本实用新型公开了一种超级焊接灯串，包括有多个灯串单元，所述的灯串单元包括有外部套筒，在外部套筒的顶端可拆卸的安装有灯罩，在外部套筒内安装有LED灯，在LED灯的下面焊接有正负极导线，正负极导线穿出外部套筒的底端，所述的多个灯串单元通过正负极导线串联连接，在正负极导线与LED灯的焊接位置处喷涂有三防漆，并在LED灯的管脚间设有隔离柱，最后外包绝缘套管，在正负极导线与外部套筒之间注进防水胶，在外部套筒的底端内侧设有倒扣边。本实用新型套筒上可以安装各种灯罩，可改变发光形状。LED焊接后，机器喷涂三防漆，有效的绝缘和防止氧化。在套筒内部的倒扣，有效的防止套筒脱落。在套筒出口处，注胶，加强固定和防水。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种焊接式的圣诞灯串，尤其涉及一种超级焊接灯串，在焊接基础上，通过喷阻燃漆、注胶等工艺结构，实现带花壳传统的圣诞灯功能。
背景技术
目前市场上的圣诞灯串一般都是电线和LED焊接后，外加套管，产品虽然简单，但是不能够防水，同时外观上也只是LED发光，不能满足市场各种发光形状的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种超级焊接灯串，包括有多个灯串单元，所述的灯串单元包括有外部套筒，在外部套筒的顶端可拆卸的安装有灯罩，在外部套筒内安装有LED灯，在LED灯的下面焊接有正负极导线，正负极导线穿出外部套筒的底端，所述的多个灯串单元通过正负极导线串联连接，在正负极导线与LED灯的焊接位置处喷涂有三防漆，并在LED灯的管脚间设有隔离柱，最后外包绝缘套管，在正负极导线与外部套筒底端之间注进防水胶，在外部套筒的底端内侧设有倒扣边。
所述的LED灯的底部设有定位圆边，在外部套筒的内壁设有环形凸台，当LED灯安装在外部套筒内部时，定位圆边位于环形凸台下面且紧靠环形凸台的下侧面。
导线和LED灯在机器自动焊接后，焊接位置表面喷涂三防漆，防止焊接处受潮后易氧化直至损坏，然后在管脚间加上隔离柱，最后外包绝缘套管。
导线在外部套筒的出口位置注进胶水，保证套管和套筒可以有效的固定，同时可以防止的水的进入，让产品可以更好的使用寿命；
在套筒的出口位置设置一个倒扣装置，套管推进套筒（1），有了这个扣位装置，可以有效的防止套筒脱落。
套管压入套筒后，有边的的LED可以进行定位，可以保证使LED发光在正确位置。
本实用新型的优点是：1、本实用新型套筒上可以安装各种灯罩，可改变发光形状。
2、LED焊接后，机器喷涂三防漆，有效的绝缘和防止氧化。
3、在套筒内部的倒扣，有效的防止套筒脱落。
4、在套筒出口处，注胶，加强固定和防水。
5、LED的有边结构，进行有效的定位。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，一种超级焊接灯串，包括有多个灯串单元1，所述的灯串单元1包括有外部套筒2，在外部套筒2的顶端可拆卸的安装有灯罩3，在外部套筒2内安装有LED灯4，在LED灯4的下面焊接有正负极导线5，正负极导线5穿出外部套筒2的下端，所述的多个灯串单元1通过正负极导线5串联连接，在正负极导线5与LED灯4的焊接位置处喷涂有三防漆，并在LED灯的管脚间设有隔离柱10，最后外包绝缘套管6，在正负极导线5与外部套筒2的底端之间注进防水胶，在外部套筒2的底端内侧设有倒扣边7。
所述的LED灯4的底部设有定位圆边8，在外部套筒的内壁设有环形凸台9，当LED灯4安装在外部套筒2内部时，定位圆边8位于环形凸台9下面且紧靠环形凸台9的下侧面。

1.一种超级焊接灯串，其特征在于：包括有多个灯串单元，所述的灯串单元包括有外部套筒，在外部套筒的顶端安装有灯罩，在外部套筒内安装有LED灯，在LED灯的下面焊接有正负极导线，正负极导线穿出外部套筒的底端，所述的多个灯串单元通过正负极导线串联连接，在正负极导线与LED灯的焊接位置处喷涂有三防漆，并在LED灯的管脚间设有隔离柱，最后外包绝缘套管，在正负极导线与外部套筒底端之间注进防水胶，在外部套筒的底端内侧设有倒扣边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超级焊接灯串，其特征在于：所述的LED灯的底部设有定位圆边，在外部套筒的内壁设有环形凸台，当LED灯安装在外部套筒内部时，定位圆边位于环形凸台下面且紧靠环形凸台的下侧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超级焊接灯串，其特征在于：所述的灯罩与外部套筒为可拆卸连接。
