Abstract

切菜机,主要包含一组杆机构,一套刀具可调结构,以及一套嵌套的传动系统;杆机构包括四连杆机构,以及在连杆上有一点接触的竖直杆。刀具可调结构依靠竖直杆上挖孔,安装刀具,由螺栓对刀具进行固定,调整高度。传动系统,主要由内部传动与外部传送两部分构成,均为传送带传动,主动力是电机带动内部传送带传动。该切菜机可对多种蔬菜进行有效的预处理。蔬菜经由带隔板的传送带运送至切菜机构的传送带上,由嵌套的传动系统的外侧皮带,带动蔬菜向前;同时,由刀具可调结构及一组杆机构的配合,达到切菜的目的。可以调整刀具的个数、高度,以及刀具加工食材的速度等来满足不同的需求。

技术领域
本发明是一种用于完成快速切菜的的设备,该设备主要适用于酒店厨房的食材的处理,快速简便,提高效率。
背景技术
20世纪以来,我国食品工业较改革开放初期有了很大的发展,人民生活有了很大的改善,日益对食品加工和食品包装提出了更高的要求。发展食品工业的基础便是食品机械。不断地研制各种类型的食品机械来促进食品工业的发展,以满足不断提高的人民物质和文化生活的需要,使人们从繁重的家务劳动中解放出来,而以更充裕的时间投入到工作中去。因此研制先进的食品机械,使食品加工迅速地实现机械化和自动化是社会发展必然趋势。虽然中国劳动力低廉,但手工切出的制品不卫生,规格尺寸不均,破损量大,成本相对较高。基于能使人们更加享受饮食烹饪的初衷,设计方便快捷的切菜机势在必行。
发明内容
切菜机主要包含一组杆机构,一套刀具可调结构,以及一套嵌套的传动系统;杆机构包括四连杆机构,以及在连杆上有一点接触的竖直杆;刀具可调结构依靠竖直杆上挖孔,安装刀具,由螺栓对刀具进行固定,调整高度;传动系统,包括内部传动与外部传送两部分,均为传送带传动,主动力是电机带动内部传送带传动。
一种用于酒店厨房的切菜机,其特征在于:
切菜机采用一个电机(1)提供动力,经由电机的转动带动内圈皮带(2)转动,使得连轴(3)转动,从而带动外圈皮带(4)转动;
连轴转动时带动与其相连的四连杆机构中的曲柄(5)完成圆周运动,使四连杆机构完成运动。在四连杆机构中的连杆(6)上有高副接触的竖直的刀具固定架(7),且与安装于刀具固定架上的固定板(8)相互配合使刀具固定架在竖直方向上平移运动;
在最上方外圈皮带的下方设计有切菜板(9),在刀具固定架上有通孔(10),刀具(13)固定在刀具固定架上。
进一步,刀具采用螺栓与螺母方式固定。
刀具的运动是通过与四连杆机构中的连杆采用高副接触,经由连杆的运动使得刀具达到上下平移的运动,并通过调节四连杆机构中的曲柄转速达到改变刀具切菜的速度。
切菜机设计有如下几个特点:
第一,切菜机采用了嵌套传动系统设计,此设计节能、功耗低并且易于控制。
第二,切菜机刀具采用了螺栓螺母固定的设计,此设计便于更换选择不同的刀具进行加工。

具体实施方式
切菜机切菜功能的实现主要由一组杆机构,一套刀具可调结构,以及一套嵌套的带传动系统相互配合所实现。首先整个设备采用安放于设备底部中央位置的一个电机(1)提供动力,经由电机的转动带动内圈皮带(2)转动,使得连轴(3)转动,从而带动外圈皮带(4)转动,使得其上运载的蔬菜向前运动。同时在连轴转动时会带动与其相连的曲柄(5)完成圆周运动,使四连杆机构完成运动。然后,在外圈皮带下方设计有切菜板(9),使得切菜过程更加流畅,保证蔬菜可以切断,且不会损伤皮带。在刀具固定架上有通孔(10),由螺栓(11)和螺母(12),通过摩擦力使得刀具(13)固定在刀具固定架上,根据不同的加工方式可以方便快捷的调换刀具,以及刀具的高度和数量。最后,在四连杆机构的连杆(6)上有高副接触的竖直的刀具固定架(7),且与安装于机架上的固定板(8)相互配合使刀具固定架在竖直方向上平移运动,改变转速也可以改变上下平移的速度,最后实现切菜的功能。

Claims (3)

1.切菜机,其特征在于:
切菜机采用一个电机(1)提供动力,经由电机的转动带动内圈皮带(2)转动,使得连轴(3)转动,从而带动外圈皮带(4)转动;
连轴转动时带动与其相连的四连杆机构中的曲柄(5)完成圆周运动,使四连杆机构完成运动;在四连杆机构中的连杆(6)上有高副接触的竖直的刀具固定架(7),且与安装于刀具固定架上的固定板(8)相互配合使刀具固定架在竖直方向上平移运动;
在最上方外圈皮带的下方设计有切菜板(9),在刀具固定架上有通孔(10),刀具(13)固定在刀具固定架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切菜机,其特征在于:刀具采用螺栓与螺母方式固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切菜机,其特征在于:刀具的运动是通过与四连杆机构中的连杆采用高副接触,经由连杆的运动使得刀具达到上下平移的运动,并通过调节四连杆机构中的曲柄转速达到改变刀具切菜的速度。
