本发明公开了一种移动抛光机，具有槽钢底座；所述槽钢底座的底部设有四个万向轮，所述每个万向轮上设有刹车固定装置，位于所述槽钢底座表面竖直设有槽钢支架，所述槽钢支架顶端架设有千叶轮，本发明的装置结构简单、使用方便，配置的万向轮可以有效的移动抛光机，适用各种体积的不锈钢制品，提高不锈钢制品外表面抛光的抛光效率。

本发明涉及抛光机技术领域，尤其是涉及一种移动抛光机。
背景技术
现有的各类不锈钢罐，采用毛坯不锈钢板焊接而成，需要用抛光机将外表面抛成光亮的，使不锈钢罐看起来更好看。传统的抛光机是固定式的，对不锈钢制品尺寸有一定的限制，且抛光速度慢，降低了生产效率，影响了不锈钢罐的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述提出的问题，提供一种结构简单、使用方便，可移动的一种移动抛光机。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的：一种移动抛光机，具有槽钢底座；所述槽钢底座的底部设有四个万向轮，所述每个万向轮上设有刹车固定装置，位于所述槽钢底座表面竖直设有槽钢支架，所述槽钢支架顶端架设有千叶轮。
更进一步的优化方案是，所述的一种移动抛光机，所述槽钢支架为梯形的框架结构。
更进一步的优化方案是，所述的一种移动抛光机，在所述槽钢支架内部位于所述槽钢底座上设有电机，所述电机与减速机驱动连接，所述减速机通过传送带与齿轮座连接。
更进一步的优化方案是，所述的一种移动抛光机，所述千叶轮固定在齿轮座上。
更进一步的优化方案是，所述的一种移动抛光机，位于槽钢支架中部设有支撑架，所述齿轮座固定在支撑架上。
本发明的优点：本发明的装置结构简单、使用方便，配置的万向轮可以有效的移动抛光机，适用各种体积的不锈钢制品，提高不锈钢制品外表面抛光的抛光效率。

见图1和图2所示，一种移动抛光机，具有槽钢底座1；所述槽钢底座1的底部设有四个万向轮2，所述每个万向轮2上设有刹车固定装置，位于所述槽钢底座1表面竖直设有槽钢支架3，所述槽钢支架3顶端架设有千叶轮4。所述槽钢支架3为梯形的框架结构。在所述槽钢支架3内部位于所述槽钢底座1上设有电机5，所述电机与减速机6驱动连接，所述减速机6通过传送带7与齿轮座8连接。所述千叶轮4固定在齿轮座8上。位于槽钢支架3中部设有支撑架9，所述齿轮座8固定在支撑架9上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动抛光机，其特征在于：所述槽钢支架(3)为梯形的框架结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种移动抛光机，其特征在于：在所述槽钢支架(3)内部位于所述槽钢底座(1)上设有电机(5)，所述电机与减速机(6)驱动连接，所述减速机(6)通过传送带(7)与齿轮座(8)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种移动抛光机，其特征在于：所述千叶轮(4)固定在齿轮座(8)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种移动抛光机，其特征在于：位于槽钢支架(3)中部设有支撑架(9)，所述齿轮座(8)固定在支撑架(9)上。
