本实用新型公开了一种适用于室内外装饰照明的一种新型LED灯串，包括排线、多个线路板、固定螺钉，线路板上设有LED灯，固定螺钉上部压紧在线路板的电源连接点、下端穿过排线的外表绝缘层与导线接触，其中：所述的线路板外部设有一次性注塑成型的密封保护盒，在密封保护盒侧壁设有延伸的安装固定的U形座，所述的密封保护盒与线路板和排线成型为整体，所述的LED灯上部外露出保护盒的上面；本实用新型具有结构简单、加工方便、防水效果和制造成本低等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯串，尤其是指适用于室内外装饰照明的一种新型LED灯串。
背景技术
随着电子技术的不断发展，出现了以发光二极管(LED)作为光源的新型照明灯具，其预先在排线上设置开口向上的盒体，然后在盒体内安装线路板，并通过固定螺钉旋紧固定和导通导线，然后在上部设置透明密封保护层后即可，具有组合加工更加方便。但其还存在以下几点需要改进：1、加工工艺还较为复杂，造成现场安装的工作量较大；2、固定螺钉在安装时不容易掌握深度而穿透密封盒体的底部；3、盒体面层二次透明密封保护层浇注时不容易控制其厚度，容易产生浇注不饱满而密封不完全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、加工方便、防水效果和制造成本低的一种新型LED灯串。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种新型LED灯串，包括排线、多个线路板、固定螺钉，线路板上设有LED灯，固定螺钉上部压紧在线路板的电源连接点、下端穿过排线的外表绝缘层与导线接触，其中：所述的线路板外部设有一次性注塑成型的密封保护盒，在密封保护盒侧壁设有延伸的安装固定的U形座，所述的密封保护盒与线路板和排线成型为整体，所述的LED灯上部外露出密封保护盒的上面。
上述的新型LED灯串中所述的密封保护盒底部外表还可以设置双面胶贴，方便安装。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，把线路板通过固定螺钉与排线固定并电联通，然后在它们外侧注塑料整体的密封保护盒，使线路板和排线成型为整体，简化了加工工艺可大大的提高组合加工效率，降低生产成本，同时大大增强了密封防水效果。

具体实施方式
如图1、2中所示，一种新型LED灯串，包括排线1、多个线路板2、固定螺钉4，线路板2上设有一个LED灯3，固定螺钉4上部压紧在线路板2的电源连接点、下端穿过排线1的外表绝缘层与导线接触并电连通，线路板2外部设有一次性注塑成型的密封保护盒5，在密封保护盒5侧壁设有延伸的安装固定的U形座6，密封保护盒5与线路板2和排线1成型为整体，LED灯3上部外露出密封保护盒5的上面；密封保护盒5底部外表设有双面胶贴7。
本实用新型的具体实用状态如图3所示，设置在排线1由线路板2、LED灯3、固定螺钉4和一体成型的密封保护盒5密封组成的LED灯串，可直接能螺丝钉固定在需装饰位置便可用来在夜间照明显示，无需再做其它防水措施。

1.一种新型LED灯串，包括排线(1)、多个线路板(2)、固定螺钉(4)，线路板(2)上设有LED灯(3)，固定螺钉(4)上部压紧在线路板(2)的电源连接点、下端穿过排线(1)的外表绝缘层与导线接触，其特征在于：所述的线路板(2)外部设有一次性注塑成型的密封保护盒(5)，在密封保护盒(5)侧壁设有延伸的安装固定的U形座(6)，所述的密封保护盒(5)与线路板(2)和排线(1)成型为整体，所述的LED灯(3)上部外露出密封保护盒(5)的上面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型LED灯串，其特征在于：所述的密封保护盒(5)底部外表设有双面胶贴(7)。
