:
涤沦55%、ES纤维10%、聚乙烯20%和聚丙烯15%;
打散开包后送入开松机中进行纤维开松;
纤维开松后送入大仓混棉机混合,经棉箱送入梳理机,进行预梳理;
预梳理送入铺网机铺叠成纤网;
纤网送入梳理机进行二次梳理;
二次梳理热轧成型面料。
实施例3:
将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯送至纤维开包机打散开包;其中按照重量份计为:
涤沦50%、ES纤维15%、聚乙烯15%和聚丙烯20%;
打散开包后送入开松机中进行纤维开松;
纤维开松后送入大仓混棉机混合,经棉箱送入梳理机,进行预梳理;

打散开包后送入开松机中进行纤维开松;
纤维开松后送入大仓混棉机混合,经棉箱送入梳理机,进行预梳理;
预梳理送入铺网机铺叠成纤网;
纤网送入梳理机进行二次梳理;
二次梳理热轧成型面料。

3.根据权利要求1所述装饰板材增强布,其特征在于,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成按照重量份计为:涤沦45-55%、ES纤维10-20%、聚乙烯10-20%和聚丙烯15-25%,所述各组分之和满足百分之百。
4.根据权利要求1所述装饰板材增强布,其特征在于,所述装饰板材增强布的原料组成按照重量份计为:涤沦50%、ES纤维15%、聚乙烯15%和聚丙烯20%。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一所述装饰板材增强布的制备工艺,所述工艺包括:
将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯和聚丙烯送至纤维开包机打散开包;
打散开包后送入开松机中进行纤维开松;
纤维开松后送入大仓混棉机混合,经棉箱送入梳理机,进行预梳理;
预梳理送入铺网机铺叠成纤网;
纤网送入梳理机进行二次梳理;
二次梳理热轧成型面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述装饰板材增强布的制备工艺,将涤沦、ES纤维、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和阻燃剂送至纤维开包机打散开包。
