一种肉鹅饲料及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料及加工方法，具体为一种肉鹅饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
鹅肉是日常生活中常见的一类食材，鹅肉含蛋白质，钙，磷，还含有钾、钠等十多种微量元素，是理想的高蛋白、低脂肪、低胆固醇的营养健康食品。其肉质细嫩、滋味鲜美，具有温中补脾、益气养血的滋补作用，渐渐成为人们餐桌上的受欢迎的食物。因此，在我国的肉鹅养殖数量不断增大，肉鹅已经实现大规模的集约化养殖，在肉鹅的养殖过程中，最重要的部分就是饲养管理，选用配制合理，营养科学的肉鹅饲料，是实现养殖效益最大化的基本前提。
但目前，随着肉鹅养殖业的迅速发展，各种肉鹅饲料也随之迅速发展，现阶段市场的肉鹅饲料虽然品种繁多，但大多数饲料配方不太合理，营养成分不均衡，适口性能差，导致各种营养的不足，造成鹅采食量少、生长发育慢，活动量少，易患各种传染病，成活率低，严重地影响了整个肉鹅养殖业的效益。
因此，针对上述问题，本发明提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种提高出栏率、以及鹅肉品质，提高经济效益的肉鹅饲料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种肉鹅饲料，包括以下重量份数的原料组成：黄玉米30～60份，麦麸20～30份，豆粕15～25份，酒糟10～15份，贝壳粉1～5份，黑藻3～8份，山楂2～6份，黄芪1～3份，食盐0.1～0.6份，复合维生素0.05～0.2份。
所述肉鹅饲料制备方法包括以下具体步骤：
a、将黄玉米、麦麸、豆粕、酒糟均匀混合，然后进行粉碎，过80～100目筛，备用；
b、将黑藻、山楂、黄芪混合再加入10～15倍量的水，先用大火煮沸然后用文火煎煮60～100分钟，过滤得到煎煮液，将贝壳粉、煎煮液混合再加入1～2倍的水加热煮沸，得到混合物料，烘干；
c、将a和b步骤得到的物料混合均匀，然后再加入食盐和复合维生素，再次混合，搅拌均匀；
d、对混合搅拌均匀的物料膨化造粒，然后对其进行烘干、冷却、筛分、包装，即可得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是：本饲料配方合理，原材料易得，价格低，降低了生产成本，本饲料没有任何添加剂，安全可靠，同时中草药的加入，有利于提高肉鹅的抗疾病力，增加免疫机能，以及有效地改善了肉鹅的食道功能，而且，肉质口感鲜美，具有很好的经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地说明。
实施例1
一种肉鹅饲料，包括以下重量份数的原料组成：黄玉米30份，麦麸20份，豆粕15份，酒糟10份，贝壳粉1份，黑藻3份，山楂2份，黄芪1份，食盐0.1份，复合维生素0.05份。
所述肉鹅饲料制备方法包括以下具体步骤：
a、将黄玉米、麦麸、豆粕、酒糟均匀混合，然后进行粉碎，过80目筛，备用；
b、将黑藻、山楂、黄芪混合再加入10倍量的水，先用大火煮沸然后用文火煎煮60分钟，过滤得到煎煮液，将贝壳粉、煎煮液混合再加入1倍的水加热煮沸，得到混合物料，烘干；
c、将a和b步骤得到的物料混合均匀，然后再加入食盐和复合维生素，再次混合，搅拌均匀；
d、对混合搅拌均匀的物料膨化造粒，然后对其进行烘干、冷却、筛分、包装，即可得到成品。
实施例2
一种肉鹅饲料，包括以下重量份数的原料组成：黄玉米45份，麦麸25份，豆粕20份，酒糟12份，贝壳粉3份，黑藻5份，山楂4份，黄芪2份，食盐0.5份，复合维生素0.1份。
所述肉鹅饲料制备方法包括以下具体步骤：
a、将黄玉米、麦麸、豆粕、酒糟均匀混合，然后进行粉碎，过 90目筛，备用；
b、将黑藻、山楂、黄芪混合再加入12倍量的水，先用大火煮沸然后用文火煎煮80分钟，过滤得到煎煮液，将贝壳粉、煎煮液混合再加入1.5倍的水加热煮沸，得到混合物料，烘干；
c、将a和b步骤得到的物料混合均匀，然后再加入食盐和复合维生素，再次混合，搅拌均匀；
d、对混合搅拌均匀的物料膨化造粒，然后对其进行烘干、冷却、筛分、包装，即可得到成品。
实施例3
一种肉鹅饲料，包括以下重量份数的原料组成：黄玉米60份，麦麸30份，豆粕25份，酒糟15份，贝壳粉5份，黑藻8份，山楂6份，黄芪3份，食盐0.6份，复合维生素0.2份。
所述肉鹅饲料制备方法包括以下具体步骤：
a、将黄玉米、麦麸、豆粕、酒糟均匀混合，然后进行粉碎，过100目筛，备用；
b、将黑藻、山楂、黄芪混合再加入15倍量的水，先用大火煮沸然后用文火煎煮100分钟，过滤得到煎煮液，将贝壳粉、煎煮液混合再加入2倍的水加热煮沸，得到混合物料，烘干；
c、将a和b步骤得到的物料混合均匀，然后再加入食盐和复合维生素，再次混合，搅拌均匀；
d、对混合搅拌均匀的物料膨化造粒，然后对其进行烘干、冷却、筛分、包装，即可得到成品。
本饲料配方合理，原材料易得，价格低，降低了生产成本，本饲料没有任何添加剂，安全可靠，同时中草药的加入，有利于提高肉鹅的抗疾病力，增加免疫机能，以及有效地改善了肉鹅的食道功能，而且，肉质口感鲜美，具有很好的经济效益。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种肉鹅饲料，其特征在于：包括以下重量份数的原料组成：黄玉米30～60份，麦麸20～30份，豆粕15～25份，酒糟10～15份，贝壳粉1～5份，黑藻3～8份，山楂2～6份，黄芪1～3份，食盐0.1～0.6份，复合维生素0.05～0.2份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种肉鹅饲料，其特征在于：制备方法包括以下具体步骤：
    a、将黄玉米、麦麸、豆粕、酒糟均匀混合，然后进行粉碎，过80～100目筛，备用；
    b、将黑藻、山楂、黄芪混合再加入10～15倍量的水，先用大火煮沸然后用文火煎煮60～100分钟，过滤得到煎煮液，将贝壳粉、煎煮液混合再加入1～2倍的水加热煮沸，得到混合物料，烘干；
    c、将a和b步骤得到的物料混合均匀，然后再加入食盐和复合维生素，再次混合，搅拌均匀；
    d、对混合搅拌均匀的物料膨化造粒，然后对其进行烘干、冷却、筛分、包装，即可得到成品。
