Abstract

本发明涉及一种锯木组合板,主要由2层板材外层、2层板材隔层、上合成层、钢板隔层、下合成层组成。2层板材外层分别位于整个组合板最外层的上下两端;2层板材隔层分别位于2层板材外层内侧面相应位置;钢板隔层位于上合成层、下合成层之间。所述的上合成层、下合成层位于2层板材隔层之间。本发明一种锯木组合板,通过将生活中木材加工产生的锯木,配合砂石进行加工,将其混合加入组合板中心,使得在对组合板加工的同时,对生活废物利用的同时,还节约了大量木材资源,有效提高板材的质量,非常适合大批量生产的需要。

锯木组合板及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于木材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种锯木组合板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
板材的加工都是通过将木材进行切割得到,在对木材进行切割时,产生的木屑,现有技术中,都是将其作为废物处理掉,这对木材加工的同时,浪费了大量的资源,还对环境造成污染。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的是一种降低加工成本,达到废物回收利用的锯木组合板及其加工工艺。
一种锯木组合板,主要由2层板材外层、2层板材隔层、上合成层、钢板隔层、下合成层组成。2层板材外层分别位于整个组合板最外层的上下两端;2层板材隔层分别位于2层板材外层内侧面相应位置;钢板隔层位于上合成层、下合成层之间。所述的上合成层、下合成层位于2层板材隔层之间。
为使得组合板使用寿命更加延长,所述的上合成层、下合成层的材质由锯木、砂石组成。
制造上述锯木组合板的加工工艺为:
(1).将锯木、砂石混合,添加适量水、水泥搅拌均匀得到合成层原料备用;
(2).将板材隔层重合在板材外层上端,通过粘接剂连接,其合成的厚度控制在2~3厘米,添加混合好的合成层原料,将其压制成型得到下合成层,其下合成层厚度控制在2~3厘米;然后在拼板机上放置钢板隔层;
(3).在添加与下合成层相同厚度的合成层原料,将上合成层压制完毕,然后添加板材隔层、板材外层,板材隔层与板材外层之间通过粘接剂连接。
(4).将加工完毕的组合板晾干,然后外层四周修边,即得到锯木组合板。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述;
如图1所示的一种锯木组合板,主要由2层板材外层1、2层板材隔层5、上合成层2、钢板隔层3、下合成层4组成。2层板材外层1分别位于整个组合板最外层的上下两端;2层板材隔层5分别位于2层板材外层1内侧面相应位置;钢板隔层3位于上合成层2、下合成层4之间。所述的上合成层2、下合成层4位于2层板材隔层5之间。
为使得组合板使用寿命更加延长,所述的上合成层2、下合成层4的材质由锯木、砂石组成。
制造上述锯木组合板的加工工艺为:
(1).将锯木、砂石混合,添加适量水、水泥搅拌均匀得到合成层原料备用;
(2).将板材隔层重合在板材外层上端,通过粘接剂连接,其合成的厚度控制在2~3厘米,添加混合好的合成层原料,将其压制成型得到下合成层,其下合成层厚度控制在2~3厘米;然后在拼板机上放置钢板隔层;
(3).在添加与下合成层相同厚度的合成层原料,将上合成层压制完毕,然后添加板材隔层、板材外层,板材隔层与板材外层之间通过粘接剂连接。
(4).将加工完毕的组合板晾干,然后外层四周修边,即得到锯木组合板。

1.一种锯木组合板,其特征在于:主要由2层板材外层(1)、2层板材隔层(5)、上合成层(2)、钢板隔层(3)、下合成层(4)组成;2层板材外层(1)分别位于整个组合板最外层的上下两端;2层板材隔层(5)分别位于2层板材外层(1)内侧面相应位置;钢板隔层(3)位于上合成层(2)、下合成层(4)之间;所述的上合成层(2)、下合成层(4)位于2层板材隔层(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锯木组合板,其特征在于:为使得组合板使用寿命更加延长,所述的上合成层(2)、下合成层(4)的材质由锯木、砂石组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锯木组合板,其特征在于:制造上述锯木组合板的加工工艺为:
(1).将锯木、砂石混合,添加适量水、水泥搅拌均匀得到合成层原料备用;
(2).将板材隔层重合在板材外层上端,通过粘接剂连接,其合成的厚度控制在2~3厘米,添加混合好的合成层原料,将其压制成型得到下合成层,其下合成层厚度控制在2~3厘米;然后在拼板机上放置钢板隔层;
