[4] 随着人们生活水平的提高, 人们也更加注重周围的工作和生活环境, 许多场 所都摆放有装饰树, 尤其是在各种节日中, 为了增强装饰树的视觉效果, 通常 在装饰树上都会设置有装饰灯, 其布置方式主要是在买回来的装饰树上直接缠 绕上灯串, 这种挂上去的灯串及其电源线在使用过程中很可能会受到外力的影 响, 使连接件出现松脱, 或者损坏电源线等情况, 存在安全隐患; 而且由于电 源线外露, 也影响装饰树的整体美观。
[5] 发明内容
[6] 为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明提供一种结构简单, 观赏效果好、 仿真度 高、 使用安全的具有内部供电线路的装饰树及其制作方法。
[7] 本发明所釆用的技术方案是:
[8] —种具有内部供电线路的装饰树, 其包括树干和树枝, 所述树干和树枝内部 设有电源线, 所述树枝包括注塑成型于电源线外侧的塑胶主体和分支, 所述分 支的末端还设有与电源线连接的插座, 插座上安装有发光体。
[9] 本发明的进一步改进, 所述主体和分支的内部还设有金属芯, 分支的金属芯 连接于主体的金属芯上。
[10] 本发明还公开了一种装饰树的制作方法, 它包括如下步骤:
[I I] 1) 制作树枝分支: 将金属芯和安装有插座的电源线放入模具中, 进行注塑, 制造出末端有插座、 头部露出金属芯和电源线的树枝分支造型;
[12] 2) 制作树枝的主体: 选取作为主体芯材的电源线和金属芯, 将步骤 1) 所述分 支中外露的金属芯和电源线分别与主体芯材的金属芯和电源线连接, 根据树枝 的造型需要在主体芯材上交替连接多个分支; 将主体芯材放入模具中注塑, 制 造出树枝主体造型;
[13] 3) 在树枝主体的头部制作母插管: 将中空的金属管与树枝主体放入模具中, 进行注塑, 制作出头部具有母插管的树枝造型, 其中电源线从方形管内引出;
[14] 4) 将树枝的电源线与从树干的公插管中引出来的电源线连接, 并将树枝造型 套装于公插管上。
[15] 本发明的有益效果是: 本设计将电源线设于树干和树枝的内部, 简化了装饰 树的结构, 提高了其观赏效果, 所述树枝包括注塑成型于电源线外侧的塑胶主 体和分支, 电源线被注塑藏于内部, 电源线隐蔽性好, 不容易受损, 还具有防 水功能, 使产品安全可靠、 使用寿命长, 也适合在户外使用, 此外, 由于树枝 是注塑成型, 也令制造出来的产品的仿真度高, 更容易受消费者的喜爱; 另外 , 本发明在树枝内部除了电源线外, 还设有金属芯, 不仅提高了产品的承重能 力, 延长其使用寿命, 同吋树枝还可以随意弯曲变形, 用户可根据喜好自行调 整树枝的角度; 本产品还具有制作工艺简单, 生产效率高的优点。

[26] 参照图 1至图 7所示, 具有内部供电线路的装饰树, 其包括树干 1和树枝 2, 所 述树干 1和树枝 2内部设有电源线 5, 所述树枝 2包括注塑成型于电源线外侧的塑 胶主体 21和分支 22, 所述分支 22的末端还设有与电源线连接的插座 3, 插座 3上 安装有发光体 4。
[27] 为了进一步提高产品的性能, 所述主体 21和分支 22的内部还设有金属芯 24, 分支的金属芯连接于主体的金属芯上, 使产品的承重更大, 同吋树枝还可随意 弯曲变形。
[28] 进一步, 所述树干 1和树枝 2通过接插装置组合安装, 树干 1和树枝 2之间的电 源线利用接插端子 51连接, 接插端子 51放置于接插装置的内部, 所述接插装置 包括在树干 1上设有斜向上的公插管 11, 所述树枝 2的头部设有可套装在公插管 1 1外部的母插管 23。 该组合结构使产品的结构更合理, 方便运输及存放, 此外, 树干与树枝也可以釆用其它的方式来连接。
[29] 本设计的树枝的生产过程如下: 1) 首先是制作树枝分支: 将金属芯和安装 有插座的电源线放入模具中, 进行注塑, 制造出末端有插座、 头部露出金属芯 和电源线的塑胶树枝分支造型, 如图 3所示; 2) 接着制作树枝的主体: 选取作 为主体芯材的电源线和金属芯, 将步骤 1) 所述塑胶分支中外露的金属芯和电源 线分别与主体芯材的金属芯和电源线连接, 根据树枝的造型需要在主体芯材上 交替连接多个分支, 如图 4所示; 将主体芯材放入模具中注塑, 制造出塑胶树枝 主体造型, 如图 5所示; 3) 在塑胶树枝主体的头部制作母插管: 将中空的金属 管与塑胶树枝主体放入模具中, 进行注塑, 制作出头部具有母插管的塑胶树枝 造型, 其中电源线从方形管内引出, 如图 6所示; 4) 将树枝的电源线与从树干 的公插管中引出来的电源线连接, 并将树枝造型套装于公插管上。 为了便于装 配, 本设计还可在制作吋分别在树枝主体的电源线头部以及从方形管中引出来 的电源线上设置接线端子, 装配吋直接利用接线端了连接, 既方便快捷, 工作 效率高, 又有利于用户自行拆装。
[30] 进一步, 所述公插管和母插管都是方形金属管结构, 当树枝装上后, 在方形 管的限制下, 树枝不会自由旋转, 使装饰树能保持其整体造型, 而等同的方式 , 除了方形管以外, 也可以是椭圆形、 三角形或六角形等形状的中空管。
[31] 在使用吋, 可将发光二极管或其它发光体安装于插座上, 为了使装饰树的造 型更具美感, 在注塑吋还可在树枝的主体和分支上分别注塑成型有塑胶小分叉 2 5造型, 在使用吋根据需要可在小分叉 25端部处装上花、 叶、 果实或昆虫等造型 衬托物。
[32] 另一种制造方式, 也可先将树枝的主体与分支的电源线、 金属芯先连接好, 再一起进行注塑, 加工出塑胶树枝造型。
[33] 类似的, 也可釆用本技术制作出具有多个分枝的装饰树树枝。
[34] 为了使装饰树的视觉效果更好, 可在发光体 4的外部套设有灯罩, 还可起到 防水作用。
[35] 以上所述只是本发明优选的实施方式, 其并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制
, 只要是以基本相同的手段实现本发明的目的都应属于本发明的保护范围。

1) 制作树枝分支: 将金属芯和安装有插座的电源线放入模具中, 进行注塑, 制造出末端有插座、 头部露出金属芯和电源线的树枝 分支造型;
2) 制作树枝的主体: 选取作为主体芯材的电源线和金属芯, 将步 骤 1) 所述分支中外露的金属芯和电源线分别与主体芯材的金属芯 和电源线连接, 根据树枝的造型需要在主体芯材上交替连接多个 分支; 将主体芯材放入模具中注塑, 制造出树枝主体造型;
3) 在树枝主体的头部制作母插管: 将中空的金属管与树枝主体放 入模具中, 进行注塑, 制作出头部具有母插管的树枝造型, 其中 电源线从方形管内引出;
4) 将树枝的电源线与从树干的公插管中引出来的电源线连接, 并 将树枝造型套装于公插管上。
[Claim 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的一种装饰树的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在步 骤 3) 中将接插端子焊接于电源线的头部, 在步骤 4) 中通过接插 端子与树干电源线接插安装。
