Abstract

本实用新型属于圣诞树技术领域,尤其涉及一种模块化的人造带灯树。本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于使用、维修,并在相邻模拟树杆之间同时配电的人造带灯树。为了解决上述问题,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:一种模块化的人造带灯树,包括至少第Ⅰ模拟树杆和第Ⅱ模拟树杆,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的外壁顶部与一个电器插接件Ⅰ固定连接,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部设置有一个与所述电器插接件Ⅰ相匹配的电器插接件Ⅱ,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部与电器插接件Ⅱ固定连接;所述的电器插接件Ⅰ和所述的电器插接件ⅠⅠ同时配电。本实用新型的有益效果在于:1.使用方便;2维修方便;3可以实现为相邻两个模拟树杆同时进行配电4;灯串替换方便。

一种模块化的人造带灯树
技术领域
本实用新型属于圣诞树技术领域,尤其涉及一种模块化的人造带灯树。
背景技术
在圣诞节期间,人们喜欢在家里或者商场摆放圣诞树,人们会在圣诞树上放上一串串灯饰和装饰品,由于真的松树弄起来非常麻烦,人们会从方便的角度出发使用假的松树,工厂会在假的松树树枝上系上一串串灯泡。最常见的做法是工厂会将松树分成两到四个树杆的部分,以便包装在包箱子里,每部分的树都有着已经预安装的多串灯饰,电器插接件垂在枝叶以外。消费者在不仅要将各部分的树连接起来,而且还要寻找每个部分的灯饰的电器插接件,以与相邻的连接在一起,以便使整个树上的灯泡通电,而通常每个部分都会有多于一串灯泡,通常使消费者相当困扰以及花费大量的时间去寻找所有的灯串的电器插接件。因此,使用极为不方便。如果将电器插接件放在树杆中内,要维修电子连接器的电子部分或者在树杆中的灯泡电线就几近不可能。例如,在树中有一个灯泡的线路松了,或者在金属树杆中有一个连接器的连接松驰了,就会使整个树上的灯无法亮起来,维修起来非常困难,将使得整个受影响的树杆部分或需要整体更换。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便、维修方便,并且还可以实现在相邻模拟树杆之间同时配电的人造带灯树。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:
一种模块化的人造带灯树,包括至少第Ⅰ模拟树杆和第Ⅱ模拟树杆,所述的第Ⅰ模拟树杆和第Ⅱ模拟树杆为中空管材,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的顶部与第Ⅱ模拟树杆的底部为可拆卸式固定连接;所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的外壁顶部与一个电器插接件Ⅰ固定连接,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部设置有一个与所述电器插接件Ⅰ相匹配的电器插接件Ⅱ,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部与电器插接件Ⅱ固定连接; 所述带灯树还包括至少1个灯串,所述灯串末端还包括一个电器插接件Ⅲ,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆还包括一个与电器插接件Ⅲ相匹配的电器插接件ⅠⅠ,所述电器插接件ⅠⅠ固定于所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的外壁;所述的电器插接件Ⅰ和所述的电器插接件ⅠⅠ同时配电。
    可选的,所述带灯树还包括一个夹持装置,所述的夹持装置包括夹持口和定位口,所述的夹持口与模拟树杆匹配,所述的定位口与电器连接件相匹配。
可选的,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆顶部有一个凹槽或凸起,所述第Ⅱ模拟树底部有设置有与所述的凹槽或凸起相匹配的凸起Ⅰ或凹槽Ⅰ。
    可选的,所述的电器插接件Ⅰ为至少一个,所述的电器插接件ⅠⅠ为至少一个。
    可选的,所述电器插接件ⅠⅠ为两个以上时,电器插接件ⅠⅠ错位分布。
    可选的,所述电器插接件Ⅰ的横截面与第Ⅰ模拟树杆的横截面平行或位于同一平面。
可选的,所述的带灯树还包括第Ⅲ模拟树杆,所述第Ⅲ模拟树杆的顶部包括与另一模拟树杆连接的电器插接件Ⅳ,和与灯串连接的电器插接件ⅣⅠ,所述的电器插接件ⅣⅠ为至少1个;所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的顶部还包括一个电器插接件ⅡⅠ,所述第Ⅲ模拟树杆的底部包括一个一个与电器插接件ⅡⅠ相匹配的电器插接件ⅣⅡ。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:1.使用方便,在本技术方案中只要将各模拟树杆依次连接,即可实现全部树杆特点,在将灯串的电器连接器与树杆上对应的电器连接之后,就可实现灯串连接,使用极为方便;2维修方便,每个树杆上的电器连接件均相互独立,而且较为集中,因此维修方便;3可以实现为相邻两个模拟树杆同时进行配电。以第Ⅰ模拟树杆为例,电器插接件Ⅰ和所述的电器插接件ⅠⅠ同时配电,当第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部的电器插接件Ⅱ与第Ⅰ模拟树杆顶部的电器插接件Ⅰ相连接时,相邻两个模拟树杆同时进行配电。

    一种模块化的人造带灯树,包括至少第Ⅰ模拟树杆1和第Ⅱ模拟树杆2,所述的第Ⅰ模拟树杆和第Ⅱ模拟树杆为中空管材,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的顶部与第Ⅱ模拟树杆的底部为可拆卸式固定连接;所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的外壁顶部与一个电器插接件Ⅰ4固定连接,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部设置有一个与所述电器插接件Ⅰ4相匹配的电器插接件Ⅱ5,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆2的外壁底部与电器插接件Ⅱ5固定连接; 所述带灯树还包括至少1个灯串16,所述灯串末端还包括一个电器插接件Ⅲ17,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆还包括一个与电器插接件Ⅲ相匹配的电器插接件ⅠⅠ6,所述电器插接件ⅠⅠ6固定于所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的外壁;所述的电器插接件Ⅰ4和所述的电器插接件ⅠⅠ6同时配电,电器插接件Ⅰ和电器插接件ⅠⅠ可以是一体式的,也可以通过导线连接而成。
    为了更加方便地固定各电器插接件,以及为了方便使相邻两个模拟树杆的连接,所述带灯树还包括一个夹持装置7,所述的夹持装置包括夹持口81和定位口82,所述的夹持口与模拟树杆匹配,所述的定位口与电器连接件相匹配。
为了便于使相邻两个模拟树杆,特别是电器连接件便于连接,在所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆顶部有一个凹槽或凸起,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆底部有设置有与所述的凹槽或凸起相匹配的凸起Ⅰ或凹槽Ⅰ。即当第Ⅰ模拟树杆顶部有一个凹槽16时,对应地,第Ⅱ模拟树底部有设置有与所述的凹槽相匹配的凸起Ⅰ17,反之亦然。当夹持装置安装在模拟树杆上时,当与树杆对应的位置有凹槽时,夹持装置上也有对应的小凹槽8,或者对应的凸起。
    为了便于至少一个灯串或电器连接器的连接,所述的电器插接件Ⅰ为至少一个,所述的电器插接件ⅠⅠ为至少一个。
    为了更好的散热效果,以及为了使灯串显得错落有致,在所述电器插接件ⅠⅠ为两个以上时,电器插接件ⅠⅠ错位分布。
    为了便于相邻两个模拟树杆在连接时紧密结合,所述电器插接件Ⅰ的横截面与第Ⅰ模拟树杆的横截面平行或位于同一平面。
可选的,所述的带灯树还包括第Ⅲ模拟树杆3,所述第Ⅲ模拟树杆的顶部包括与另一模拟树杆连接的电器插接件Ⅳ12,和与灯串连接的电器插接件ⅣⅠ11,所述的电器插接件ⅣⅠ为至少1个;所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的顶部还包括一个电器插接件ⅡⅠ9,和一个用于电器插接件ⅡⅡ10,以便于与灯串连接,所述的电器插接件ⅡⅡ为至少一个,所述第Ⅲ模拟树杆的底部包括一个与电器插接件ⅡⅠ9相匹配的电器插接件ⅣⅡ。

1.一种模块化的人造带灯树,包括至少第Ⅰ模拟树杆和第Ⅱ模拟树杆,其特征在于:所述的第Ⅰ模拟树杆和第Ⅱ模拟树杆为中空管材,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的顶部与第Ⅱ模拟树杆的底部为可拆卸式固定连接;所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的外壁顶部与一个电器插接件Ⅰ固定连接,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部设置有一个与所述电器插接件Ⅰ相匹配的电器插接件Ⅱ,所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的外壁底部与电器插接件Ⅱ固定连接;所述带灯树还包括至少1个灯串,所述灯串末端还包括一个电器插接件Ⅲ,所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的还包括一个与电器插接件Ⅲ相匹配的电器插接件ⅠⅠ,所述电器插接件ⅠⅠ固定于所述第Ⅰ模拟树杆的外壁;所述的电器插接件Ⅰ和所述的电器插接件ⅠⅠ同时配电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带灯树,其特征在于:所述带灯树还包括一个夹持装置,所述的夹持装置包括夹持口和定位口,所述的夹持口与模拟树杆匹配,所述的定位口与电器连接件相匹配。

6.根据权利要求5所述的带灯树,其特征在于,所述电器插接件Ⅰ的横截面与第Ⅰ模拟树杆的横截面平行或位于同一平面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带灯树,其特征在于所述的带灯树还包括第Ⅲ模拟树杆,所述第Ⅲ模拟树杆的顶部包括与另一模拟树杆连接的电器插接件Ⅳ,和与灯串连接的电器插接件ⅣⅠ,所述的电器插接件ⅣⅠ为至少1个;所述第Ⅱ模拟树杆的顶部还包括一个电器插接件ⅡⅠ,所述第Ⅲ模拟树杆的底部包括一个一个与电器插接件ⅡⅠ相匹配的电器插接件ⅣⅡ。
