Abstract
本发明涉及一种反应釜的搅拌器,属于反应釜制造加工技术领域,包括反应釜本体和伸入所述反应釜本体内的转轴,所述转轴上连接有若干搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶端部伸入所述反应釜本体内表面并且在所述反应釜本体内移动。采用上述方案为了使得反应釜内的搅拌结构形状稳定,且能对内部的搅拌物搅拌均匀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于反应釜制造加工技术领域,特别是一种反应釜的搅拌器。
背景技术
目前的反应釜搅拌结构与反应釜本体是分离的,这导致搅拌结构容易形变,而且距离反应釜内壁近的部分搅拌材料会因为搅拌动力不足而黏贴在反应釜内壁上。
现有技术中公开号为CN202590790U的公开文件公开了一种反应釜搅拌装置,包括反应釜,反应釜的中心轴位置设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上轴向等距离设有搅拌支架,在所述的脚板支架上径向由内至外依次设有内螺带、中裸带、外螺带。上述两个问题是这种现有搅拌结构最大的问题。
拥有上述两个问题的现有技术还包括公开号为CN103406085B的公开文件,该公开文件公开了一种反应釜,包括釜体,所述釜体上装有设有进料口的釜盖,所述釜盖上设有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括搅拌轴和套设在所述搅拌轴上的搅拌框,所述搅拌框由弧形的搅拌杆和连接在所述搅拌杆两端的竖直搅拌杆构成,在两根所述竖直搅拌杆之间设有多块斜置的搅拌桨,所述搅拌桨的板面和水平面之间夹角a为55°-65°。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了使得反应釜内的搅拌结构形状稳定,且能对内部的搅拌物搅拌均匀。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种反应釜的搅拌器,包括反应釜本体和伸入所述反应釜本体内的转轴,其特征在于,所述转轴上连接有若干搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶端部伸入所述反应釜本体内表面并且在所述反应釜本体内移动。
转轴伸入反应釜本体靠近中间处,转轴端部焊接有呈发散状的搅拌叶,且搅拌叶的端部伸入反应釜本体内且被反应釜本体内表面限位。
作为优选,所述搅拌叶包括至少两层,每层至少三片。对发散状的搅拌叶进行一个整体的规划。
作为优选,所述反应釜本体内设置内层,所述内层包括若干内层单元,所述内层单元之间形成容纳所述搅拌叶端部的内环槽道。
作为优选,所述搅拌叶端部与所述内环槽道之间设置有限位结构。
作为优选,所述限位结构包括设置在所述搅拌叶端部的限位片和与所述限位片配合的限位边,所述限位边设置在所述内层单元上。
作为优选,所述内层单元包括调温介质夹套层和设置在所述调温介质夹套层表面的防残留光滑层。
作为优选,所述内环槽道表面覆盖有所述防残留光滑层。
作为优选,所述搅拌叶端部与所述内环槽道之间设置有限定结构,所述限定结构包括设置在所述搅拌叶端部的限定片和与所述限定片配合的限定边,所述防残留光滑层构成所述限定边。
综上所述,本发明通过将搅拌叶伸入反应釜内表面来开控制搅拌叶的上下浮动,因为搅拌叶上下浮动会牵引转轴的摆动,使得转轴的寿命降低,而且会引起整个反应釜在动作的时候产生较大的振动。多片搅拌叶的设置是的搅拌更加均匀,而且如果搅拌叶以转轴为中心,中心对称设置能起到稳定转轴的效果。内层的设置增加了壁厚,在对搅拌叶限位的同时还起到了静音,恒温的效果。内层和搅拌叶配合还起到了对内表面进行残留清理的作用,使得整个反应釜内搅拌均匀,且保证零残留。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1、图2、图3和图4对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一,一种反应釜的搅拌器,包括反应釜本体1和伸入反应釜本体1内的转轴2,反应釜本体1呈一个罐状,且上下底面为一个向外凸起的球面,下底面可以向下启闭,在上地面中部设置有一个伸入反应釜本体1内部的带有电机的转轴2,转轴2从上底面一直延伸到反应釜本体1中间处,在转轴2上固定有搅拌叶1C,搅拌叶1C包括上中下三层,每层内设置有六片搅拌叶1C。搅拌叶1C呈发散状焊接在转轴2端部;上层的搅拌叶1C倾斜向上设置,与转轴2之间有个60°的夹角;中层的搅拌叶1C水平设置,垂直与转轴2;下层的搅拌叶1C倾斜向下设置,与转轴2之间有个60°的夹角。每层搅拌叶1C的在水平面上的投影呈一个放射状。
反应釜本体1内设置内层1A,内层1A包括三个内层单元11A,内层单元11A通过螺钉固定在反应釜本体1内表面上,内层单元11A之间形成容纳搅拌叶1C的三个内环槽道12A。搅拌叶1C与内环槽道12A之间设置有限位结构1B。限位结构1B包括设置在搅拌叶1C端部的限位片11B和与限位片11B配合的限位边12B,限位边12B设置在内层单元11A上。每个搅拌叶1C的端部都焊接限位片11B。
内层单元11A包括调温介质夹套层13A和设置在调温介质夹套层13A表面的防残留光滑层14A。
与转轴焊接的搅拌单元3由内而外伸出反应釜与电机连接,然后在反应釜本体1内安装调温介质夹套层13A,在调温介质夹套层13A之间安装防残留光滑层14A,该调温介质夹套层13A留有限位边12B,然后在调温介质夹套层13A上固定覆盖有防残留光滑层14A,最后将下底面闭合进行搅拌作业,转轴2转动,限位片11B在内环槽道12A滑动。
实施例二,搅拌叶1C端部与内环槽道12A之间设置有限定结构,限定结构包括焊接在搅拌叶1C端部的限定片和与限定片配合的限定边,防残留光滑层14A构成限定边。
与转轴焊接的搅拌单元3由内而外伸出反应釜与电机连接,然后在反应釜本体1内安装调温介质夹套层13A,在调温介质夹套层13A之间安装防残留光滑层14A,然后在调温介质夹套层13A上固定覆盖有防残留光滑层14A,该防残留光滑层14A留有上述限定边,最后将下底面闭合进行搅拌作业。其余结构与实施例一一样。

1.一种反应釜的搅拌器,包括反应釜本体(1)和伸入所述反应釜本体(1)内的转轴(2),其特征在于,所述转轴(2)上连接有若干搅拌叶(1C),所述搅拌叶(1C)端部伸入所述反应釜本体(1)内表面并且在所述反应釜本体(1)内移动;所述搅拌叶(1C)包括至少两层,每层至少三片;所述反应釜本体(1)内设置内层(1A),所述内层(1A)包括若干内层单元(11A),所述内层单元(11A)之间形成容纳所述搅拌叶(1C)端部的内环槽道(12A);所述搅拌叶(1C)端部与所述内环槽道(12A)之间设置有限位结构(1B);所述限位结构(1B)包括设置在所述搅拌叶(1C)端部的限位片(11B)和与所述限位片(11B)配合的限位边(12B),所述限位边(12B)设置在所述内层单元(11A)上;所述内层单元(11A)包括调温介质夹套层(13A)和设置在所述调温介质夹套层(13A)表面的防残留光滑层(14A)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种反应釜的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述内环槽道(12A)表面覆盖有所述防残留光滑层(14A)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种反应釜的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶(1C)端部与所述内环槽道(12A)之间设置有限定结构,所述限定结构包括设置在所述搅拌叶(1C)端部的限定片和与所述限定片配合的限定边,所述防残留光滑层(14A)构成所述限定边。
