本实用新型涉及灯饰技术领域,具体涉及一种美观防水性好的新型防水装饰灯。一种新型防水装饰灯,包括LED灯珠和与LED灯珠正、负脚连接为一体的导线,LED灯珠正、负脚之间卡设有防止LED灯珠正、负脚间发生短路的隔离柱,该隔离柱外还套有热收缩塑料套管,LED灯珠外罩有透光罩。所述隔离柱两侧具有将导线及LED灯珠正、负脚卡入的凹槽,该隔离柱横截面呈异形“工”字状。塑料套管外还注塑有用于增加导线件拉力提高使用寿命的注塑件。本实用新型灯饰生产可以实现自动化操作、效率高、成本低,产品的防水性强且使用寿命长。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及户外装饰灯饰技术领域,具体涉及一种美观防水性好的户外用防水装饰灯。
背景技术
    随着社会的发展灯具除了习知的照明用途外,很多场合是用于装饰的。如喜庆或节日,人们常在室内室外挂上装饰灯,如装饰灯串来装点环境。五颜六色的灯饰光芒对周围环境起着强烈的衬托和装饰效果。
    正因为装饰灯具有这样美化环境烘托气氛的作用,许多灯饰厂家都在努力推出结构简单、成本低廉、使用效果良好的各式装饰灯。
    但,现有很多装饰灯因为结构原因,许多生产工序只能采用手工。一般现有装饰灯串生产时,需要现将LED灯珠的正、负脚通过手工穿过一柱形的具有两个通孔的绝缘件,然后再用人工将LED灯珠的正、负脚与灯串导线焊接。这类灯串结构和生产工艺,在LED灯珠的正、负脚与灯串导线焊接时很容易产生短路,而且因绝缘件上设置的让LED灯珠的正、负脚通过的通孔很小,必需手工操作,导致整个生产效率低,人工成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供全部工序可自动化生产效率高、防水性强且能提高使用寿命的新型防水装饰灯。
   为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
 一种新型防水装饰灯,包括LED灯珠和与LED灯珠正、负脚连接为一体的导线, 所述LED灯珠正、负脚之间卡设有防止LED灯珠正、负脚间发生短路的隔离柱,该隔离柱外还套有将其紧固的塑料套管,所述LED灯珠外罩有透光罩。
所述的隔离柱两侧具有将导线及LED灯珠正负脚卡入的凹槽,该隔离柱整体为圆柱形体,隔离柱下部具有扩大凸台,隔离柱上部横截面呈异形“工”字状。所述的塑料套管为热收缩塑料管。所述的塑料套管外还注塑有用于增加导线件拉力的注塑件。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有以下显著效果:   
本实用新型灯饰生产可以实现自动化操作、效率高、成本低。本防水装饰灯对灯体结构进行了改进,将隔离LED灯珠的正、负脚绝缘件设计成截面成异形“工”字形的隔离柱,这样形状的隔离柱可以使得LED灯珠的正、负脚与导线自动化焊接后,再通过自动化工序将隔离柱设于其间。
    本实用新型防水装饰灯在隔离柱外设置热收缩塑料管提高防水性,另外,在热缩塑料管还设注塑件,不但有双层防水效果,而且还可以增强灯饰构成灯串的拉力,提高使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面将结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型结构原理作进一步详细描叙。 
参见图1~4,一种新型防水装饰灯,由LED灯珠1与LED灯珠正、负脚连接为一体的导线2,隔离柱3,塑料套管4,透光罩5,注塑件6组成。
隔离柱3两侧具有凹槽31,该隔离柱整体为圆柱形体,隔离柱下部具有扩大凸台,隔离柱上部横截面呈异形“工”字状。当LED灯珠正、负脚与导线2焊接为一体后,将隔离柱两侧凹槽31对应LED灯珠正、负脚及导线2卡入,隔离柱中间的隔板可以隔断导线正、负极防止短路,隔离柱两侧的凹槽还能起到固定导线的作用。隔离柱置入的状态参见图3。
隔离柱置入后,将柱形的热收缩塑料管套在隔离柱外并包裹住LED灯珠正、负脚及导线2的焊接处进行加热收缩固定。由于隔离柱下部具有扩大凸台还可增强隔离柱3与热收缩塑料管的结合力。如此,热收缩塑料管不但固定住隔离柱3,而且能保证产品的防水性,详见图2。
之后,在热收缩处理后的产品上罩上透光罩5,透光罩5可采用透明材质玻璃或PS塑料制成。透光罩5用于保护LED灯珠,同时还能使光线透出。
 为进一步提高防水性,在产品热收缩塑料管还设注塑件6,增加注塑件6不但有双层防水效果,而且还可以增强灯饰构成灯串的拉力,提高使用寿命。
本实用新型提出的防水装饰灯,创新设计的隔离柱可以使得LED灯珠的正、负脚与导线自动化焊接后,再通过自动化工序将隔离柱设于其间。本实用新型灯饰生产工序可以实现自动化操作、效率高、成本低。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的较佳的实施方式,除此之外,本实用新型还可以有等同的其他实现方式。也就是说,在没有脱离本实用新型发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均应落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型防水装饰灯,其特征在:包括LED灯珠(1)和与LED灯珠正、负脚连接为一体的导线(2), 所述LED灯珠正、负脚之间卡设有防止LED灯珠正、负脚间发生短路的隔离柱(3),该隔离柱外还套有将其紧固的塑料套管(4),所述LED灯珠(1)外还罩有透光罩(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水装饰灯,其特征在于:所述的隔离柱(3)两侧具有将导线及LED灯珠正、负脚卡入的凹槽(31),该隔离柱整体为圆柱形体,隔离柱下部具有扩大凸台,隔离柱上部横截面呈异形“工”字状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型防水装饰灯,其特征在于:所述的塑料套管(4)为热收缩塑料管。
4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的新型防水装饰灯,其特征在于:所述的塑料套管(4)外还注塑有用于增加导线拉力的注塑件(6)。
