本发明公开了一种用于六堡茶制备的杀青机，包括水平布置的圆底的锅体，所述的锅体的下方设有加热装置，所述的锅体上方设有一个旋转盘，所述的旋转盘的边缘固定有一个用于沿锅体内表面做圆周运动的茶叶搅拌装置，所述的茶叶搅拌装置由多根竹条组成，其末端呈发散状；所述的锅体的四周还设有喷雾头。本发明的目的在于提供一种加工效率高的用于六堡茶制备的杀青机。

技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶加工设备领域，具体地说是一种用于六堡茶制备的杀青机。
背景技术
六堡茶为黑茶的一种，主要产自广西的梧州地区，属于碱性食品。传统的六堡茶加工工艺是将经过初制的六堡茶毛茶渥堆发酵、汽蒸、压制后，将六堡茶茶叶长时间放置于陈化窖内陈化，一般陈化时间为6～10年，才能得到的品质较好的六堡茶。
六堡茶在采摘自然萎凋后，需要进行杀青，现在的茶叶制备过程中，杀青大多通过人工进行，加工效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加工效率高的用于六堡茶制备的杀青机。
本发明的具体的技术方案为：一种用于六堡茶制备的杀青机，包括水平布置的圆底的锅体，所述的锅体的下方设有加热装置，所述的锅体上方设有一个旋转盘，所述的旋转盘的边缘固定有一个用于沿锅体内表面做圆周运动的茶叶搅拌装置，所述的茶叶搅拌装置由多根竹条组成，其末端呈发散状；所述的锅体的四周还设有喷雾头。
在上述的用于六堡茶制备的杀青机中，所述的加热装置为导热油夹套。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明通过茶叶搅拌装置将茶叶不断的带到锅体内表面并沿锅体内表面运动，起到良好的杀青效果，同时通过喷雾头避免杀青过程中，茶叶老化。

实施例1
如图1所示，一种用于六堡茶制备的杀青机，包括水平布置的圆底的锅体1，所述的锅体1的下方设有加热装置2，所述的锅体1上方设有一个旋转盘3，所述的旋转盘3的边缘固定有一个用于沿锅体1内表面做圆周运动的茶叶搅拌装置4，所述的茶叶搅拌装置4由多根竹条组成，其末端呈发散状；所述的锅体1的四周还设有喷雾头5，所述的加热装置2为导热油夹套。
在实际应用过程中，通过茶叶搅拌装置4将茶叶不断的带到锅体1内表面并沿锅体1内表面运动，起到良好的杀青效果，同时通过喷雾头5避免杀青过程中，茶叶老化。
