Abstract

本发明提供一种水果切片装置，该装置包括机体、进料口、刀片盘，出料槽和驱动电机组成；机体上方设置有进料口、机体内部设置有刀片，出料槽也设置在机体内部，设置在刀片的下方，驱动电机设置在出料槽的下方，驱动电机还与刀片相连接，具有切片效率高，进料简单，对所切片的水果没有形状的要求，结构简单，切片厚度可随意调节，节约人力，提高功效。

技术领域
本发明属于机械领域，特别涉及一种水果切片装置。
背景技术
现有的水果可以呈现多种存在形式供人们食用，为了使水果能够存放的时间增长，且降低水果中营养成分的流失，好多水果以干果的形式存在，在制作水果干的时候需要将水果切片、烘干等处理，现有的水果切片机功能较单一，不能够实现高效率的切割制作，对于形状不规则的水果切片不均匀，进料设备复杂。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点，本发明提供一种水果切片装置，该装置具有切片效率高，进料简单，对所切片的水果没有形状的要求，结构简单，切片厚度可随意调节，节约人力，提高功效。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：
一种水果切片装置，包括进料口、活动机盖、刀片盘、机体、出料槽、传动轴、驱动电机、变频器和底板组成；
机体上方设置有活动机盖，活动机盖上配装有进料口，机体内部设置有刀片盘、出料槽和驱动电机，刀片盘的下方设置有出料槽，出料槽的下方设置有驱动电机，驱动电机通过传动轴穿过出料槽的开口与刀片盘连接，机体下部还设置有底板，底板上设置有变频器，变频器与驱动电机相连接。
所述的进料口为圆柱形，内部设置有挡板，挡板通过限位螺栓固定配装在进料口的中部，限位螺栓上安装有弹簧；
所述的刀片盘为圆形的具有一定厚度的金属，刀片开有第一开口和第二开口，在第一开口上方配装有第一切片刀，在第二开口上方配装有第二切片刀；
所述的第一切片刀和第二切片刀是的底部为矩形，上部为半圆的弧形；
有益效果
本发明提供了一种水果切片装置，该装置具有切片效率高，进料简单，对所切片的水果没有形状的要求，结构简单，切片厚度可随意调节，节约人力，提高功效。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述，但不是对本发明的限定
实施例1
如图1所示：
一种水果切片装置，包括进料口1、活动机盖2、刀片盘3、机体4、出料槽5、传动轴6、驱动电机7、变频器8和底板9组成；
机体4上方设置有活动机盖2，活动机盖2上配装有进料口1，机体4内部设置有刀片盘3、出料槽5和驱动电机7，刀片盘3的下方设置有出料槽5，出料槽5的下方设置有驱动电机7，驱动电机7通过传动轴6穿过出料槽5的开口与刀片盘3连接，机体4下部还设置有底板9，底板9上设置有变频器8，变频器8与驱动电机7相连接。

所述的进料口1为圆柱形，内部设置有挡板10，挡板10通过限位螺栓12固定配装在进料口1的中部，限位螺栓12上安装有弹簧11；

所述的刀片盘3为圆形的具有一定厚度的金属，刀片开有第一开口13和第二开口15，在第一开口13上方配装有第一切片刀14，在第二开口上15方配装有第二切片刀16；
所述的第一切片刀14和第二切片刀16是的底部为矩形，上部为半圆的弧形；
实施例2
接通电源，通过调整变频器的频率，改变驱动电机的转速，带动刀片盘以不同的转速旋转，配合进料口，进料的速度，就能切出符合厚度要求的水果切片。
将需要切片是水果清洗并去皮，通过机体上方设置的进料口，将水果向下输送，进料口需要人员进行进料，通过对水果实施向下的压力，水果通过进料口落下并被刀片盘带动的第一切片刀和第二切片刀，切成符合厚度要求的水果片。

Claims (3)

1.一种水果切片装置，其特征在于，包括进料口、活动机盖、刀片盘、机体、出料槽、传动轴、驱动电机、变频器和底板；机体上方设置有活动机盖，活动机盖上配装有进料口，机体内部设置有刀片盘、出料槽和驱动电机，刀片盘的下方设置有出料槽，出料槽的下方设置有驱动电机，驱动电机通过传动轴穿过出料槽的开口与刀片盘连接，机体下部还设置有底板，底板上设置有变频器，变频器与驱动电机相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水果切片装置，其特征在于，所述的进料口为圆柱形，内部设置有挡板，挡板通过限位螺栓固定配装在进料口的中部，限位螺栓上安装有弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水果切片装置，其特征在于，所述的刀片盘为圆形的具有一定厚度的金属，刀片开有第一开口和第二开口，在第一开口上方配装有第一切片刀，在第二开口上方配装有第二切片刀，所述的第一切片刀和第二切片刀是的底部为矩形，上部为半圆的弧形。
