基于背景技术存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，所得中药组合物具有消食下气、开胃宽敞的功效，可用于羔羊胃鼓气的预防与治疗，增强羔羊自身免疫力及抗病力，有效降低羔羊病死率。
本发明提出的一种羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将吐温80、环氧氯丙烷、液体石蜡混合均匀得到第一预制料；
S2、向明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液中加入1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐搅拌，冷冻干燥，加入纳米二氧化硅微球、水，升温搅拌，再加入戊二醛继续搅拌，室温静置，冷冻干燥得到第二预制料；
S3、将淀粉、第二预制料、水混合搅拌，降至室温，加入氢氧化钠搅拌，继续加入环氧氯丙烷和第一预制料，搅拌，过滤，洗涤得到第三预制料；
S4、将黄芩、龙葵、生姜、石榴皮、赤芍、辣椒、藿香、山楂、麦芽、莱菔子、大黄、玄明粉、槟榔、苍术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、木香、枳实粉碎，过筛，加入水浸泡，加热蒸煮，再加入贝壳粉、伊蒙粘土、羟乙基纤维素搅拌，加入第三预制料搅拌，造粒得到羔羊用中药组合物。

实施例2
本发明提出的一种羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将吐温80、环氧氯丙烷、液体石蜡混合均匀得到第一预制料；
S2、向明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液中加入1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐搅拌3.5h，冷冻干燥，加入纳米二氧化硅微球、水，升温至68℃搅拌35min，再加入戊二醛继续搅拌25min，室温静置35min，冷冻干燥得到第二预制料；
S3、将淀粉、第二预制料、水混合搅拌25min，搅拌温度为78℃，降至室温，加入氢氧化钠搅拌6min，继续加入环氧氯丙烷和第一预制料，搅拌5min，搅拌速度为600r/min，过滤，洗涤得到第三预制料；
S4、将黄芩、龙葵、生姜、石榴皮、赤芍、辣椒、藿香、山楂、麦芽、莱菔子、大黄、玄明粉、槟榔、苍术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、木香、枳实粉碎，过60目筛，加入10倍重量的水浸泡，加热蒸煮至含水量为35wt％，再加入贝壳粉、伊蒙粘土、羟乙基纤维素搅拌20min，加入第三预制料搅拌70min，造粒得到羔羊用中药组合物。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、将吐温80、环氧氯丙烷、液体石蜡混合均匀得到第一预制料；
S2、向明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液中加入1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐搅拌2.5h，冷冻干燥，加入纳米二氧化硅微球、水，升温至72℃搅拌25min，再加入戊二醛继续搅拌35min，室温静置25min，冷冻干燥得到第二预制料；
S3、将淀粉、第二预制料、水混合搅拌35min，搅拌温度为72℃，降至室温，加入氢氧化钠搅拌8min，继续加入环氧氯丙烷和第一预制料，搅拌3min，搅拌速度为800r/min，过滤，洗涤得到第三预制料；
S4、将黄芩、龙葵、生姜、石榴皮、赤芍、辣椒、藿香、山楂、麦芽、莱菔子、大黄、玄明粉、槟榔、苍术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、木香、枳实粉碎，过60目筛，加入10倍重量的水浸泡，加热蒸煮至含水量为25wt％，再加入贝壳粉、伊蒙粘土、羟乙基纤维素搅拌30min，加入第三预制料搅拌50min，造粒得到羔羊用中药组合物。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、按重量份将2份吐温80、10份环氧氯丙烷、50份液体石蜡混合均匀得到第一预制料；
S2、按重量份向6份pH值为6-6.4、质量浓度为0.4wt％的明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液中加入2份1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐搅拌2h，冷冻干燥，加入5份纳米二氧化硅微球、40份水，升温至75℃搅拌20min，再加入1份戊二醛继续搅拌20min，室温静置40min，冷冻干燥得到第二预制料；
S3、按重量份将5份淀粉、4份第二预制料、50份水混合搅拌40min，搅拌温度为70℃，降至室温，加入3份氢氧化钠搅拌5min，继续加入4份环氧氯丙烷和5份第一预制料，搅拌6min，搅拌速度为500r/min，过滤，洗涤得到第三预制料；
S4、按重量份将35份黄芩、5份龙葵、10份生姜、2份石榴皮、6份赤芍、2份辣椒、20份藿香、5份山楂、6份麦芽、1份莱菔子、6份大黄、2份玄明粉、4份槟榔、1份苍术、8份陈皮、5份厚朴、25份甘草、5份木香、15份枳实粉碎，过60目筛，加入10倍重量的水浸泡2天，加热蒸煮至含水量为40wt％，再加入2份贝壳粉、4份伊蒙粘土、5份羟乙基纤维素搅拌35min，加入2份第三预制料搅拌80min，造粒得到羔羊用中药组合物。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
S1、按重量份将4份吐温80、5份环氧氯丙烷、100份液体石蜡混合均匀得到第一预制料；
S2、按重量份向2份pH值为6-6.4、质量浓度为0.8wt％的明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液中加入1份1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐搅拌4h，冷冻干燥，加入1份纳米二氧化硅微球、60份水，升温至65℃搅拌40min，再加入0.5份戊二醛继续搅拌40min，室温静置20min，冷冻干燥得到第二预制料；
S3、按重量份将10份淀粉、1份第二预制料、100份水混合搅拌20min，搅拌温度为80℃，降至室温，加入1份氢氧化钠搅拌10min，继续加入1份环氧氯丙烷和15份第一预制料，搅拌2min，搅拌速度为900r/min，过滤，洗涤得到第三预制料；
S4、按重量份将15份黄芩、15份龙葵、2份生姜、8份石榴皮、1份赤芍、8份辣椒、15份藿香、15份山楂、1份麦芽、5份莱菔子、1份大黄、6份玄明粉、1份槟榔、6份苍术、2份陈皮、12份厚朴、15份甘草、10份木香、5份枳实粉碎，过60目筛，加入10倍重量的水浸泡6天，加热蒸煮至含水量为20wt％，再加入6份贝壳粉、1份伊蒙粘土、12份羟乙基纤维素搅拌15min，加入7份第三预制料搅拌40min，造粒得到羔羊用中药组合物。

Claims (9)

1.一种羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1、将吐温80、环氧氯丙烷、液体石蜡混合均匀得到第一预制料；
S2、向明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液中加入1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐搅拌，冷冻干燥，加入纳米二氧化硅微球、水，升温搅拌，再加入戊二醛继续搅拌，室温静置，冷冻干燥得到第二预制料；
S3、将淀粉、第二预制料、水混合搅拌，降至室温，加入氢氧化钠搅拌，继续加入环氧氯丙烷和第一预制料，搅拌，过滤，洗涤得到第三预制料；
S4、将黄芩、龙葵、生姜、石榴皮、赤芍、辣椒、藿香、山楂、麦芽、莱菔子、大黄、玄明粉、槟榔、苍术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、木香、枳实粉碎，过筛，加入水浸泡，加热蒸煮，再加入贝壳粉、伊蒙粘土、羟乙基纤维素搅拌，加入第三预制料搅拌，造粒得到羔羊用中药组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S1中，吐温80、环氧氯丙烷、液体石蜡的重量比为2-4：5-10：50-100。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S2中，向明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液中加入1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐搅拌2-4h，冷冻干燥，加入纳米二氧化硅微球、水，升温至65-75℃搅拌20-40min，再加入戊二醛继续搅拌20-40min，室温静置20-40min，冷冻干燥得到第二预制料。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S2中，明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液的质量浓度为0.4-0.8wt％，其pH值为6-6.4。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S2中，明胶磷酸盐缓冲溶液、1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐、纳米二氧化硅微球、水、戊二醛的重量比为2-6：1-2：1-5：40-60：0.5-1。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S3中，将淀粉、第二预制料、水混合搅拌20-40min，搅拌温度为70-80℃，降至室温，加入氢氧化钠搅拌5-10min，继续加入环氧氯丙烷和第一预制料，搅拌2-6min，搅拌速度为500-900r/min，过滤，洗涤得到第三预制料。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S3中，第一预制料、第二预制料、淀粉、氢氧化钠、环氧氯丙烷和水的重量比为5-15：1-4：5-10：1-3：1-4：50-100。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S4中，黄芩、龙葵、生姜、石榴皮、赤芍、辣椒、藿香、山楂、麦芽、莱菔子、大黄、玄明粉、槟榔、苍术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、木香、枳实、贝壳粉、伊蒙粘土、羟乙基纤维素、第三预制料的重量比为15-35：5-15：2-10：2-8：1-6：2-8：15-20：5-15：1-6：1-5：1-6：2-6：1-4：1-6：2-8：5-12：15-25：5-10：5-15：2-6：1-4：5-12：2-7。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述羔羊用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，S4中，将黄芩、龙葵、生姜、石榴皮、赤芍、辣椒、藿香、山楂、麦芽、莱菔子、大黄、玄明粉、槟榔、苍术、陈皮、厚朴、甘草、木香、枳实粉碎，过60目筛，加入10倍重量的水浸泡，加热蒸煮至含水量为20-40wt％，再加入贝壳粉、伊蒙粘土、羟乙基纤维素搅拌15-35min，加入第三预制料搅拌40-80min，造粒得到羔羊用中药组合物。
