Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED蜡烛灯串,包括灯罩、灯座、LED灯头,灯座为管状结构且内壁上端设有一圈或多圈第一环形凸台,灯罩下部设有管状连接座,管状连接座外壁设有与第一环形凸台紧密配合的第一环形凹槽;LED灯头尾部焊接有导线,LED灯头从灯座底部穿入并从顶部伸出后安装在灯罩的内部腔体中还包括有底塞,底塞安装于灯座底部且上端设置有限位支柱,限位支柱位于两条导线之间且顶部安装有LED灯头;本产品LED灯头与导线焊接连接,其电连接可靠性好、生产效率高;同时,灯座与灯罩通过凸台与凹槽的形式连接,使灯罩的使用更加简单,降低了生产成本,消除了复杂工艺造成不良影响。再者,通过底塞及限位支柱对LED灯头的准确定位,可以确保整体发光效果。

一种LED蜡烛灯串
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯具,特别是针对一种LED蜡烛灯串。
背景技术
传统式的蜡管灯都是通过接触端子与灯头两极接触的结构来生产的。但是这种结构很大程度上还依赖于手工作业,生产效率低。并且其使用的铜头灯泡不仅成本高、工艺复杂,还因为装配及生产工艺复杂、不良品不便于维修等因素造成存在很多品质隐患及浪费的问题。随着自动化焊接工艺的快速发展,这种生产效率低、成本高的产品越来越难于在竞争日益严重的消费市场上受到青睐。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种安装简便、结构稳定性高,自动化生产率高、成本低的新型LED蜡烛灯串。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种LED蜡烛灯串,包括灯罩、灯座、LED灯头,所述灯座为了管状结构且内壁上端设有一圈或多圈第一环形凸台,所述灯罩下部设有管状连接座,所述管状连接座外壁设有与所述环形凸台紧密配合的第一环形凹槽;所述LED灯头尾部焊接有导线,所述LED灯头从所述灯座底部穿入并从顶部伸出后安装在所述灯罩的内部腔体中;还包括有底塞,所述底塞安装在所述灯座底部且上端设置有限位支柱,所述限位支柱位于两条所述导线之间且顶部安装有所述LED灯头。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述灯座内壁底部设有一圈或一圈以上的第二环形凸台,所述底塞设有与所述第二环形凸台紧密配合的第二环形凹槽。
进一步,所述底塞两侧及所述限位支柱上部两侧均设有线槽。
进一步,所述LED灯头由LED灯泡焊接导线后两极脚间加绝缘支柱并用绝缘热缩套管包覆形成。
进一步,所述LED灯头至少包含一颗LED灯泡。
进一步,所述灯罩和灯座连接部设置有防水圈,所述防水圈外壁上端为锥面下端为圆柱面。
进一步,所述防水圈内壁设置有第三环形凹槽,所述灯座上端外壁设置有与所述第三环形凹槽紧密配合的第三环形凸台。
进一步,所述灯座外壁下端设置有锥面且所述底塞侧面边缘不超出所述灯座底部管口范围。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明中LED灯泡与导线的连接为焊接结构,随着目前自动焊接技术工艺的不断发转成熟,焊接结构的电连接可靠性及生产效率的大幅度提升使得产品生产又快速又可靠;同时灯座与灯罩通过第一环形凸台及第一环形凹槽的配套连接也使得造型灯罩的使用更加简单,不需要耗费高成本来制造铜头灯泡,也不存在因机芯、装头等复杂生产工艺造成的各种品质隐患及维修不良品造成的材料浪费问题。再者,通过底塞及其上部设置的限位支柱可以方便对LED灯头进行准确定位,以确保整体发光效果。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3,本发明的一种LED蜡烛灯串,包括灯罩1、灯座2、LED灯头3,所述灯座2为管状结构且内壁上端设有一圈或多圈第一环形凸台21,所述灯罩1下部设有管状连接座11,所述管状连接座11外壁设有与所述第一环形凸台21紧密配合的第一环形凹槽12;所述LED灯头3尾部焊接有导线4,所述LED灯头3从所述灯座2底部穿入并从顶部伸出后安装在所述灯罩1的内部腔体中;还包括有底塞5,所述底塞5安装在所述灯座2底部且上端设置有限位支柱6,所述限位支柱6位于两条所述导线4之间且顶部安装有所述LED灯头3。由于本发明中所述LED灯头3与所述导线4的连接为焊接结构,随着目前自动焊接技术工艺的不断发转成熟,焊接结构的电连接可靠性及生产效率的大幅度提升使得产品生产又快速又可靠;同时所述灯座2与所述灯罩1通过所述第一环形凸台21及所述第一环形凹槽12的配套连接也使得造型灯罩的使用更加简单,不需要耗费高成本来制造铜头灯泡,也不存在因机芯、装头等复杂生产工艺造成的各种品质隐患及维修不良品造成的材料浪费问题。再者,通过所述底塞5及其上部设置的限位支柱6可以方便对所述LED灯头3进行准确定位,以确保整体发光效果。
所述灯座2内壁底部设有一圈或一圈以上的第二环形凸台22,所述底塞5设有与所述第二环形凸台22紧密配合的第二环形凹槽51。上述结构使得所述灯座2与进入其内部的所述导线4之间实现紧密安装,可以避免拉拔所述导线4时焊点位置受力,以达到安规固定拉力的要求。
为了方便固定所述导线4,所述底塞5两侧及所述限位支柱6上部两侧均设有线槽。
所述LED灯头3由LED灯泡31焊接导线4后两极脚间加绝缘支柱32并用绝缘热缩套管33包覆形成。上述结构在通过所述绝缘支柱32来隔离所述LED灯泡31两极灯脚防止短路的同时还采用了所述绝缘热缩套管33来包覆整个带电部件,使得产品在实现高效率生产的同时具有更高的安全性能;
所述LED灯头3通常只有一颗LED灯泡31,但是为了保证灯串具有足够的亮度,所述LED灯头3可以包含多颗LED灯泡31。
如图4、图5所示,本发明具有室内和户外两种类型的产品,为了方便在户外使用,防止雨水从所述灯罩1和所述灯座2连接位置进入灯体内部;在户外产品中,所述灯罩1和灯座2连接部设置有防水圈7,所述防水圈7外壁上端为锥面下端为圆柱面。
所述防水圈7内壁设置有第三环形凹槽71,所述灯座2上端外壁设置有与所述第三环形凹槽71紧密配合的第三环形凸台23。上述安装结构,结构简单,安装方便,而且可以使得户外防护性能更加紧密可靠。
为了方便在户外使用,防止雨水从所述灯座2和所述底塞5安装位置进入灯体内部;在户外产品中,所述灯座2外壁下端设置有锥面24且所述底塞5侧面边缘不超出所述灯座2管口范围。
以上所述只是本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种LED蜡烛灯串,包括灯罩(1)、灯座(2)、LED灯头(3),其特征在于:所述灯座(2)为管状结构且内壁上端设有一圈或一圈以上第一环形凸台(21),所述灯罩(1)下部设有管状连接座(11),所述管状连接座(11)外壁设有与所述第一环形凸台(21)紧密配合的第一环形凹槽(12);所述LED灯头(3)尾部焊接有导线(4),所述LED灯头(3)从所述灯座(2)底部穿入并从顶部伸出后安装在所述灯罩(1)的内部腔体中;还包括有底塞(5),所述底塞(5)安装在所述灯座(2)底部且上端设置有限位支柱(6),所述限位支柱(6)位于两条所述导线(4)之间且顶部安装有所述LED灯头(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED蜡烛灯串,其特征在于:所述灯座(2)内壁底部设有一圈或一圈以上的第二环形凸台(22),所述底塞(5)设有与所述第二环形凸台(22)紧密配合的第二环形凹槽(51)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED蜡烛灯串,其特征在于:所述底塞(5)两侧及所述限位支柱(6)上部两侧均设有线槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED蜡烛灯串,其特征在于:所述LED灯头(3)由LED灯泡(31)焊接导线(4)后两极脚间加绝缘支柱(32)并用绝缘热缩套管(33)包覆形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种LED蜡烛灯串,其特征在于:所述LED灯头(3)至少包含一颗所述LED灯泡(31)。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种LED蜡烛灯串,其特征在于:所述灯罩(1)和灯座(2)连接部设置有防水圈(7),所述防水圈(7)外壁上端为锥面下端为圆柱面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种LED蜡烛灯串,其特征在于:所述防水圈(7)内壁设置有第三环形凹槽(71),所述灯座(2)上端外壁设置有与所述第三环形凹槽(71)紧密配合的第三环形凸台(23)。
8.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种LED蜡烛灯串,其特征在于:所述灯座(2)外壁下端设置有锥面(24)且所述底塞(5)侧面边缘不超出所述灯座(2)底部管口范围。
