Abstract
本实用新型公开一种具有良好防水性能的LED线控洗墙灯，其特征是在灯体的上设置若干个由透明塑料盖、印刷电路板和灯珠组成的灯组，在透明塑料盖底部设有一密封胶圈，整个透明塑料盖通过螺钉固定于灯体上，在灯体内设有一通线孔，在透明塑料盖两端的灯体内各设有一个与通线孔连通的过线槽，各组印刷电路板的电线通过过线槽和通线孔连接在一起，电源连接线从灯体一端以一个防水锁头从过线槽引入与印刷电路板连接，在通线孔两端设有O型密封圈和紧固螺栓。该洗墙灯具有良好的防水性能、结构简单美观、生产效率高、方便维护以及制造成本低的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及装饰照明技术领域，尤其是一种具有良好防水性能的LED线控洗墙灯，特别适合户外装饰照明使用。
背景技术
洗墙灯是一种常用于建筑物外侧装饰照明的灯具。在现有技术中，洗墙灯主要由灯体、印刷电路板、灯珠、灯杯、玻璃透镜以及滑动支承架组成，该洗墙灯由于采用玻璃作透镜，不但体重、容易破碎，又不防水，而为了防水，采取在印刷电路板上灌胶的方法来解决，生产率低，日后维护困难、生产成本高、外型又不美观，这正是现有洗墙灯一直存在的不足之处。
发明内容
为了克服现有洗墙灯存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种防水性能好、日后维护方便，生产效率高以及外型美观的具有良好防水性能的LED线控洗墙灯。
上述任务是以这样的方式实现的：一种具有良好防水性能的LED线控洗墙灯，包括有灯体、滑动支承架、印刷电路板、灯珠和灯杯，其改进之处是：在灯体上沿纵向设有若干个灯组，所述的灯组由一个长方形透明塑料盖，在其盖住的灯体上设置的一块印刷电路板以及在印刷电路板上设置的3-6个灯珠和灯杯组成，在透明塑料盖底面的凹槽内设有一个密封胶圈，整个透明塑料盖通过螺钉固定于灯体上，在灯体内沿纵向开有一个通线孔，在每个透明塑料盖盖住的灯体的两端各开有一个与通线孔连通的过线槽，各灯组的印刷电路板的电线通过过线槽和通线孔相互连接在一起，电源连接线从灯体一端以一个防水锁头从过线槽引入与印刷电路板连接，在灯体通线孔的两端以O型密封圈和紧固螺栓密封。
在上述方案中，所述的灯组以2-6个为合适。太多时整个灯体太长，不便于安装，太少时，会增加制造成本。
在上述方案中，最适宜的方案是灯组为4个，每个灯组设有4个灯珠和灯杯，透明塑料盖长度为250毫米，灯体长度为1000毫米。
在上述方案中，所述的透明塑料盖用聚碳酸酯注塑制成。
本实用新型的使用方法如同现有洗墙灯的使用方法一样，将洗墙灯安装后，调整角度，接上电源便可。由于本实用新型作了上述改进，本实用新型的有盖效果如下：
1、由于每个灯组的透明塑料盖是通过密封胶圈紧压在灯体上平面上，灯组之间通过接线槽和通线孔连接，使灯珠及印刷电路板处于全封闭状态，具有良好的防水性。
2、每个灯组可随时装拆，十分方便，有利于日后维护工作。
3、结构简单，容易生产，生产率高，制造成本低。
4、外型整齐美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体结构作进一步的描述。
参照图1，一种具有良好防水性能的LED线控洗墙灯，包括有灯体1、滑动支承架2、印刷电路板3、灯珠4和灯杯5，其特征是：在灯体1的上表面沿纵向设有若干个灯组6，所述的灯组6由一个透明塑料盖7、在其盖住的灯体1上设置的一块印刷电路板3以及在印刷电路板3设置的3-6个灯珠4和灯杯5组成，如图2所示，在透明塑料盖7底部的凹槽内设有一个密封胶圈8，如图3所示，整个透明塑料盖7通过螺钉9固定于灯体1上，在灯体1内沿纵向开有一个通线孔10，在每个透明塑料盖7盖住的灯体1两端各开有一个与通线孔10连通的过线槽11，各灯组6的印刷电路板3的电线通过过线槽11和通线孔10相互连接在一起，电源连接线12从灯体1的一端以一个防水锁头13从过线槽11引入与印刷电路板3连接，在灯体1通线孔10的两端以O型密封圈14和紧固螺栓15密封。
在实施时，透明塑料盖6以聚碳酸酯注塑制成。
实施例：所述的灯组为4个，每个灯组设有4个灯珠和灯杯，透明塑料盖长度为250毫米，灯体长度为1000毫米。

1.一种具有良好防水性能的LED线控洗墙灯，包括有灯体（1）、滑动支承架（2）、印刷电路板（3）、灯珠（4）和灯杯（5），其特征是：在灯体（1）的上表面沿纵向设有若干个灯组（6），所述的灯组（6）由一个透明塑料盖（7）、在其盖住的灯体（1）上设置的一块印刷电路板（3）以及在印刷电路板（3）设置的3-6个灯珠（4）和灯杯（5）组成，在透明塑料盖（7）底部的凹槽内设有一个密封胶圈（8），整个透明塑料盖（7）通过螺钉（9）固定于灯体（1）上，在灯体（1）内沿纵向开有一个通线孔（10），在每个透明塑料盖（7）盖住的灯体（1）两端各开有一个与通线孔（10）连通的过线槽（11），各灯组（6）的印刷电路板（3）的电线通过过线槽（11）和通线孔（10）相互连接在一起，电源连接线（12）从灯体（1）的一端以一个防水锁头（13）从过线槽（11）引入与印刷电路板（3）连接，在灯体（1）通线孔（10）的两端以O型密封圈（14）和紧固螺栓（15）密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED线控洗墙灯，其特征是所述的灯组（6）为2-6个。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的LED线控洗墙灯，其特征是所述的灯组（6）为4个，每个灯组设有4个灯珠（4）和灯杯（5），透明塑料盖（7）长度为250毫米，灯体（1）长度为1000毫米。
