背景技术
木材在加工的过程中，需要经过多道上漆工序，由于油漆上喷涂过后需要一段时间干燥，这会导致生产线被加长，在上漆滚轮这方面，现有的技术是通过向滚轮内通入热水，加热滚轮，从而加热油漆，使得油漆快速干燥，这种方式不能做到热水充满滚轮，且热水温度有限，这使得油漆温度有限，大大降低了干燥效率。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型公开了一种木板上漆滚轮，包括：滚轮、电加热圈、导电圈、滑动电极、导热材料，所述的导热材料充满滚轮内部，所述的电加热圈固定安装在滚轮内部，所述的导电圈分为内圈与外圈，导电圈安装在滚轮侧面，且电加热圈两端分别与导电圈的内圈、外圈连接，所述的滑动电极为两个，分别滑动连接在导电圈的内圈、外圈上。
本实用新型是一种木板上漆滚轮，将原有的的热水加热油漆的方式改变为电加热圈加热，将两个滑动电极固定连接到机架，并将两个滑动电极通电，电加热圈工作开始加热导热材料，从而加工滚轮表面的油漆，这个过程中导电圈旋转，滑动电极在导电圈上滑动，始终接触良好；较传统的加热方式，不需要加热热水的装置，且不存在漏水的现象，同时加热效果好，大大提高了干燥效率。
本实用新型具有结构简单、安全有效等优点。

如图1所示的一种木板上漆滚轮，包括：滚轮1、电加热圈2、导电圈3、滑动电极4、导热材料5，所述的导热材料5充满滚轮1内部，所述的电加热圈2固定安装在滚轮1内部，所述的导电圈3分为内圈与外圈，导电圈3安装在滚轮1侧面，且电加热圈2两端分别与导电圈3的内圈、外圈连接，所述的滑动电极4为两个，分别滑动连接在导电圈3的内圈、外圈上。
